Well, I believe in a balanced review. However, it's interesting that I can not seem to leave a negative review on their website.

I had been pleased with the service up to now, but completely dissatisfied with the cost to install winter tires on my daughters car.

Shop perspective is that I'm asking them to install tires for free with my complaint. My perspective they are charging me twice for the exact same service. Took steel wheels in to have new winters mounted, balanced and installed. If I had asked them to do it using the existing aluminum wheels the charge would have been $180 (which includes install and torque). Because they were installing on different rims they charged me an additional $80 to take the current tires off (which would have had to come off if they used the Aluminum rims).

Well, clearly they feel justified over charging so I will find myself a new auto mechanic.

Shane is one the best people I've dealt with in this business and would highly recommend them to everyone.

4 wheel drive service and transmission fluid change - Personal touch was superb. Communication was excellent and the work was well done. I plan to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Staff are friendly and informative. Work in done on time and according to the quote provided.

We have been using Miller for years and consider them to be honest and trustworthy. We don't typically get to meet the people "pulling wrenches" in the back but when we do they are as considerate and willing to explain issues as the front desk normal customer facing staff. Shout out to Shane for this level of customer service and to Donovan for hiring the right staff.

We went to Millers for a second opinion - we had been quoted over $4k for parts that were allegedly needed; my wife even had to sign a waiver if she drove the car away!
The guys at Millers took the vehicle in and did a complete check over (they even had the quote we'd received to use for their reference) - we were then told that we didn't need the parts and that this was a pre-existing fault that the company knew about, but apparently didn't apply to ours because of the year of manufacture.
The fix, if it happened again - pull over, turn the engine off and then start the vehicle again. That simple.
So a big thank you to Millers; you've saved us $4k and will now be our garage of choice!

Customer service was friendly and outstanding. We got our vehicle in for repair quickly. The repair was completed on time and as per the quote. A further inspection was completed showing other minor deficiencies that I will consider getting done in the future. Our vehicle is back on the road and working well.

Vehicle was dropped off to check for an oil leak, and a brake inspection. Brakes were checked very quickly, at no cost. Brake inspection was a special offer, which I was not aware of. Advised that the oil leak had been located, and a repair was necessary. The repair could not be carried out for several days, as the shop was booked solid. Advised that if I could leave the vehicle at the shop, the techs would fit it in, if there was a cancellation. I left my vehicle and the repair was completed the next morning. Very impressed!

Took my truck in for an inspection, absolutely missed 3 critical components that needed immediate attention, this was also diagnosed by 2 other mechanics in different shops. (rear brakes were 90% worn, 1 front wheel bearing completely gone, and a tie-rod end needed replacing). Miller was pointing at work on the motor that had zero to do with safety, though had a VERY hefty bill attached. Been in Okotoks long before they set up shop and will not refer or use this place again!

Friendly, honest employees. Great service: they take me home while the work is being done and pick me up afterwards. They do only the work agreed on with a clear description of whatever they do. I'm very satisfied.

This was an easy 5 star review! We feel extremely lucky that we live in a town with a great mechanical shop willing to go the extra mile as they fit me in last min to fix a repair to my muffler to keep me on the road. Great service and prices for everyone.

I have always had great service from Miller Automotive and Repair. They are very knowledgeable and I trust them to diagnose and provide the repairs that are needed.

I called to have my battery replaced and they were quick and did a wonderful job. I went back a week later as my car dealership was claiming that the battery could be causing my problem. A quick check and photo proved the dealership wrong. Thanks.

I can't plan ahead properly and showed up at 5: 59 when they close at 6: 00 to pick up my truck they were checking out for me. If I was them, I would have told me to come back tomorrow. They were still extremely nice, accommodating and professional. Thanks Miller Automotive, I'll plan ahead better next time.

The service here was excellent! I was passing through town and having issues with my car, and I'm very glad I found them. They were accommodating, helpful, and quick.

Other than a slight booking error, they were able to fit me in quickly, resolved the issues I was having with my car, and let me know of some other minor repairs to do soon. It was great getting photos/list of what other things to take a look at in the future.

Shane and the boys have earned my trust and business time and time again. They're straight up with customers about the work that needs to be done and the work that is optional. That seems rare these days. They guarentee their work and deliver on time. Even when booking late or on a tight timeline they've gone out of their way to squeeze me in.

The staff were very professional and the repair was very reasonably priced compared to other shops. There was no replacement part required and they were honest about that. Fantastic service from the moment Shane answered the phone right up until he handed me back my keys exactly when he said he would. While I'd rather have avoided the whole situation in the first place, I'm more than happy with the outcome. The service technician was Cody and his diagnosis proved to bang on and the work he did more than exceeded expectations. The quote and explanation they provided was thorough and the final bill was exactly as quoted. It was also a pleasant surprise to find a sparkling clean car waiting for me, a rare sight given the sloppy winter conditions. Had been putting off dealing with a battery that wouldn't charge thinking it was the alternator, which is an expensive job on this vehicle. Called their shop and had it in the next morning. After doing their diagnostics they found it was a broken wire on a connector which saved me hundreds of dollars. I would highly recommend Miller automotive and will be back for other servicing.

Fantastic shop. Good work, friendly and helpful staff, good price. Have dealt with them for maintenance, repairs (both out of pocket and insurance related) and diagnostic work. Never tried to sell me something I didn't need, and final bill always came in below quoted.
