Been coming here for 3 years now to buy my produce in bulk. Great prices and great customer service.

Employees fill your cart with boxes you don’t ask for and then remind you it’s no complaints. I went the other day and I was not listened to no matter how many times I asked them to stop filling my cart with things I didn’t need, and now I come home and the boxes that had quality items on the top for display have rotting food underneath. Very frustrating.

Oh.this place is awesome for produce. I go weekly and save significant amount. You will find quality as well as good customer service.

Love shopping here for fruit and veggies they cater more to East Indian cuisine so they don't have everything the big box stores carry but what they have which is a lot is very fresh. Their spice section is amazing so much to choose from. Definitely worth checking out this store. Keep in mind it is not a huge store so prices are a little higher but totally worth it. Happy shopping

Prices are fair but you have to buy in large quantities (box) to benefit. Be careful and carefully watch for freshness. Some produce may be bad, moldy and rotten. Be careful. Usually just 3 till for check out at one end and another 4 tills at the other end. So lines are really long. The store is compact and not large enough for moving carts. Employees are great. Toilet is not easily accessible always locked. You have to ask for the key. Parking is no problem as it’s in the Sunridge mall.

I purchased 4 cases each of strawberries and grapes and 2 cases of Mandarins and by the next morning half of the grapes and strawberries rotting and molding!
I made a complaint and all they said thank you for contacting us and then blocked me!
What kind of business thinks it's good business practice to just block anyone who makes a complaint?
I wasn't rude or disrespectful. I simply told them that I was an unhappy customer and that half of what I purchased went bad right away.
Bad business practices don't make customers, they lose them.keep blocking all you customers and next thing you will end up with none and out of business!

Fantastic staff and always great deals for bulk fresh fruit and vegetables. Love coming here to be able to feed my family healthy within a budget. Unbelievable prices! Come see for yourself (and skip the regular stores)

Not deciplined like other stores, no fix prices on sale products, last time I bought a box of tomatoes written 15 doller on it but the cashier was saying its 20 dollers.

First time in Calgary I see them selling sugar cane juice! It is a traditional Brazilian drink and I was very happy to find it here. Juice is freshly made. There is an option to add flavors (lemon, lime, ginger, minth, plain). A 1l bottle is 10 dollars.

Good prices and produce is okay.
Terrible customer service, cashier was rude at checkout, treating me in a not acceptable way in front of my kids.

Be careful with the produce without a price tag, the owner tell the different price according to different ethnic groups, certain ethnic background people get a better price.

Terrible terrible experience. My younger brother had experience dealing with them. The owner of the store is extremely extremely rude.
Zero customer service. He would start using rude language freely without care and back out from his words what just said. Must got lots of money and don’t need customers.

Prices are good if the fruit is not rotten. But some of the discounted produce should be thrown out. It’s hit and miss. If you can get a half a box that is good then your probably doing ok.

Miserable store owner. Hope someone teaches him a good lesson for his pathetic behaviour.

Today around 3 pm I have been told by Cashier during payment next time they won't accept credit card. To bad for future shopping.

The worst customer service ever. From the cashier to the supervisor. The quality of produce is very poor. Take it from store to the garbage.

I bought a roti storage box from here for $13.99 on a Sunday and forgot to take it with me after paying for it. I had the payment receipt with me but couldn't go there during the week as it's a really long drive from my home and I had a 6 day work week. I went there today (Sunday) and spoke to the owner/manager, showed him the receipt who literally called me a liar and a thief and told me he couldn't give me a new one. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!

Rotten fruit and the owner forces customers to buy boxes if rotten fruit. Worst place to buy anything.

Well I do agree with all the people who gave one star to this grocery store. I wish I could give them a zero. Yes the staffs are really rude, but that's not their fault because they are looking at their owner and learning from him. The owner is very very rude, he doesn't know anything about manner and more important customer service. He is the rudest person I have ever seen in my life.my msg to the owner you must learn how to be polite to customers and know the manner of talking to customers.

The worst customer ever, my wife was getting her needs, and suddenly the cashier guy appeared and yelled at her, go to Costco, and when she asked about her name, the answer was I won't waste my time with you, if you want the cabbage, go get it, I won't give you my name. And they are fanatic and discriminative, when A white customer came and did the same as my wife he had the nice face and did whatever she wanted. That's awful.

This place needs self-checkout counters.
Wait times at the til is awful. After a recent negative experience, I avoid this place at all costs. Otherwise Grocery/veggies are mostly fresh and fair priced.

I wish i could give them zero star. I went at 7: 35 still have time for closing i was picking blueberry and it was all moulded when i tried to look at other trays to grab good ones the person was in so mch hurry to close that he literally grab the tray from my hand as he need to take the pallet back in somewhere. I mean how pathetic it could be to grab something from customers hands. Worst experience will never recommended coming here specifically at there closing time.they need to watch people are doing.if you open business than please watch it too

The owner is absolutely rude, no manners whatsoever. I don’t understand how in the world can run a business and treat people like this. This guy is going to lose a lot of business due to his arrogance and bad attitude.

I am just disapointed with their behavior. The way they have treated their customers with rotten fruits and have absolutely no patience and manners how to speak to customers.

We were in the Store to Buy some groceries and Only Carts were able, were the Coin ones. They didn’t even have the small baskets for a store this big. We had to leave the store and buy groceries somewhere else.

But I guess, my review is nothing in front of the other ones I read here, rotten fruit, rude staff, rude owner, loud music. I should have kept my mouth shut. But because I had to take my wife there to impress her, that I found a good grocery store for her but it was opposite and I felt embarrass after, I gotta give something back to you “Daily Rotten Produce”.

I went to this place yesterday, omg they were forcing me to buy box of rotten fruits.
Owner and staff has no manners and are very disrespectful people. I personally don't recommend this place at all. WE ARE PAYING FOR IT. IT IS NOT LIKE THEY ARE GIVING IT FOR FREE. SO WHY NOT GO TO A BETTER PLACE?

Rotton fruits- we visited today and we found Rotton fruits in front boxes. So make sure staff is very clever and tricky because they always put garbage in front boxes.
Rude- one nonsense person always sits on front counter and he has no etiquette and none professional skills how to talk with customers. I think he is the rude owner.
The other fat small guy always seems like high. Both are nonsense people.
Never went again. Disliking their face book page. Deserving shitttttt

Less expensive, you have to be careful, 50% of the items are almost gone, some monkeys are rude in bulk area, they will sale anything, when you say NO, they thorw banana towards you.

Everything overpriced, all vegetables are old, nothing fresh, so disappointed, never go there again. No customer service at all️️️️

The floor staff seem like they don't want to be there also staff where eating things and didn't wash their hands. Only thing that is good is the prices and the cashier's. Also the music is to loud.

Great deals! Always something good on sale. Today, I got a case of navel oranges, a case of mini watermelon (8), a flat of strawberries (8) and a case of bananas.the total $41. Big family? Get your fruit here.

Some stuff is in fact moldy, and rotten, but most isn't. Crazy cheap for stuff like garlic, and habenaro peppers that honestly never really go bad.

Very clean and welcoming. Discount area is priced to sell and items may be moldy. Buy at your discretion, but the flats are a great steal. The rest of the store is very well stocked and the produce is fresh, ripe, and cheap. Its a great place to go if you need bulk items like onions, strawberries, potatoes, and apples. They also have new specials everyday so check their Facebook page to see what they are featuring.

They also have an extensive dry goods area with bagged lentils and beans and powdered milk and spices. You can even get fresh smoothies. A 20oz drink will only set you back about 5 bucks.

Great store. Go there for all my produce!

Great variety of fruits and vegetables, specially, love the fresh juice shop they have, the reason for giving one star less is that once we got a crate of blue berries, most of them were rotten when we went home, they were on sale but that should not have been sold at all

SCAMMERS ALERT!

We bought 3 strawberry boxes from there to be clear not from the discount centre and the next day they all got rotten. Their customer service is very bad and rude especially two big guys who act like managers usually found in the discount center counter are horrible to talk. TOO RUDE. We had the same experience with the dragon fruit and cherries two weeks before. This place not worth it at all waste of time and money! We have learned our lesson!

Really good selection. Quality was good. Prices were nice, less than Coop or Walmart. It was quite crowded at 2: 30pm on last Tuesday of July 2021. No covid-19 measures in place. Wife was only one in the store (including staff) with a mask.

Super fresh produce, HUGE selection and fantastic prices! Even better if you can use bulk quantities (like flats of fruit), but there's tons available to purchase by weight. There's also a fantastic spice selection, a fresh juice bar with amazing prices, giant bags of nuts - all sorts of stuff. We go weekly now to stock up on our produce and are saving a ton.

Fruit and vegetables in Regular section are a bit overpriced, in the bulk/box section you do get deal and if some fruit are not very good you should expect that as you get waht you pay for.
Owners are very rude with limited to no business ethics at all.

CHOICE IS OF CUSTOMER Low price = low quality or vice versa.

Location is good.
Store staff need heaps of training and marketing skills. At least know how to talk with customer.
Customer can find other place to shop. Management need to know that they are in business because of customers, customers has the option but business don't have the option without customer.

What I bought so far on different dates

1.3 packs of strawberries for $5, ok was good

2. Large watermelon, had a weird texture and bland taste that I never encountered before in my life and I come from a tropical country and ate a LOT of watermelons of different quality range but this melon was just STRANGE, we had to throw out without finishing because I could not understand what happened to the melon. Worst part was I already cut half and gave to my neighbor before tasting it myself because it LOOKED good.

3. Honeydew, bland it was like chewing water, cant explain it, didnt finish had to throw away

4. A case or cherry tomatoes, I bought this to donate to a community fridge but when I took them out, 2 out of 10 containers had MOLD in them which I had to throw away

TLDR they sell at low prices but you have to pick carefully to even get edible produce. I didn't know it was legal to sell moldy produce in Canada. Wouldn't this be against public health or something? I probably wont go back because time is money too but if you have time to pick and prod you might get a good deal I guess.

This place has low prices compared to others but the fruits and vegetables are not always in good quality so it depends sometimes you find good quality and other days you find rotten produce so just be careful while choosing

Went to this location a few a days ago, as I was in need of some fruits however, I was shocked that the owner/staff practically force you to take the rotten fruits instead of the ripe ones in the back. Be aware that the staff will stare at you if you even dare to pick up the decent fruits. Not to mention their fruits aren’t up to pare.

Daily fresh? Whats up with fruit with mold on it? Most of the spices and cookies are overpriced. Some veggies and fruits are a steal sometimes but not always. They have jacked up their prices since moving to the mall from the parking lot. Customer service.big zero!

Entrances/exits from inside the mall and to the parking lot. Lots of variety but as others have said, not always as fresh. Get what you pay for.

Scammer alert! Stay away from the discount bulk area. All their produce is rotten and molded. We bought a case of dragon fruit. Once we open it the dragon fruit was covered with mold. Every single fruit we cut in half was not edible. NOT SAFE TO EAT! It was dark and very mushy. You can tell it was frozen and defrost for resell. They don’t let you check and see the produce. Just buy the whole case close. Too good to be true people. Stay away from these scammers and cheap price. You’ll be having rotten fruit Possible food poisoning.

Oh by the way. Horrible customer service! Staff force you to take the rotten fruits and stare at you if you even dare to pick up the decent fruits. They told us we had to pick from the top! It is not even worth coming here. Who care if you have cheap price for rotten produce. You are better off go to your everyday grocery store for the same price of produce. Such as freestone! At least they open the box and never told us how to spend our money!

First time shopping at this store. Didn't know you need a loonies to get a cart so I asked the customer service. Instead of giving a cart, he charged my card $1 to give me the change. Where is the good customer service? Like I just filled my cart of stuff. Don't think will be back. It's not worth it!

I will never do groceries at this store again. I bought few groceries and a pan for 14 $, I came home luckily I tried to wash it before using it.we noticed some rust coming out of the pan and it gets worst few days later. I am so glad I did not use it. After a week or so I went to the store the manager refused to refund the money, he said it’s used and he did not apologize or did anything about the issue.

Not a good experience from the employees. Taking fresh produce away from cart and filling up with rotten items. Ask your employees to respect the customers.

Was told by staff that I couldn't search for non rotten food twice. " I had to pick from the top". Who cares how cheap your produce is if it's rotten. Save your money and go to H&W Produce or Freestone. I have never been told what I can spend my money on at a grocery store. -1 million stars.

They sell items that are rotten and has gone bad! Should report to the city for this business behaviour! Against health regulations.

Me and my friend bought a smoothie. The guy didn't even wear gloves and wash his hands. Bananas and strawberries were black in colour. F@#king disgusting.

Low prices. Some stuff is a steal. 10 lemons for 1$? Geez. The spice aisle is why I visit though. Has almost every spice you could need for cooking curries to braised meat and stews.

Prices are great.very clean and organized.the only really annoying thing is the guy screaming in the store trying to sell the bulk boxes.you would shop peacefully then get freaked out by the loud screaming voice "$5. $10 a box" i think that's so unnecessary.everything is priced so no need to be screaming

Went to this new location today, very good pricing but one must be aware that some of the produce one is getting may not be as fresh as the more expensive places.

Overall, a good experience and will return when in the area. Store's layout could use some changes as the aisles are very tight, certainly not as easy to get around in as the previous ex-Future Shop location.
