Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Burgers are frozen and microwaved. They have a charbroiler but I've never seen it running. At one time the burgers here were pretty good, charbroiled. Now they're endemic looking, barely brown things, held in a steamer all day and then microwaved. Don't know what happened?

It's a quiet &, cozy place. They do not bring your food order out to the table like they do in Red Deer. Food is good.

Wasn't the friendliest service I've had, but the food was exactly what it should've been.

Relatively quick service even on busy spring and summer evenings when they are busy. Decent food. Clean. During my 30 minute meal they wiped tables twice.

Ordered today 2 for 6 with cheeseburger to go.
When I opened it there wasn't any meat.

I go to this location because it's so close by, every once in a blue moon I treat myself with a blizzard.my favorite is (was) the brownie choco supreme. I ordered a large.never been so disappointed! The blizzard was so light you couldn't tell it had chocolate and there was hardly any chunks or pieces in it, I felt ripped off! It was always dark brown and lots of pieces at the location in Airdrie that we used to go to, not sure if they where low on stock or what, but if it was, they should of said so, I would of ordered something else.really not impressed.

Went in to get a simple meal. Ordered honey garlic 4 piece chicken fingers with sweet and sour sauce and a large milkshake to go. Once I was done paying, I looked at the screen to see if the order was correct. He rang in regular chicken fingers. So I paid the extra $1.05 to get the proper ones. Got home with my meal and got ranch dressing. WARNING: if you go to this location, double check your order.

The service is great, just the quality of food really wishes the best. But aqesome cupfections!

Service is great now! The food is very consistent. I love how it's never greasy. I also love that they have not changed the classic strawberry sundaes which are my favorite! I love coming here for a little break from reality and enjoying a snack ️

Worst customer service ever. I have never talked to some so rude before. I don’t know how that person became manager but they definitely should not be. The way they were talking was so rude like dude u need a reality check I was just calling about cake.

It's a good place to go when you have coupon. But without coupon your snack cost more than 15$. And for a medium Blizzard it's cost around 10$

I am so impressed at how hard the two employees worked (if there were more I did not see them) it got super busy on Father's day, and the man working up front treated everyone with patience and kindness. When I ordered my cake and lunch, he offered to keep my cake in the freezer until my food was ready. Thank you for your great customer service.

Great location! Their ice cream sundaes are tasty especially the ones with the strawberry syrup!

This is where I was when the 2013 flood waters started surging and the river was overflowing. I walked up 8th to the trains and was lucky to be on the last train leaving downtown. Everyone was evacuating I thought it was a major gas leak or something but I was wrong. By the time I got onto the flyover going northeast the water was coming over the old LED Bridge

Polite and friendly staff members.and just to fill anyone in who is also dairy free like me. DQ has new DAIRY FREE DILLY BARS! And you can buy a box of them GAME CHANGER!

Had an incredibly bad day. Went in to pick up dinner because I didn't want to cook. (obviously) asked for a 1/3 pounder with the onion rings. Sounds really good right? Anyways got home and it was just a regular cheese burger. Still food, still good. Just.really wanted that burger. This is the first time I've gone there so maybe try it for yourself, but there's always other dqs. In the end it was clean so whatever. #badmood review.

The new Alberta COVID restrictions advised us to not go out in groups when buying items and food. I came alone and I had 2 coupons, and I wanted one for me and my brother. The coupons do say one per customer, per day, but COVID restriction only allow for one of us to go. The RUDE employee said “no”. My brother did go about 2 weeks prior and the employee gave 2 items using the coupons, but today’s experience definitely does not look good in this restaurant. So my brother went later to get his own item using the coupon. Ridiculous: the employee does not understand the COVID circumstance

Went in for blizzards, service was good and also very fast, even for the 5 blizzards we got. The only issue is that the strip it is in is a little dingy and parking is usually scarce.

There is no seating inside during this time and only one door in and out.

They are still making and selling ice cream calea.

There is several parking spots outside, but the parking lot is poorly designed. Watch out for other vehicles and people walking around.

Never got the name of the guy working but he was closing tonight (February 20,2020) and he went out of his way to provide customer service for me over the phone to fix a mistake I made on my SkipTheDishes order. Hope this compliment reaches him:) thank you (#142719369)

Dairy Queen has the best burgers ever, you can taste the hamburger. And the icecream is always a good treat.

Customer service above and beyond. Thank you! I wasn't going to eat my blizzard for bit, while highway driving, inquired about not filling the blizzard so it wouldn't melt and leak, they nailed that. BUT without asking he also nailed putting the blizzard in the freezer while our meal finished cooking. 6 stars.

The website said I could create a custom cake with an image. I recieved a call while I was at work informing me the couldn't make the cake with the custom image I ordered. They asked if it was ok.no it's not okay. I asked which dairy queen could make the cake with the image I wanted and was told "I dont know, you'll have to call around".
Why would they have the option of making a cake with a custom image on your website if you can't do it. There was no warning saying this location cannot do custom image cakes or where I should go to get one made.
The lack of knowledge is pretty upsetting and now my friend won't be getting a birthday cake on their birthday.

Awesome shakes and blizzards. An older building in a shady neighborhood. Definitely don't recommend going there after dark as you may well have problems with street people. Otherwise, a great place.

The beat buger place I have been to this side of the pacific ocean. Almost as good as Mos Burger, and we dont have those here

This place hooks it up! Every time I get a blizzard with extra toppings it never disappoints. They always use the perfect amount of mix-ins and I always feel I get what I pay for. The food is always fresh and I have never received bad service.
