I had originally stopped by looking for heated goggles. After the initial price shock wore off, I picked myself up off the floor and she steered me towards the CKX helmets.some of which include 2 pairs of non-heated goggles. She answered all my questions (even the dumb ones!) and I walked out with a shiny new helmet (and 2 goggles.and a hole in my bank account.)
Very quick response time, they answered all my questions to the best of their abilities, helped me pick the best ride for me, and showed me the ins and outs of my ride before letting me leave with it. The staff were all very courteous and friendly, all making sure that I would have no issues with my purchase.
Great experience as always. Sales staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. Parts department always gets me what I need. Got my last sportsman from here.
Awesome place to buy a bike. I’ve bought 2 there in the last 4 years. Dave took me out for a test ride. Bonnie is the best financial lady out there. Great service all around.
I have purchased 2 ktm's and a timbersled kit from cycle works over the years. It has always been a great experience dealing with their staff. The sales department always gets myself, my friends and family the best prices possible. The parts department here is my go to place for parts and riding gear, with their knowledgeable staff. I can not recommend cycle works enough.
Wonderful Excellent experience dealing with Dave Anderson @ Cycle Works Calgary. We bought our Brand new 2023 Aprilia RS 660 - Acid Gold. Dave was very helpful, understanding, and accommodating of all our requests and demands. We are super happy and thankful. Everything was completed on a phone call and the next thing it was delivered to our home in an enclosed trailer directly from Calgary free of charge.highly recommend this place. Thank you Cycle Works in Calgary
I will never be back.bought a brand new 2023 cforce 800xc, around May 2023, we've put about 150kms on it, it now has an iver heating issue. This dealership does not stand behind the products they are selling, not only did they not tell me about the scratched hand guard. (found out when they called me saying they had the part for me) but they are planning on charging my labour time to diagnose my over heating issues if ctmoto Canada's warranty doesn't cover it.but thats not even the worst of it.who ever did the PDI on this machine doesn't know what a wrench is. I found loose bolts under the seat and I occasionally hear clicking in the suspension and my hand guards are loose and falling down.funny part is cwc has a south store. When I was in the market to buy my cforce I called them first they took all my information for financing and never called me back for the purchase.seems like the right way to do business. I'm and automotive journeyman with 20 years in the trade. Pretty bad when u have to go around and tighten bolts on a brand new machine because the person responsible couldn't do there job. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS
I purchased my 2023 Vespa GTS Super Sport 300 in June. Whilst I could focus on the issues that I had with Dave Anderson (Sales Associate), instead, I would rather focus on how Cycle Works Calgary went above and beyond to make up for Dave’s shortcomings and made the purchasing experience what it should have been from the beginning.
Bonnie (Business Manager) not only put my financing in place with TD but inevitably helped salvage a delicate situation and in doing so restored my trust and faith in CCW. She was courteous, genuine, and above all else, dealt with any concerns that I had in an intelligent and respectful manner. She represented any issues that I presented as they were intended and ensured the correct people were informed to help avoid any further confusion or problems.
After speaking with Bonnie, Vince (General Manager) was prompt and respectful. He not only ascertained what had happened but equally put measures into place to ensure that things would be made right and that said mistakes would be avoided again in future.
Equally, Jason (Service Manager) not only ensured that the bike was ready but went so far as to allow me to come in for my 1000km service early. Vince had comped my oil change in lieu of the initial issues with the first delivery attempt. Bonnie, Vince, and Jason went above and beyond in not only being professional and friendly but equally, never once made me feel as though my concerns were unfounded. Even before/after the 1st service, Bonnie and Jason were attentive and reassuring.
Bonnie especially has my utmost thanks for how she handled the matter. The team at CCW could have handled the matter in so many ways, both positively or negatively. In a day and age where customer service is far from perfect, Bonnie and Jason went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. It’s because of them that I am happy to give CCW full stars and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for their next purchase.
As for the Vespa, her name is Ginger and she is an absolute dream! I already have over 2000km on her and she has exceeded any expectations that I could have. The new 2023 model upgrades are fantastic. She is the only “bagger” that I’ll ever own! Don’t hesitate to reach out out to Cycle Works Calgary today. I’ll happily purchase from them again.
Ridiculous trying to get a hold of parts department. Have called left msg. Have emailed no response. Been trying to reach someone for over a week now. Obviously they don't want or need my business. So I'll take it elsewhere. Also before this sales department tried to take me to the cleaners on the price of a new Bike.
Great sales and service on my new CF Moto UForce 600. Dave and his team in sales and service had it ready when I arrived to pick it up. Gave me a good orientation and then help me load it into my trailer. Service that is above and beyond! Well done!
Not exactly motorcycle related but I stopped in during frigid temperatures to see if anyone could help me change a flat. The staff were incredibly helpful and obliging and they swapped my tire out. They didn’t hesitate to help and when I offered to pay, they insisted I pay it forward instead. The exceptional service makes me want to buy a bike in the summer!
Over charged me on a fuel pump, called and told me it was going to be 750.550 for a fuel pump (must be magical) and 225 for the service. Yet the bill was 900 plus. Also on assessment we’re just making stuff up. Never going back to this place!
Super friendly staff, great service from Vlatko, very knowledgable about bikes in general, and will tell a few funny stories as well. Love my new bike, already had its first fill, first ride, first rainstorm, first bath. All in 4 hours. Thanks again, Vlatko!
I’ve purchased a few different ATV’s here over the years and have always had great service from knowledgeable + friendly staff. Most recently, I purchased a Polaris Sportsman 110 for one of my kids and found Vlatko especially awesome to deal with.
Seek out Vlatko in sales. Informed. Patient. Will work with what you’ve got. I harassed this man for information almost everyday and it was all good. Probably the easiest person you can talk to.
Amazing service from Cycle Works Calgary. I received a prompt call back after submitting a request on their website. Dave in sales was great to deal with. Even though I was not even in the same city, he was able to help me with a new sled and have it all ready for me when I arrived in Calgary only a couple days later. The showroom is impressive and clean. Each member of the CWC team was very friendly and helpful, including Bonnie in finance and the great people at the parts desk and front desk. The experience was very low pressure and enjoyable. I will definitely be back in the future. Thanks CWC Team!
I have been purchasing machines and parts here since 2007, always have been taken care of and treated well. Absolutely would recommend Cycle Works to everyone
Great service from Vlatko and the team at Cycle works making sure my bike got in with all of the parts I wanted. Second time customer here making the drive from Lethbridge to buy from Cycle works. Worth the trip.
My Dad and I just picked up 2 RZR’s from Vlatko and the team at cycle works, they did a great job! Everyone was very helpful and diligent through the entire process. No unnecessary up selling or pushing, came to the table with a great deal.
I was shopping for a new bike a short time ago and decided to stop by cycle works. One of the best decisions I've made. Dave in sales was so knowledgeable and patient as I'm a very indecisive buyer. He wasn't pushy and knew exactly what I was going through. I bought a new Moto Guzzi Stone V7 and couldn't be happier. Thank you Dave and Cycle works!
Just picked up my 2022 KTM 300 XC-W, and I was greeted by friendly staff, bike was ready to go, and paperwork in order. Overall great place to shop motorsports!
Best birthday present ever. Cycle Works had great CS. Vlatko hands down was amazing. Incredibly personable and knowledgeable, he make the purchase a fun and enjoyable experience. Even delivered my bike so I could enjoy the last few days of riding as I wasn’t able to make it there myself.
CWC and Dave Anderson are just the best! I bought my first Vespa from them this spring and I just love it. Dave is knowledgeable and friendly and always available for my millions of questions! I would definitely recommend shopping at CWC. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!
Worked with Dave Anderson to purchase and ship my new bike to Winnipeg. Very happy with the transaction, and his responses and response time to my (excessive amount of) questions.
Just picked up my Scout Bobber Sixty and loving it already. Vlatko was amazing to deal with. No cheesy or pressured upselling and full of knowledge. He even rode my bike to me! 10/10.
Amazing guys. After calling all over Canada for passenger foot pegs for a Scout Bobber, these guys had it in stock and placed an order with them. I've called them at 3PM and they shipped it the same day, so it arrives faster at the destination. Whish these guys would be in Quebec as well.
I went there at 4pm to pick up my son in laws parts and a guy outside just bought a slingshot. I thought it's was a pretty neat bike as I've never seen one really. Took a couple pics and went to go in and the sign on the door says closed early, long weekend. Closed early and on Monday closed for the holiday too. It was just 3 mins past 4pm and I was headed out to lethbridge with the parts. I get closing early and that's fine but maybe the salesman or employee that was with the slingshot could have said hey were closed early today can I help you with something before we leave early for the long weekend. Nope, nothing. I even hung around outside a bit to hopefully pick up the parts for our long weekend. I guess everything isnt always about me, the customer. But it is all about them. My bad.
They have laughable hours, no normal person could ever shop here cause they close so early. Their parts desk lead is very condescending and they sell horrid helmets that fail after one use and do nothing to help people, they make them fork over more money for new visors when the brand new ones are unsafe and fall apart after one use. I will, once this issue is resolved never shop here ever again.
Terrible place I own a small engine shop I deal with a lot of Polaris an Indian motorcycles as well as everything else I have never gotten satisfaction from this place I would rather drive to eckville to rainy Creek Polaris to get my parts Greg is a wonderful man that does everything right unlike the people that I've been dealing with at Cycle Works I will make the hour and a half drive to buy parts from rainy Creek I do not recommend this place.
Love the parts department. Best shop in town. I highly recommend this shop. If for any reason you are not happy talk to the manager. He will do his best to make things right.
I bought my KTM from another dealer.at the 1000K service mark I tried multiple times to contact them and schedule a service, nobody got back to me. Sent an email to Cycle Works and Dylan got back to me the same day, and dealt patiently with the weather delays before I could finally ride the bike there. Service done in a couple of hours, emails sent to let me know, $70 cheaper than I was quoted from the other place, all good! I'll keep using Cycle Works because the customer care is 100% better than the other guys.
I purchased 2 new 2020 Polaris Pro RMK's snowmobiles two weeks ago. It was a great pleasure to deal with Dave for the sale, Bonnie for the financing and Shelby for the gear, from helmet to boots. The above names mentioned accommodated to what I needed. Well done to the staff as the transations were flawless. Thank you very much for everything.
From the first phone call enquiring about a bike I saw online to the last goodbye after they handed me my keys a few weeks later - everything was flawless. The guys there are friendly, very helpful, and they know their stuff. Matt in sales was the guy who helped me out, answered all my questions and went to bat for me when I needed it. Thanks, I love my Moto Guzzi Stelvio
I have tried to get anyone to e mail regarding a generator under warranty since i don't have a phone.left 3 messages but no answer.i guess unless you phone to drop big bucks, your business is not needed
I found dealing with Ives to be a positive experience as I worked through the decision to purchase from them. What I learned later when circumstances changed for me and I needed to back out of a deal, they actually care about the customer more than they care about the sale. When I am in the position to purchase a bike, they will be the first place I go.
Would like to give a huge shout out to Steve, Vince and the entire team at Cycle Works Calgary.
They’ve been extremely supportive when I was dealing with issues on a machine I purchased there in 2019. It wasn’t easy on any of us considering the warranty claims were plaguing us all lol.
Their top shelf customer service along with their response time has proven that they are professionals within the company committed to the individuals to who support this industry.
I initially tried to order online through the "ranger.polaris" website. It took 3 days to receive a confirmation email and to my surprise I found out everything I had ordered was back ordered. This website did however suggest Cycle Works as a Polaris vendor near me and I called right away as I was on a time crunch for my Dad's 50th birthday gift. I went down in person that day and dealt with an amazing employee (Bailey) who was so knowledgeable and helpful. Bailey completely understood my sense of urgency and even called other locations to bring in the products I needed three days ahead of my deadline! I had an overall amazing experience at this store and hope this review can be helpful to others! Thank you Bailey for everything!
I picked some oil and other parts at the Parts counter at Cycle Works today. Tyler in parts helped me out and was very helpful in explaining the different oil required for the differentials and transmission for my Polaris Rzr. He was friendly and very accommodating.
Cycle works went above and beyond for me especially Steven Danroth, he was very friendly and professional to deal with, and helped me out a lot. It felt like I was a long time customer as I entered the shop being greeted by everyone as I walked in, Thank you for the great customer service.
Sean and Bonnie made my first new bike purchase a great experience! From choosing the right bike, making sure all my questions are answered and getting the best deal; the CWC team made sure everything is done right and did an amazing job throughout the process. I could not be happier with the purchase and customer service received. I will not hesitate to come back to CWC for my next bike and ship it across the country. Thank you CWC!
Went here to purchase a snowmobile. Spoke with Sean in sales. He was very helpful with everything and more than accommodating. I literally needed everything from helmets to equipment as this was my first snowmobile purchase. He made sure I got the best deal on the sled I was looking at and worked with the parts department to get me a deal on the helmets and merchandise I needed. I would recommend speaking to him the next time you are in. Thanks for the customer service Sean!
Harder than heck to get help, finally found the heated jacket I wanted, only to be told they don't have the controller for it? So you're selling heated jackets that can't be connected, crazy business model.
Very pleased with service department. I dropped my motorcycle for a recall and since they were removing the tank anyway, they changed my air filter (which I supplied) at no charge. They also replaced a couple of screws that the previous owner misplaced and left my motorcycle out so that I could pick it up after hours.
Well I wouldn’t actually know because I called 6 times an no one picked up the phone. Pretty lousy if you ask me. What your hands to delicate to pick up The phone?
I have bought two new motorcycles from this dealership and had a relationship with them for the past 8 years. I know almost everyone there on a personal level. The owner and I know each other by first names and he takes a great deal of care in choosing his employees. I’ve never known a business that has as many 10 year or more employees as this one. The reason is that they genuinely care. It rare in this day in age. Thank you CWC
Great people here, quick service and selection, alot of stuff in a good location. Update April. Losing faith, as I tried to deal on bike. Thinking sales manager needs a reality check.
Attention management. Are your incoming calls recorded? I would encourage you to listen to Jessie in your parts department when receiving a call. Using your online service, I sent in 2 requests. One part number for one of my KTM’s and 2 part numbers for the other. Jessie was rude and hostile on the call. Almost like I was being a hassle calling in and should have been more organized before dialing your number.
