One of the best ice cream store in town. Variety of ice creams, burgers and other snacks are available in the store. Store is very organized with good sitting arrangements. It is neat and clean. Drive through access is also available. There are parking lots including accessible parking in front of the store. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend to try this store.

Addison served me in the drive through tonight and her customer service was AMAZING! 10/10. She deserves all the certificates!

Tried their new limited time coffee crisp macchiato blizzard and it was delicious! But strawberry cheesecake is still the best.

Rudest customer service, management cannot answer customer questions or request without attitude.
Called at 10: 30 am to order a custom cake. I specified I have a $5 off coupon that expires the same day so I would like to pay for the cake in advance and they can take as long as they need to get it ready. Was told no issues. Go in at 2 pm and the cashier was the guy that took my cake order, when I proceeded to pay he then went to check with his manager who scuffs and grunts at the request of paying in advance. Sends the cashier back out to apologize because he misunderstood his managers answer while I was on the phone earlier and now cannot pay in advance and that the coupon is not applicable to my sheet cake (only good for 10 or 14” round cakes). Fine, I didn’t make any fuss and just said to call me when the cake is ready.
Fast forward to a whole week later, I heard nothing from this store. So I call to follow up and explained the situation, person on the phone (the manager) has an attitude immediately and starts saying it’s not the store’s responsibility to call customers when cakes are finished. I explained that when the person took my order he never asked for a specific time, and that was dismissed. Then she proceeds to ask me a bunch of questions like I was ordering a new cake, so I stop her “just to be clear I’ve already ordered this cake a week ago and I need to know if it’s ready. ” “Ohhhh! You are the person that didn’t come pick up your cake. It’s been ready a long time and you didn’t come pick up. ”
I come into the store for pick up, a lady in front was just finish paying for her custom cake when I heard her say “I don’t know what’s going on but I told her on the phone when I was ordering yesterday that I needed to pick up this cake right now. ”
When I get to the cashier, I see this woman who’s clearly the one that answered my phone giving me a glare through the serve window.
Piss poor attitude, not at all apologetic about poor communication skills / misunderstanding. I get way better service ordering a cake from Save On the grocery store than at this DQ location whose main business is cake. Guess this shows you how much a person can hate their job.
If you are ordering a cake be prepared to talk to someone who sounds like a cranky toddler / clueless and be very clear on what your expectations are when ordering a cake on the phone.

Place always delivers. A great stop especially with coupons. Drive through can get congested. Burgers can be a little bland, the flamethrower (chicken or beef) really give it some zing. Poutine is above average. Chicken finger basket rocks.

Every time we go here we always get the best food! The service is somewhat slow but it's probably because they're always so busy. The Staff are somewhat friendly.

Can’t count how many time I ordered an ice cream cake from DQ and had it skipped to me during my intense pregnancy craving period… they always pulled through for me!

Their blizzards are extremely good. It's always hard to pick just one flavor. Ice-cream cakes, sundaes, cones are to die for whether it's summer or winter.

Good was ok here but no patience preparing and burger just slapped together sloppy. Ice creams were spot on but the poolside slush was very watery and not slushy at all.

Dairy Queen rarely disappoints. Unfortunately they were missing the majority of the ingredients needed for their burgers last time I went. Likely a one off, but still not very convenient.

Awesome food and fast service. They didn't stop taking my order to help the skip the dishes driver even though the guy was being rude and trying to interrupt. Delt with the guy professionally afterwards despite his terrible attitude and impolite words.
