I made a mobile order and it said to come pick it up in 15 min so I did. My husband wanted something additionally so he went through the drive thru while I went in to pick up our order. I waited in line behind two other families before even being able to tell them I was there for pick up. My husband had already waited in line, ordered, and received his combo and was waiting for me by this time. It had been 30 min now since I ordered. My order was not ready, so I decided to get a blizzard too. Another mobile order came in and waited. Two more groups came in and ordered. All of them, and the families in line before me when I arrived, got their food before me (even though I had ordered a min. Of 20 min before any of them). My order was not huge. A burger combo, poutine, and onion rings. IT WAS 45 MINUTES before I finally got my food. I pre-ordered with the hopes of avoiding the wait. And then I got home, and they forgot to give me my drink. Do you think I wanted to go back at this point to get it? Absolutely not. So I didn't. Definitely put on damper on my evening, especially when I got DQ because I was too exhausted to cook in the first place. Extremely disappointed by it all.
Everytime I go to this DQ, I get a grilled chicken salad and specifically say with tomatoes, onions, cheese and always ask for NO bacon bits. This seems to be a hard order, because 3 times now I've gotten a salad with bacon bits. So this week when we got our order, it had bacon bits! The staff kindly offered to make a fresh salad. So she returned with a salad, but without onions! Plus the butt ends of the tomatoes that is typically discarded. Our onion rings were very dark, over fried, and old tasting. The onions weren't all covered in batter, broken bits.no effort at all in making us fresh onion rings. Overall weve had hit or miss meals. We just might pass on DQ in Raytown next time.
Nicest DQ I have ever been too, the food quality is fantastic and they even flip your blizzards upside down… this is never done in Ontario anymore where we are from.
The Poutine portion size has been cut in half. Idk if old Troy wants to save $3 or to cheat the customer. Given the wrong burger multiple times now. But Either way, very disappointing seeing this place diminish portion sizes. It used to be so good. What happened?
Ordered the chicken basket and received a very small portion of chicken, small portion of fries, more dipping sauce then food. Definitely not worth the 12 bucks I paid.
I love the staff here. They're so sweet (no pun intended). I've never ordered anything that wasn't good. I go there often for kids meals on busy nights and I'm very grateful they opened this location up! Would definitely recommend.
Ice cream was the only thing that gave this meal a star the food was not hot fries were soggy and you would think that paying for a basket of fries would get you more than 5 fries but I guess not
There was a bit of a learning curve when it first opened but now it's hit its stride. Always super friendly and better than all the Lethbridge locations.
Food tastes good but the size of the fries or onion rings is ridiculously small for the price you pay. This is why I wont go back. Other fast food chains have you beat when it comes to value for your money.
I like the honey glazed bbq chicken strip but the frequency at which their debit machines breaks is nuts and the way it is handled is more nuts. The line is typically long and moves slow then you get trapped in thereonly to be told the machine doesn't work. Put a signage stating that prior to people entering the drivethru. Besides that, everything else is great. Well other than the food being pricey for fast food.
