Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The ambiance of the store was so relaxing and very clean. Staffs were so friendly and approachable. Foods were great spacially the desserts, served by well-mannered cashier counter staff. We’ll surely come again. Highly recommend this restaurant

Ordered a large blizzard, strawberry cheesecake. I only found 3 pieces of cheesecake, no crust or anything. I would say over 95 percent of the blizzard was vanilla ice cream with strawberry syrup, avoid this location and save your money. FUWA FUWA next door is way better for a few bucks more, this DQ is a waste of money.

Watch out for these scam artists. If you order through the app it auto charges you for a bag, but they won't give you a bag if it's a single item. Always check your receipt

Had a coupon for a 3 dollar blizzard, proceeded to charge me 4.25, because I asked for pecans, spent 2minutes dumping the pecans off instead of just giving it to me. Let's throw it in the trash instead of giving it to the customer. Trash employees. Trash dq. Would never come again

I asked and paid for extra brownie bites and instead my blizzard was basically empty with 0 filling: (genuinely disappointed cuz all i paid for was basically chocolate ice cream

Really love this Dairy Queen and I got my ice cream after I ate and line up got busy but they noticed and got our ice cream immediately thank you to the young lady behind the counter

Staff need better training in customer service. Unfriendly and rude. I would fire the drive-thru kid if he worked for me.

Ordered 10 BBQ strips in the drive through. They said it was $1.53odd per strip if we don't take the basket. They also mentioned it comes with 2 sauces. Asked them for BBQ and Ranch. We were all fine with it. When kids opened up the box for dinner at home, they found regular dry strips. Went back asked them to change it. They kept on arguing we did not order BBQ strips. One guy in particular Vincent was extremely rude and no sense of hospitality that is required in restaurant business. At the end we just tossed the regular strips in the bin infront of them. For us paying extra or more was not the issue, it was the attitude this Vincent guy had towards a customer and not fixing the mistake. Instead he kept on flashing the name tag and dared us to talk to the manager! We politely said this attitude will take him far in the hospitality business. Employees like Vincent will take businesses down and I hope owners/management take appropriate action. We are Windermere locals and will share this experience with our neighbors and community page. Its a shame! Extremely poor customer service and ironically this is not the first time I saw this happening in this location. NOT going there anymore.

If you do not serve certain things on the menu after a certain time, you should mention it in the menu.

I came to this Dairy Queen last month as a panicky, but hopeful wife wanting to order a unique, memorable cake for my husband. We had just gotten back from Banff and with limited planning, I was hoping this team could create something special within a day.

I spoke to John, the manager, who told me their printer was down (to transfer a select image to the cake). He could sense my disappointment, I’m sure, and I started asking what else they could do. John was so patient from the get-go. I could tell he was invested in helping me to find a solution as we looked at the ready made cakes in the fridge and talked over colour combinations etc. Finally, I thought about a fun theme we could do - Spider-Man (my husband’s nostalgic favourite superhero) and I showed him a picture of the iconic Spider-Man mask. John said he could recreate it and we chatted more about colour combinations. And very reassuringly, at one point, he said, “leave it to me. I have an idea. ” And right away, that put me at ease.

When I came back just a few hours later to pick up the cake - judging by the reaction of John’s colleagues, I knew he had done a great job. They brought the cake out and my eyes lit up. It was beautiful, fun, vibrant & sharp. It made me smile - the mask was drawn so well - I loved the details & the gradient colour design John had applied to the top of the cake. The rest of the team smiled along with me in recognition of how awesome a job he did. I think this must be testament to the kind of leader and manager John is. His talents are well respected, and I’ll always be thankful for him going above and beyond for me that day. Creating something special & memorable for my hubby’s birthday in mere hours meant the world to me.

Thank you so much, John for your talent & kindness! You guys are a wonderful team. I’ll be telling friends and family that the DQ in Windermere should be the location of choice for us) You’ll always have my heartfelt thanks. Wishing you much continued success in the future.

The employees went above and beyond with an amazing custom ice cream cake for my son. They blew my Expectations out of the water, my son was so happy and absolutely loved his dog ice cream cake. Thank you so much for your awesome customer service!

I always come to this particular Dairy Queen because of their customer service and the way how they make the food correct.

I had ordered the the Loaded Steakhouse triple combo and it tasted really good. The burger patties where cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. The fries and onion rings were crisp and not soggy. The sauce was the perfect amount and didn’t cause the bun to turn soggy. The bun was warm and good.

I would always recommend this Dairy Queen for sure.

I've gotten undercooked food from this location in the past and over a year after opening they still don't have a scanner for their point system. What is the owner/manager even doing?
