Good selection. Prices are higher then most, bought a knife that was on sale. Got home, realized i was not given the sale price, knife is not at flexible as i thought. Worst part is that they never mentioned every sale is final, probably something that you should tell customers when they are at the till like most do with final sale. Overall, good selection, good advice, bad pricing and policy.

I had a good experience buying my first EDC knife from here. The guy serving me was friendly and knowledgable. They have a nice selection of knives and lots of other cool stuff as well in such a small space. I'll be back for sure

Shopped at this location for 15 years, I now boycott it now due to the over haul on the mandates. Medical exemptions were allowed everywhere across the country. But your store went over the top denying those with medical exemptions. This is sad and fits the communistic liberal agenda. Thus I cannot support this company anymore due to that nonsense and judgement. I cant even say I wish you luck, cause I hope this comapny folds for supporting the agenda.

Flawless sharpening service with amazingly friendly customer service! I recently brought in my work worn CRKT Fossil with a horribly dull edge. Not only did they sharpen it with an incredibly new edge they also tuned and tighten the loose pocket clip and body screws to perfection! These guys care about knives to the maximum! Every blade I've brought has come back flawlessly and sharp as ever!
Will absolutely be coming back for the best quality dulled edge recovery service I've ever had!

Great place to get a pocket knife. They have a good selection and the staff are really friendly.
I enjoy shopping there and chatting with the guys behind the counter.
It's nice to be able to compare and handle the knives I'm considering. Something you can't do with online shopping.
I'm happy I live on the other end of the city because I would spend way too much money there if I was closer.

Was charged the wrong price on a knife, paying 25 dollars more than what was on the website. When I tried to go in and fix it, they said they couldn’t do anything.

I have a medical exemption from wearing a mask over my nose and for this I was not allowed to shop (I was still wearing a mask over my mouth, just not over my nose because of my exemption). I have been a customer for some years and came back to buy a hunting knife because I wanted to spend my money at a local business rather than spending it at Amazon. You would think that local businesses would be happy to see their customers returning but instead they turn them away.

I bought a benchmade bugout, and noticed the axis locking system was gritty, and rough. I have a benchmade I have had for over 10 years.silky smooth, and reliable. I brought it back to the store to see if it could be replaced. I was told I had to deal with benchmade directly, as it was warranty issue (6 days) Now I have to fill out forms, pay postage, and wait 3 weeks lead time for repair,
Very disappointing experience.
