Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Extremely disappointed. Visited at 10: 40 pm. They close at 11 pm. I was refused to be served with the food from their menu. Their reason, "we close in 20 minutes and the grills are already off. This made me think: 1) why post that they are open yet nothing is. 2) i wonder how fresh the food they serve at night? Left overs and expired?

When they're good they're good but when there is an issue they're not very helpful. In the past two years I have made three complaints. That's not to say I've only had three wrong or unsatisfactory experiences, but three that made me believe my money was wasted and I should speak up. The amount of times we've frequented this location in the two years is at least 3x a month.

But apparently they're "keeping track" and made it very clear they feel I'm taking advantage of them. Since me getting what I've ordered is not a priority to them I won't be spending my money at this location any longer. DQ is a favourite of mine but I guess now it'll just be a treat for when I'm out of town.

They keep getting our very specific yet easy order wrong. A plain burger means plain idk why their is still condiments or pickles on it smh

Hard to screw up ice cream but seriously they need to get better straws for milkshakes. The drive thru speaker was broken and the person at the window couldn't handle four different items.

Never had I had such a pleasant experience at a fast food place. Ramneet is amazing at customer service.

New clean location. Lacking in a couple of regular menu items available at other locations. Great customer service!

I frequent this DQ quite a bit. I find most staff to be friendly and good service. It was my go-to for fast food in Valleyview.

But I noticed that the 2 for 6$ deal is not only not a deal, but actually a way to overcharge for items. If you choose a medium drink, you actual pay 50 cents MORE for your drink. I bought 3 items, a wrap, fries and a med.drink. I was charged 2 for 6$ for the drink and wrap, then a full 3$ for the fries. According to the cashier the till does this automatically and they can't change it to pay regular price for the drink. There was apparently no way NOT to overcharge me.

I won't be going back until they sort out their pricing and stop overcharging on the 2 for 6$ "deal. "

Cleanest DQ I've ever been too busy sometimes however food will be hot and fresh worth the wait time if there is one!

Went to get some ice cream, which we never got, with the family at 735pm and the drive-thru was closed so went to the door and it was locked. They need to either change their hours accordingly or be open until 8pm. Very disappointing
