Worst place to by anything sales staff was rude. Bought a new sled that was siting for two years in the show room extremely dirty then put and extra charge on my bill after I sent my deposit.

March 19th 2022 I picked up my new 2021 Honda CRF300L from Riverside Honda. On my way home I stopped at Cycle Works West in Acheson to discuss better suspension for new Honda, knowing that the suspension for that model is weak. Grant, who no longer works there said he’ll look into better suspension and would call me back. On March 24 Grant called me saying he has discussed front and rear suspension with Race Tech out or California. He said it would take a month to assemble the rear shock and another week to ship. I agreed and paid over $2100.00 over the phone then with my credit card. I finally called Friday May 20 to inquire about the suspension. The parts guy said Grant didn’t work there anymore but he would look into it and call me back before end of day. He didn’t. I walked into CWW the next morning. The manager Lisa said they couldn’t access Grants email so she would call Race Tech on Tuesday. She called me Tuesday to say Race Tech was basically giving her the runaround. Today is Saturday May 28. I went back into CWW after work to say I wanted my $2112.58 back. She said no. She said give her another few days to try and figure out where my parts were and she would call me back. I’m planning on talking to the police on Monday to see if there is anything I can do to get my money back short of having to take her to small claims court

I like coming here to get my atv serviced, the workers are very friendly and they greet you upon arrival not to mention, they know what they ate talking about

Tim in sales is a top example of what a good salesperson is like. Professional, easygoing, and understanding. I went in to look at a used motorcycle and was ready to buy, however plans fell through and I wasn't able to go ahead with the purchase. I didn't feel pressured at any point and the team at Cycle Works West took care of my needs. I will visit again for my next motorcycle.

Purchased my Goldwing DCT from here and it was a very good experience. Brought in for a checkup and the service dept was great. Kim made my drop and pickup painless. I highly recomend this dealership.

Would have to say that it was good experience staff is friendly, polite, welcoming. It's very close to home about 10mims away. For that I give this place 4 stars would I recommend this yes I would highly recommend this place to my friends family anybody.

Brought in a utility tire for a valve stem repair. The maintenance manager told me to wait and had it repaired within 5 minutes! Friendly staff, prompt service, and incredible price!

Tyler, Julia Jesse to sales Tim and Steve and even reception. Amazing folks. I recommend this business even if you're from outside the region. It's really worth it.

Ken and Diane were very very great to deal with. I got there to see the Africa twin, they gave me all the info without being pushy. I also check the V-Strom and they helped me also. The next day I contacted them to let them know that I would buy the Africa Twin, the only thing was the bike was still in the crate. They managed to have it ready for 17: 00 hrs the same day for me to pick it up.
Very good service from the minute I walked in until I left with the bike. The entire crew were very helpfull, my experiance was nothing but great.

When someone is hopelessly addicted to horsepower (like KB) they can be very helpful at the parts counter: It’s nice to get a knowledgeable person rather than the blank stare (like at other stores).

We went to Cycle Works to test drive a Slingshot. We deal with Lisa G.who was very informative and friendly. From booking the ride and follow up, was absolutely awesome to deal with. Highly recommend.

Great crew! Lisa is a big help and really patient when it comes to trying on 15 different helmets, looking at gear, showing me what the shop can bring in, and trying on more helmets til I find the right one. Cycle Works West is my go to.

Cycle Works West is fantastic and the staff are great. KB is really helpful and friendly and knows his stuff. He always makes sure to explain things so that I understand them. Nice to have this shop close by without having to drive into the city.

As a female motorcyclist, it was nice to find a shop that took care of me throughout the entire sales process. Not only did the salesmen help me decide on the bike (V-Strom 650) the parts department were great with finding accessories and the service department was easy to deal with for installation. Overall would highly recommend!

Just bought my first motorcycle there last weak. Outstanding customer service from Tate and all of his team! They didn’t put any pressure to sell me the bike, very friendly and knowledgeable. The price advertised was the real price, no nonsense fee surprising you at the end. I will shop there again that’s for sure!
