Went to this location. I will never be back.
No meals come with drinks now.
My fries were 1/3 full and they refused y
To fill the container.
Staff was rude.
Greedy restaurant.
I truly hope this location goes under as more people see that they don't get what they pay for.
29$ for 2 meals and no drink as they wanted am extra 3.40 for one drink.
Greed and bad service is what will bring this location down.

The only way to leave a review is to put one star. My experience at this location deserves no star. I was going to give this the 24hrs it deserved however still mind blown at the disrespect and disdain Mike, the Manager, had for this customer and customer service over something so simple as a small Blizzard.

After a great outdoor activity with my son visiting from out of town on our first day of summer vacation, he treated me to a Blizzard. I ordered a small Chocolat Extreme with extra Cookie dough. I treated myself. It’s been a while. Don’t judge me!

After three scoops, all the ingredients were gone and no cookie dough to be had. All that was left was a pale ice cream in cup. I proceeded to bring it back to get another properly built Blizzard and waited patiently at the Pick Up window for some assistance. They were busy. Mike saw me and came by to ask if I needed help and I stated the blizzard was devoid of ingredients and all that was left was ice cream. He then challenged me to say that it was not just ice cream but contained Chocolate syrup that made the ice milk a brown color, an ingredient in the Extreme Blizzard therefore, not just “Ice Cream” as I had stated. I noted his tone and look as dismissing in nature and asked him if he was about to debate and argue with the customer.

This is where it escalated and he proceeded to berate me by asking me to “ give your head a shake! ” and not be rude by insisting that all that remained was just Ice cream in the cup. Clearly he was hung up on this small detail and gave me a regard of utter disrespect to compound the already great amount of disrespect and hostility over something so benign. He then asked me if I wanted another one. I believed it was implied by my presence. I was apoplectic that he would have such utter disrespect for a customer however remained stoic and courteous enough to not escalate it further as there were patrons and families with small children in the restaurant. I have never come closer to climb over a counter to confront someone so much however it wasn’t worth the energy. Mike is bad for business and needs some remedial training on how to address customers. If he hates his life as a manager of a DQ that much, perhaps a new line of work and profession is warranted. I didn’t need to wear that today.

We picked up our daughter's cake on the weekend and we were blown away with the design. My daughter loves watermelons was so happy to get this cake. Thank-you so much for the excellent service,

Well I enjoy bringing my kids here often. Alex is always wonderful along with most the the team. But this was the third time I ordered from skip and was missing not only the free item if you spend so much, but items from the kids meals. This has happened before, missing items and I never know if it was the skip driver (always possible) or the restaurant. I would be cautious ordering delivery but recommend visiting this location. The team is always friendly even when it's plus 30 and the place is jammed.

It’s a nice and clean fast food restaurant. Good place to cool off during hot summer days.

The burgers were hot. Staff brought out order to us (it was very busy).
The staff remembered exactly who had ordered which items.

Absolutely fabulous service! Spoke with Mike on the phone about ordering a cake with custom writing on a tight timeline (only 2 hours notice) and they were super accommodating of my lack of preparedness! I've always liked coming to this location, but this quality of service really does make it worth going out of your way for. Food is always consistent for DQ, drive thru is fast.

Have no idea what is going on here but twice they managed to mess up my order.
Not sure if it’s a new girl working there but dam….
Gave me a mushroom burger instead of the bacon ranch!
Then asked for no pickles on a hamburger for my 6 year old and boom…. Here have about 7 pickles…

15 bucks for a blizzard and sundae.
Wow! In six years it has gone up about 5 bucks. Nothing against DQ. Loved it since I was a kid.

Apparently the workers are incapable of packing a simple order, they literally place the drinks in a paper bag so everything was SOAKING wet… how incompetent can one be to do this?

Blizzard was overpriced for what you got. I would hate to have to feed a family of 4 at those prices.

Usually this DQ is awesome but last night they were crazy busy. We ordered cones through drive thru and when we got them they were very sad and melty. I mentioned it to the drive thru attendant and she kinda shrugged and didn't say anything. We ate them and they were good but very soft and messy. We'll go again but last night it was disappointing.

Don’t try to pay with a gift card at this location. They always have some excuse not to take the card. Not the best customer service either.

DQ ice cream cakes are delicious. We recently got the cookie dough blizzard one for a special occasion and it was heavenly. The flavor was just right and the texture was perfect. It kept us all happy, including the little ones!

Would have got a higher stars but the kid in the drivethru window was picking his nose then touched food.

If your in the mood for a runny Blizzard this is the place for you. Every. Single. Time. Brutal.
