Building is a little old but the staff was very nice and fast and the tables are all clean

Meal was fairly tasty. But I could have had onions to enhance flavour for someone who enjoys onions. My wife does not.
She also informs me that you have to pay extra for onions, lettuce, etc.
I ordered a mushroom burger on top of the first order. It was tasty but very messy to eat.
Fries were wonderful as if fried in fairly new oil and not over fried.
When you are finished with your meal you have to walk through the restaurant to place your trash then walk through the restaurant again to leave.

Went through the drive thru and when I got home my order was all wrong and missing my buster bar. Also the chicken strips were so dry and hard my 95 ur old mother couldn’t eat them. I phoned and all they said was “ sorry for your bad experience “ free buster bar when I come in next time. Also I wanted a single patty cheeses burger but got a double.

I have never felt more disrespected and talked down on at a fast-food restaurant than today at this location. First and last visit for my family here.

Great food and service, although the interior looks like it needs a shine. One thing that concerns me is that when you do take out on their ice cream cones, their carryout trays do not allow you to put your cones on the seat beside you! Thus, you must carry the cones in one hand (on a paper thin cardboard tray), then drive, and signal with the other hand. I mean, you could go on CGT (AGT) and do a show and get the golden buzzer!

It was impossible. It It is understandable to save environment. Use paper draws for pops and thinner drinks, but not for shakes. Wastedthe drink after small paper pipe collapsed.

A tiny little DQ in the heart of Airdrie. Waited about 15 mins for chicken strips but I wasn’t in a hurry. Staff was nice and the place is very clean. I’d recommend going for a quick ice cream and find somewhere else for a hot lunch if you’re in a rush. Great spot!

Purchased a brownie cuppfection and it was disgusting not like the hot fudge brownie they discontinued thos was a cold hard brownie not even warmed up appalled will try other ice cream. Parlors very disappointed.

Usually this DQ is very welcoming and friendly however today I feel like I should apologize because we interrupted the drive through crews conversation and they didn't even acknowledge our existence with a hello or anything just kept on talking to her coworker. In addition, items were handed to us with her back turned to the window. So, to the crew tonight, sorry for being an inconvenience. TLDR: The person at the window was colder than the ice cream, but the ice cream was good.

Yummy ice cream. Crispy fries. Decent fast food burgers. Try the pretzel blizzard. Yum! Sweet and salty!

My wife says this location has the best blizzards in Airdrie. Only location I am to go to to pick one up for her.

Great counter service by the staff. Lydia (?) was awesome as she helped to explain why the franchise doesn't allow the use of the DQ app to collect or redeem points. Not a 5 star for this reason. Why wouldn't a DQ on Hwy 2 accomodate travellers that are used to using their apps for preordering, rewards or deals? Lame.

Going to this diner was a big mistake on my behalf I was ordering food with two of my friends from school and we sat down with one of are friends who did not have money we were in group sharing the table we were being respectful and not making to much noise and we do respect the diners and the people working there as well as eating but one of the older employees came to us and started being really disrespectful and telling the one person at my table to leave because he had his own lunch out we were all paying customers and they were insisting on kicking us out because 1 of the 4 of us didn’t pay for food they had given us huge disrespect and major attitude I don’t believe I’ll be dining here again and I hope for the younger generation if they treat you like this please come forward and say something because age discrimination should not be tolerated

The customer service here is ridiculous. Unless ur not ordering as soon as u walk in the door, u will get kicked out for not ordering. They are very rude to the kid customers, Yelling at them across the room.kicking kids out for not buying food as they are just trying to sit down. The workers here are very snarky and rude, even when u are respectful and paying. Overall the way they treat their customers is repulsive and I would not recommend dining in.

Ice cream is always good. Got a medium chocolate dipped cone and looks like a small unfortunately. Would still get it as it's one of my favorites. Thinking this could be a one off as when the person gave it to me looked at it and giggled.
