It's a Dairy Queen. If you've been to one you've been to them all. Consistent quality ice cream treats with average to slightly above average fast food
We hit up DQ for dinner! The place was jammed. It was so busy. We ordered dinner: cheeseburger meal w onion rings and a chicken fingers basket w fries. We had the special Oreo fudge and Reese peanut butter cup blizzards for dessert. The staff were helpful. But they were definitely overwhelmed with the crowd. We received our food a little slowly, which was no issue since we were sitting in the restaurant. While we began eating our hot food, we still waited for our blizzards. Two blizzard machine couldn’t keep up with the business. Overall, this is a great location. The food is still good. Hopefully they can improve a little bit.
Had a horrible experience here today. First of all, I pay $11 for 4 small chicken strips and a smaller portion of fries (which doesn’t include a drink) so I have to pay an extra $2 for that. Secondly, they only gave me one plum sauce for my chicken strips so I asked for one more and the lady was like “you might have to pay for that. ” Like how does that make sense? I pay $13 total and they don’t even have the audacity to give me more than 1 plum sauce? Thanks a lot Dairy Queen. Stick to selling ice cream.
Pretty disappointed. It was a busy Friday night and they looked a little disorganized. Good restaurants know how to handle volume, and I was about to find out this wasn’t one of them.
My order’s ice cream came out immediately, and then sat melting for 25 minutes while I waited for the main food. Asking if my order is coming, it was a yes, and 10min later it was a no. They ignored me when I asked if it’s being prepped and when finally got their attention I asked to remake the ice cream because it was melted. She was pleasant enough, saying yes, and then called me back to the till to ask me to bring the melted stuff back (it was in my car). Classy move Ranchlands DQ.
In the end, I somehow got lukewarm food. Strange since it should have just got prepped. They can’t handle the rush.
Wasn’t just me, multiple Skip employees sat waiting as well.
Absolutely abismal experience. Messed up our entire order, no fries, no dipping sauce for the kids meals. Daughter went back to ask for a sauce after I had requested one and they said it'll be $. 50. I went and asked why? They said it's their policy for extra sauce.it was two meals both sauces missed.why Nickle and dime people when you make errors time and time again on a single order.for crying out loud we were the only people in the shop at 2pm in the afternoon. Been coming to this location off and on for 20 years.apparently there has been a change in managers. May and her crew simply don't care about customers she couldn't be bothered to look up from her screen to acknowledge me asking a question. Peace plenty of better service locations within minutes and the best spot on country hills 5 min away.
It is hard enough to communicate with someone who is wearing a mask, and even harder when they can't seem to speak up loud enough to be heard. Regardless, we gave her our order, then something happened and she had to reenter it.and missed something. Ok, fair enough, it was a milkshake and another could be ordered, and paid for - full price.no mention of any discount for having to ask for something again. However, we didn't get to find out until we got home that our medium fries were 2/3 full and the hamburgers and buns were far from fresh (the burgers we absolutely not fresh cooked today and the buns were dry and near the end of their life). There are many other burger choices around that I can go to, so I am absolutely sure I won't be coming back to this DQ again.
Busy cause well it's hot out! Orderly, service was quick and consistent and 2 more jumped to open tills when a line started to form, one of them I believe was the manager or owner Nice to see!
The establishment was very clean and I found the staff very friendly and efficient. This location does not have a drive through window so you will need to go inside, however the wait here was not long. The food was hot and fresh. I would be happy to return here again.
The driver was fine with skip the dishes, but we ordered 4 Blizzards and all 4 had toppings on top and 1/2 down pure white ice cream was disappointing especially when we paid good money for these. We usually go there quite often. Now sure not!
Food was good. Fries were great. Ice cream was good. My only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is because they have these signs EVERYWHERE professing to sanitize every 30 minutes. They in fact do not. Maybe update your signs if you cannot keep your promises?
A little ticked. Menu that is online is not being honored. Ordered a Bacon cheeseburger 7.00 meal thats on website but did not honor. They say it's just cheeseburger meal. Maybe a website review is in order. Just saying
Come here for delicious ice cream cakes, which haven't disappointed and love how efficiently and nicely they can add custom messaging on the cake. For the first time today though, had actual food here. The 4 piece chicken strip combo with fries was very small and came with 1 small dipping sauce and no ketchup. For an additional dipping sauce, I was told it would be another $0.50, which they did forgive this time because I only had visa on me. Would not order food here again, but will continue to visit for treats only.
3 mistakes made in one order. I asked for mini blizzard, they gave and charged for small. 2nd: asked price for dip with chicken strip. They said $0.50 and charged $1each. 3rd: while picking the tray, 1 icecream slipped from tray and fell on counter. During COVID19, the staff didn't care of infection. They saw and ignored it. We ordered another one. My daughter once dropped her tray of food while picking up at A&W. I was amazed how fast the cashier came to her rescue and replaced with fresh order at no charge, even without this COVID19 started. Never going back to DQ crowfoot again.
For some reason every time I come to this location I always feel like I’ve been shorted fillings. Blizzards are almost all ice cream and the last cake I had from here was almost hollow on the inside where the cookie and fudge usually is. Pretty disappointing.
Smaller than normal portion sizes. I asked for double Oreo (as I do at every DQ) and probably didn’t even get what would be considered the regular amount of Oreo at another location. You’d expect that if you’re paying extra they’d at least try to fake and add some extra pieces on top. Disappoint and not worth the drive that’s forsure. Will be going to another location next time.
The hot food is pretty average, but the ice cream is always great. Honestly though the pricing is ridiculous, they charge way too much for what you get. I might stop going to DQ for ice cream.
They took forever for my food. Very overpriced for the product we got. They forgot about our ice cream about 30-40 min later they finally gave it to us. And then the caramel sundae I got had like one tiny pump of caramel it was very disappointing. Definitely won’t be visiting anytime soon.
Worst service everytime I go there. 9 times out of 10 they won't even say "hi" and will just stand there waiting to take your order. Might as well automate their system
Person in charge would not honor a radio and internet promotion that we had a screen shot of. When we asked her why not she was quite rude and just seemed generally unhelpful. A family of 4 had a similar issue as us at the till at the same time.
They have great food and desserts and the store is very clean. The stsff are very polite and their services are excellent! Thank you for your wonderful services!
This is what I was given as a four piece chicken finger meal to go.what a joke.this meal cost $12! Give proper portions! I shouldn't have to check my meal before leaving to make sure I'm not being ripped off.
I am very disappointed with the services I experienced tonight. After an extremely long and tough day. I took my 4 daughters to get something quick. When receiving my order I was informed I was limited on the amount of sauce I could have. I spent over 40 dollars there. Then we walked out and they had not given our sundaes to us either. My kids had to back go in and get them. I’m just disappointed In the lack of making the customer happy instead of saving money. Further more our burger were messing and thrown together very badly. Over all not happy at all.
