Place is 10/10 the staff the product that they manage to get you even when there isn’t any. Go see Jay if your in the market for a new toy! You will not leave disappointed. I’ve never left there without exactly what I’m looking for right down to the new sled.

The absolute worst dealership you could ever go to for service. I bought my sled here and my sales and finance people were great. After that I’ve had nothing but problems with my sled fouling plugs and the service team. I’ve taken my sled probably 10 times here (if not close to) for them to solve the problem and all they do is change the plugs out and not do any real work like mechanics. They are lazy and do not care. I’ve asked them to check for a leaking injector or fuel pressure and they never checked. It came down to one of the service advisors or service manager told me that my problem was in my head. I looked at him and held up the two spark plugs dripping in oil and said “Yea this looks like it’s in my head” keep in mind I have full warranty bumper to bumper for 5 years I think it is. They clearly have zero clearly have zero idea what they are doing. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this monstrosity of a “business” go buy/service from anywhere but Cycleworks. I will never support these dealerships again

Where Do I Start.

SALESMAN - Jay
Literally gave me the shirt off his back. I inquired about a challenger and there were non around, one landed that was inbound and he called me with a very low pressure come and see it. I went in and I bought one of the only Challengers in the province.

On delivery day I got a call that there was a random ABS code and I couldn't pick it up till it was fixed, I was a little ticked but totally get it as I own a mechanic shop (Good News Auto - insert free advertising here). I said just call me when you have a solution, I don't want to keep calling you and being "that guy". Jay called me today and said your bike is ready for pick up, the new part was going to be 1-3 weeks away so Jay put the wheel on from his personal bike so I could take it and ride (he knew I was having a hard time with my wife passing away 12 days ago). Jay will not be able to ride his bike for 1-3 weeks in our short season and I am so grateful. Literally had tears rolling down my face listening to my wifes favorite song as I was riding down the highway because of his selfless act.

FINANCE - Nicole
I wasn't just a number. I get it, they need to make mo ey and it didn't feel like she was out to get me. She knew my wife had just passed away from a long battle with cancer and didn't push anything. Plus I use to be a sales manager at a large dealership.

I chose to let her and Jay and the dealership make so.e money etc because I value what they do. Nicole and I hit it off very well and she was such a joy to talk too.thanks n

Bought a new scout rogue sixty from cycle works. Jay was awesome through the whole experience. Glad I went to CW for my purchase!

Brought in my bike due to speedometer issue, knew that the replacement part was obsolete but wanted to confirm if it was the sensor or wiring, with a possible bad ground. Told this to first service desk clerk. Stopped in the next day. Had to speak to a different service desk clerk and he told me yes, the sensor was gone. I asked about wiring, connections and no answer was given. Picked it up today, attempted to get some assistance on a replacement part I found but he was more worried about finding my paperwork than assisting me. Then charge me over $100 for 45 minutes work, which amounted to what I already knew. Terrible service, no advice, didn’t want to engage with a customer who had questions. Never again will I go to this store. The only reason I went in the first place was that they used to deal with Victory models and I was hoping for some knowledge with this issue. Instead I got terrible service from the service clerk and ripped off.
Passing this info onto my fellow riders snd veterans to not deal with this business.
An extra five minutes with a tech was all I needed but I was shrugged aside.

****Update**** - spoke to the service manager and and voiced my concerns to him. We discussed the issue and some minor concerns I had. Excellent discussion and I thanked him for the info.

Jay and Natalie were fantastic to deal with. Jay got me on my dream bike a KTM 1290 adventure. Would recommend to anyone who’s serious about purchasing a motorcycle or any other vehicle. Most seamless vehicle purchase to date.

I am very honored to get my first Indian bike from Cycle works Edmonton. Jay, you are the best sales that I have ever encountered, bar none! You always stand on my side, support me, answer my questions and follow up and update repeatedly and unconditionally at any time… I do not know how much appreciation to express, but thanks a million. This dealership allowed me to place a deposit on a bike. Then sold the bike to someone else the next day. Either they don’t know what a deposit is for or just simply can’t be trusted.

Barry was great to deal with. Second bike I’ve bought from him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Barry and Cycle Works to anyone.

As I am visually impaired it is quite time consuming to work with me. I have noting but praise for Jay and Cycle Works, they took a huge amount of time to ensure I understood where all the important components were and helped me solve all o f my problems with trying to gain some independence. What a great work environment they have and friendly helpful staff who will go that extra mile.

Purchased quad at this location in 2019.

The sales person Corey was great, didn't over sell, weighted out the options and we came to an acceptable unit w/ accessories required.

The financing agent from Cycle Works did NOT have the clients best interests in mind (A legal requirement of an agent under the Consumer Protection Act). When going over the contract they did not highlight the key terms, and continued to refer to the loans interest rate rather then the APR. This financing persons recommendation was to never pay off the loan early, because the payments helped build credit. TERRIBLE ADVICE. My credit was over 800. I understand a desire to make money, however an agent must act in good faith, and I feel this was manipulative.

After a year had passed, I was able to register with the bank who provided the loan I then learned that my loan had been converted to a loan with a higher compounding interest rate, and thus immediately paid off the loan in full.

Beyond that, I brought the unit in for service and asked for recommendations for tires as the unit had traction issues for snow removal. I was told the new tires would fit perfectly, however, after waiting weeks for delivery, and attempting installation, I received a call that the front tires required spacers, an extra $100 plus labor. A short ride in the parking lot made me believe everything was ok. But after trailering it home, any rough riding cause rubbing on fenders on both front and rear. The unit is a One-Up and can no longer take passengers or tow without the fending resting directly on the tire.

Overall, disappointed in my experience when conducting business with this company.

Great to deal with Jay. He rides and understands the passion. He lives the biker code. Truly number 1. Thanks Jay.

This is the second purchase from Cycle Works on 75th. Although 15 years apart, both purchases were through Jay Padilla. Both Jay and Cycle Works have been around for a long time which tells you they are conducting business the right way!

Everyone knows this Covid market has made it impossible to find anything available for purchase. I spoke to some other shady dealers who were asking 10k over MSRP. When I called them out out on it they basically said they would charge as much as people were willing to pay. These dealers will obviously come and go as we all remember the ones who try to rip us off when the market allows it.

Jay and Cycle Works stuck to their prices and didn't jack up the cost by even 1 cent even though they could easily do it in this crazy market. They obviously see the value in repeat business which is evident in the way they have conducted themselves in this crazy Market.

And don't let me forget Cheryl in finance! She was extremely professional/personable and made the process a breeze. This was the first company lease I set up and she was there every step of the way to help me out. Also very transparent. I assumed my 500 dollar deposit was rolled into my lease. When I came in to finish signing paperwork Cheryl was quick to point out she needed to provide my 500 dollar refund on the deposit. (Honesty) Just another great quality in a long standing business! Thanks Cheryl!

Great shop, very professional! Tried buying machines during the pandemic and was told by other shops that nothing could be purchased. Jay Padila had no issue finding us machines and ordering new machines. We waited a few months but have 2 of the 3 machines now. Love it!

They scheduled me in for Saturday at 9am and I arrived at 9. I was the second service order completed. I was getting a full service, wheel balance, clutch fluid replaced & plugs but when I phoned at 3: 15 to confirm if my mc was close to being finished and I was told they didnt even begin the service yet and they wanted me to leave the bike there.
I advise to just change the oil and I will pick up at before they close. What a waste of time going there. Never again will I walk through their doors. I am done with cycle works.

Bought my Indian Chieftain Darkhorse from Cycleworks 3 years ago. Barry is the man. Got me everything I need with zero pressure. Every time I've had the bike in for service everything was explained properly and was done to perfection.

Cycle Works is the best dealership to deal at. Barry and their team make you feel like family! Recently we purchased a FX 450 there and Barry made the whole experience seamless and easy. He took the time to make sure we understood all the small details about the new bike and answer any questions we had. Will most definitely be shopping there again for our next purchase. They do not have high pressure sales and let the customer take the time needed to figure out what works for them, didn’t push us to any extras but gave us options to think about with a call in option.
