The seats, decoration, and counter spaces are quite outdated compared to some other fast food joints. Food is amazing, must try their fried chicken burger - it is done right, crunchy outside, juicy inside. Friendly and efficient staff members.

I had a burger here and the bun was stale. When serving me my combo, they didn't even ask if I wanted ketchup, which is just weird. Maybe they're overworked but they're not thinking about the customer's experience and that ends up hurting them in the end.

Amazing service done by manager. Staff is really kind and welcoming. Always quick with service and food is really yummy and delicious. Would definitely go again and highly recommend. Kudos to the team

I am a regular at this location. Always get great and fast service. Sometimes quality tends to slip and large chain restaurants like this. I can confidently say that is not the case for this location.

We usually do drive thru and it’s always prompt and prepared with high quality.

I used to love this location. But yesterday I found melted plastic in my onion rings. The person who answered my call apologized and offered to replace the onion rings but I refused, how is it going to help having plastic stucked in your gut. It is a safety issue. Please be more careful next time.

Went to the drive through recently.
Ordered a chocolate fudge blizzard. They literally put 1 thin line of fudge. Could've just ordered a soft-serve from McDonald's instead.

I bought a cake from here today and was overcharged. I picked a $37.99 cake out of the freezer and went to pay. When rung up the girl at the counter tacked on a $10.00 'decoration kit' fee. I didnt ask for one. There were a few plastic balloons and plastic heart on the cake already, but that should have already been included in the sticker price. When I asked the girl about it she quickly asked for help from another employer, possibly the manager, who deleted that extra charge but replaced it with a $5.00 'edible image' charge. The image was a plastic heart.not edible at all. I paid and left, I don't go to DQ often so was unsure if extra charges for cake on top of the sticker price is normal. I have learned it is not. Very disappointed.

I have been visiting this location for the past 2 months. The staff is very friendly especially Razia, who always delivers exceptional and quality costomer service. I would recommend this location, you won't be disappointed.

Food was fresh and hot. Unfortunately I got stuck in drive thru twice so needs to be shovelled out. Would have given 5 stars if not for that. Employee was very friendly and polite so I give her 5 stars.

One of the best DQ i ever visited! Especially i am pretty much impressed with the girl who was taking my order name chelsea. She was so nice and friendly and giving best customer service. 5 star for that girl!

My husband and I had seen an advertisement on tv. So, we decided to try it. Well they did not disappoint. We both ordered the triple steak burger. They were juicy and very tasty. We enjoyed every bite. Just one burger each was very satisfying. We definitely will be back for more. As for the butterscotch dipped ice cream cones they were somewhat disappointing. They didn't taste like butterscotch. All you can taste is pure sugar. We will stick to the chocolate dipped from now on.

Today i went here and i ordered from drive thru and i waited for my blizzards almost more than 10 minutes and staff was fighting with each other and they dont care about there customer. I will never ever come here again. Also drive thru person was not friendly.

Pricy menu and despite this one needs to request napkins when there are none in bag (oh, you want napkins? ” Says Patricia. “Yes, I want napkins” (if it’s not too much of an inconvenience). Maybe another restaurant wants my business. Last night, 1 ketsup didn’t go far for regular fries.

Probably the worst Blizzard I have ever had. The bottom half had basically no Oreo.just plain ice cream. So disappointing.

Avoid wasting your money on desserts, sloppy service, staff won't stock up and serve desserts without of toppings. Had banana split with plain soft serve with just pinch of strawberry and a drop of chocolate topping.wont recommend anyone, worst experience.

Burgers were cold with hardly any sauce on them. Ordered large onion rings and the box was only half filled. Portion size smaller.prices have increased.

Prompt service. Saw employee sanitizing table tops door handles. Hit the spot. Can't expect too much from $7 dollar burger meal.

So I was ordering two cakes with some pictures on it and on my case I really can't go out due to certain circumstances then this lady named "Razia" helped me a LOT! She's one of the best that I knew and take note of this I am a worker of a fast food chain so I know how difficult it is but in her terms she put her effort to me and I was so glad I grabbed this place <3 more power guys! Thank you so much!

Honestly, I'm not sure why this location has decent ratings. Today I called several times to see if take out was avaliable and not just drive through. I've also called on other days, to which I usually get no answer. Today, someone answered, said hello and hung up on me.pretty frustrating but whatever. I went into this location. NO ARROWS OR ANY TYPE OF DIRECTIONALS WERE POSTED! One sign had an arrow and read "service counter" when you follow it, it causes you to line up on the wrong side. Customers would obviously follow the one and only incorrect sign and of course rudely be asked to move to the other side. I had to repeat my order many times to the cashier and she would have to repeat herself many times back to me. While I waited for my order, I was covered in the thickest sweat imaginable. Please for the safety of staff and customers put some extra fans or AC units in this place. Please post damn arrows so I know where I'm going. The only thing else that bothered me was it seemed as if two girls were just leaning on a counter, talking and doing no work in the 20 minutes I was waiting. Maybe they were working but as someone has spent years in food service I was always told to make sure customers don't think I'm "not doing anything" if they can see me. Always look busy. And watch your attitude with customers. I ordered a dip with my meal today, after repeating myself several times I guess the cashier still didn''t catch it. So when I got my food I mentioned that I know the dip isn't on the receipt but I asked for it. And I was given attitude about how the cashier will give it to me for free this time but it usually costs money. I was more then happy to pay what, the buck for the sauce? I didn't ask for the sass. It just wasn't the greatest expierence

Flame grilled burgers are incredible. I think this DQ has a deal for cheeseburgers. 2 for 5 or 6 bucks

A four course meal for $7! This is the greatest calorie per dollar I can find anywhere. You will not find a better deal anywhere, not even the clown can do that. I assume this will lead to Dairy Queen winning the great fast food war of 2022. Soon every restaurant will be a Dairy Queen, might as well get on board. Unless it turns out that their burgers are indeed Soylent like I can only assume for that price.

Got a peanut buster parfait but pecans and caramel INSTEAD of chocolate and peanuts.was charged for 2 EXTRA toppings.was not told about the extra charge as i ordered.asked supervisor but there's nothing she could do. NOT recommended.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Good food but worst customer service ever by management. I literally approached to talk to manager (Naria or Razai) but she ignored. And the team member (humani) literally made an lame excuse that she is busy. I would never return back to this location ever until they train their upper management!

To my fellow ladies if you crave ice cubes during pregnancy this is your place to go. Im serious on this! Also the food is great and they have ice cream cake. Who doesn't like ice cream cake lol

Was busy but they make a good burger although the crew chief need people training. He was busy chatting to someone else and wasn't paying attention to our order. I had to repeat myself 3 times.

I highly recommend this place it has Friendly service, reasonable prices and really good food! Me and my kids love coming here! I highly recommend getting the peanut butter parfait it's really good.

The staff were friendly I mean over friendly that she let me drive her home every night to her place at greenview granlea crescent.she's giving lots of kisses and bj's all the time.she's the best. DQ offers food and cheap staff too.try her you'll enjoy her too,

Worst DQ in Edmonton. I usually go there to have my lunch or dinner and most of the time displease with their management and service delivery, but I don't have other option as it is the closest DQ from my work place. I never wrote a review but last time, I was really upset and felt pity on those guys. I had to wait 25 minutes for my order, the manager was very rude and argued with me when I complained. There were not enough staff member to work. The same person is taking order, preparing it with same hands doing different things. Even I saw hardly 3 employees working in there and none of them had any mask or gloves. Seriously?

Very very sorry to bring it to the owner’s notice what these female staff is doing in the restaurant. At this difficult time when everyone is suffering a lot and these females are having fun. Least bothered about the orders. Kept me waiting for 15 minutes just for a shake. Skip people who are taking so much risk so that they can deliver food at doorsteps and these people when they reach the restaurant and tell their order number then they look at each other and start preparing the order otherwise standing in groups and laughing and having fun. Only 1 slim girl seems to be serious about the orders. Really very annoying. Please don’t do it at this time when whole world is going through this difficult time. I know you will be paid for your job but believe me some people are fighting with the situations and going through a very bad time.plzzz owner look into the matter seriously. Thanks

I used door dash it took me three time to get my ordered after I left my address on the ordered page. But my ordered was worst waiting. As lest I ordered ice cream. But it was almost melted.

Slow drive through service and while the staff were friendly, the quality of the grill and chill left much to be desired. Waiting in the queue for close to 10 minutes, I suspect that they were very short staffed for lunch rush.

Kids cone was poorly made, almost didn't have time to finish the meal, it leaned over so heavy. Just not the best example of Dairy Queen I've seen.

Awesome experience. Workers are very friendly especially Razia and Ruthvi. This location always puts the customer at the highest importance and their foor is out of this world.

Orders come out quickly but the bathroom was extremely gross. It needs a full cleaning done (walls counters.etc.) I prefer this location only for drive through.
