Bought a nice phone, been making buisness 3 times there. I regret coming 1h30 before closing time. Im stuck with a plan that wasnt what i expected, there is miscomunication. They can't change it, they told me to deal with telus which also they arent able to do anything. Will have 2 years to regret this plan. Thought we would share 40gb, actually the 40gb is all for myself on top of my wife plan.complain is all we can do nowadays. The paperwork prevent you from doing much. Might go back to a flip phone not intereted to pay 220 for 2 phone plan.
They didn't do a very good job for me, no YouTube or Spotify music transfer to my new phone. Charged $30.00 only photos transferred. I had many many photos on my old phone. My contacts were not transferred properly it's total mess, not happy with thier service this time. I have being thier customers from 1974.
I was helped by Harley and she was amazing, solved my issue by calling in Telus and making sure everything was fixed in one go. Thank you for awesome customer service.
Yesterday I went to this location to look into phone and plan renewal options. I was very fortunate to run into and be assisted by Sebastian N, who was absolutely fantastic to work with. He discussed with me what I use my phone for, my usage priorities, different pricing options in order to find the best fit for both phone and plan (and cheapest as possible) for me. He presented me with various options, which was greatly appreciated and helped set me up with a great iPhone, accessories and plan. This seems to be a great location, and I would recommend working with Sebastian if you are able to, he is TOP man who goes above and beyond to ensure the best customer service possible. This is your rep to talk to ladies and gents!
I've been dealing with this store for many years simply because no other store can beat the service these people provide. Had the pleasure of dealing with Sean today and was most impressed by his courtesy and knowledge in setting up an alternate phone for my wife. When I had some issues later in the day, he responded with all the answers and support I could have wished for. Again, no other store comes even close. Very good people.
I wish I had gotten the names of the employees I spoke with today, but I didn’t. One was a young trainee, so no fault of her own. And the other was a young woman with next to no customer service. My phone had crashed and I was looking in to my options. She was so unpleasant, not helpful in any way and refused to waive the activation fee for a new device, or the $30 fee to help me restore data from my old to new phone. I switched to Rogers after experiencing the lack of customer service here. Go elsewhere
