This location is horrible. We have been here lots, I’ve asked for extra toppings Oreo and cookie dough and I receive just Oreo and no extra toppings. I am paying for the extras but not receiving it. This has occurred a few times now.

The staff here are hilarious. I love listening to the shenanigans while I wait for my ice cream, makes you think back to your first job, and how much fun it really can be.

I order lots from this location off of skip and they always forget my ice cream. I'm starting to think they don't even sell ice cream as it's never once showed up. Food quality is meh and always cold whether I'm taking out or ordering off an app. This is the most convenient location to me so guess I'll just be ordering from elsewhere from now on, very disappointing.

This location is horrible! Time after time the product is dismal at best. Blizzards are always missing add ons, which you need because they're so bare of any items.litteraly just vanilla ice cream with a piece or two of oreo or scor. Waste of money ordering from this location. The owners are just knowingly ripping customers off, as they've replied to many reviews about these issues, and nothing changes.

Came here during shift change. Around 4: 30-5pm. Very unprofessional. Hugging. Kissing. Laughing. Gossiping. Talking about tattoos. One of the girls even hugged the older lady from behind asking if she could get a tattoo. Assuming Mother Daughter? A Skip lady was completely ignored.
One of the girls filled her friend's huge water jug with ice and he complained that the water there "is gross"
Do you not have a backroom? I was there for 5 minutes and witnessed all this immaturity and chaos. Yikes

Very friendly staff. The friendly young person that talked me into a Mango Misty Freeze when I have always ordered Cherry. Well guess what? Mango is my New Favorite!

Excellent customer service. The staff is so so good and they always make best blizzard. The entire staff is good.

Please check your Oreo blizzard ice cream, my little guy is puking all over the place half an hour after they left your establishment.

We live in New Brighton, so this would be the convenient one…. However 6 blizzard @ $42 and it was pretty much just ice cream… thought I would give them another chance after years of going to douglasdale… needless to say it’s back to Douglasdale, it’s worth the drive as these guys are so cheap on adding the proper amount of stuff. Truly pathetic
