I first found Dan while doing a property inspection for one of my colleagues, who was unable to attend on behalf of his buyers. I was super impressed with the level of detail that was afforded in his work. When I was used to an inspection being done in 2.5-3hrs, Dan spent 4+ hours on this particular property of approx. 2200sqft size.

All the while, I was curious on his techniques and equipment he was using, and he helped educated me "on the fly" as to how certain systems work in the house.which I still use to this day to great effect with my clients. No other inspector to date has let me ride shotgun on their process.

Dan's effort and detail into his inspections shows extremely well in his reporting to our joint clients. So much so, that I had a property FAIL the property inspection condition on the purchase, and the deal fell through. There were too many red flags on that particular property that we had to give it up. Ultimately, we helped this client find another dream property that passed the property inspection condition, and everyone was a winner. And that's all thanks to Dan and his work. From my experience, not every inspector would have went to this level of detail and there is a distinct possibility that my client might have bought the "red flag" property. Both the client and I are grateful to Dan and he helped steer us away and onto something much much better in the end.

Dan did an amazing job, with an extremely detailed report. While inspecting Dan explained everything well, and went into detail when something was poor quality. He is very knowledgeable with all aspects of the home inspection, and put in the extra time to make sure nothing was missed. He is someone a lot of other inspectors should use as an example, for what to do.

Dan did an amazing job inspecting my home. As a first time home buyer I appreciated that Dan took the time to explain everything to me. He basically taught me home to maintain a house. He's very knowledgeable. Throughout the whole inspection I was impressed with his level of detail. He not only answered all my questions but also othered advice on what should be looked at regular and what the immediate concerns were that I needed to address in my home. He's very personable and I never felt like I was bothering him or asking too many question. His report was very detailed, over 160 pages long. And had lots of pictures with an easy to follow format. I could not have been more impressed.

Dan is amazing! He has a strong background in many types of construction which makes him extremely knowledgeable in all things home-owner related. He spent half the day thoroughly going through every little detail of my house, from every nook and cranny. His inspection report consumed of hundreds of photos and very detailed information about each photo. He is very knowledgeable about his building, plumbing and electrical codes as well.
