We got a water softer installed by them through our builder excel after a couple months I noticed it was not using any salt. We called them and they told us a few things to do over the phone. Another six weeks passed and still no salt used. We called again they came out and did the same thing I did and left. Well here we are a couple more months later and still no salt used. We called again and the answer we got was it was our responsibility. Well we know that but you have to give us a working softener first to maintain Not happy

I have been in the HVAC industry for 9 years.
Subcontractors: Ryan the HVAC manager has the best management, customer service, problem solving skills, blueprints, communication and provides the best infield/chillest supervisors. Their approach to the work lifestyle is far superior to any other company.
Homeowners: I've seen lots of contractors over the years slap stuff in or perform a cheap installation of an HVAC system. Cyclone does a more thorough job, using right materials and equipment. They don't cheap out or cut corners. They also heat loss your house to ensure all rooms get correct volumes of heat or cooling.

Old guy who showed up at my place in Calgary 210 avenue SE to fix our kitchen faucet is racist and I hope he reads this comment just so he knows that I know:) but he was super fast tho maybe he just wanted to get out asap so I m giving the company a 3 stars all love!

Worse plumbing company to deal with in Airdrie. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Unprofessional.

Called to find and fix a leak, idk what they did because next time i used my sink the pipes burst and flooded my house.

This guys are a joke, after booking an appointment with them for 8: 30, they showed up one hour later, the plumber came in saw the job, left telling me he has to call his boss about this particular job, he never came back. So as I was waiting an hour and half for him I decided to call and cancel the job. This is lack of respect twords their costmer and lack of profesionalism.
I WOILDN'T hire them to for an toilet seat instalation!

Quick response, I can say that. My hot water tank is still under Giants warranty. They initially installed it into a McKee home. They claimed the unit was not under warranty any longer and wanted to charge me an exponentially higher rate. I did my due diligence and made sure it was warrantable, and yes it was direct from Giant. They changed there tune and agreed it was. But the rate they charged for the service calls doubled. So after paying for 3 hrs of replacing a gas control valve, and a vapour sensor. The guy left. Then during the after hours call service, I had to call them back because the guy forget to set the control valve up, and again we had no hot or even Luke warm water. When the second repair guy came he had mentioned it was not done and quickly set the parameters for it. Low and behold it finally was working by 9 pm. This morning I ended up calling a number of different plumbing companies within the Airdrie region. And almost all of the places called had said it would have been a quick and inexpensive repair labour wise. So I guess I learned my lesson, better to shop around and not trust the guys that installed it all for the builder.

The service was amazing! Dan the service person was polite and clean. They were on time didn't have to wait around for them to show up. Would recommend to anyone. Support local companies!

I have worked for this company for more than 5 years. The owners are great people very trustworthy and fair. I know the service that is provided is much the same. They stand by their work even years later when any other company would soak you.

I live in a brand new house (1.5 years old) and all three of the toilets started running. I called Cyclone and explained the issues (They were installed by Cyclone) and Pete was here within 2 hours. He replaced all of the valves within 20 minutes, and they didn't charge me a dime! So impressed with this company. Thanks for being friendly, quick and efficient.
