Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered a medium fries and it came to $5.78 with gst.opened the bag and was super disappointed to see how small their ‘medium’ fries are. The container wasn’t even full (see photo). The service was quick and friendly and the fries were good, but can’t justify the cost for what you get

Terrible owner will not provide drinking water to customers for free. Never have found a restaurant in Canada that does such a thing. I feel bad for the wonderful staff at this location as this terrible policy is a good indication that the staff are also treated poorly. Will never go back.

Rude manager and workers at the Lakeview location. The girl at the till tried to overcharge me by 2 dollars on a medium shake then argued that her made up number of $7something was correct even though I tried to show her on the price list boards behind the tills that it was $5 and something (can't remember how many cents as I type this). Then she said those are smoothie prices even though it clearly said "shakes" on the price board. When I finally showed her the middle price (medium) she said that is for a small. When I asked her " If the middle price is small, then what is the first price? " She couldn't or wouldn't answer. The manager was right there but wouldn't say a word. Finally I walked out without the shake I wanted. I won't attempt to eat there again, but if you do, carefully ceck how much they charge you.

Usually have a great time at Dairy Queen and have not had any issues with ordering from the app until I came across this store.
I ordered on the app from my car and then proceeded to head into the DQ. Waited 15 minute by their mobile pick up sign with not a single employee acknowledging me. After 15 minutes I called over to someone who was just waiting by the kitchen window and inquired on my order. I refreshed the app for them to show my order, they said they would go into the back to check.they brought someone out to take a look and when I did a refresh of the app for the new individual it showed my order as cancelled. After spending 20+ minutes at the location to now have in my opinion someone go to the back and cancel my order from their end, I was very frustrated and left.

Low rating for this DQ due to the staff not paying attention to the customers and the food that just sat in the kitchen window for minutes before they would call out the order number.

The staffs are nice. It has big space and the price is reasonable. But I didn’t like the food.

Rip off location. Small Blizzards are usually $6.30 at DQ around Calgary. This location was $7.75 I asked why and she said each location has their own prices. Crazy.

Clean restaurant, but the hot food was awful. Took forever.
They staff didn't call my order, so I ended up sitting, waiting while my food turned into garbage.

I asked for no mustard or ketchup on my cheeseburger just mayo.turns out they are charging nearly 80 cents a burger extra for mayo.than I ended up still having mustard on my burgers and ketchup in the bag.at 79 cents a squirt of mayo I won't be back. I'll stick to wendys or a&w where they don't charge for mayo on your burger.this is ridiculous!

I only did drive through. The burgers were very good and the large onion rings I thought were a little skimpy on the portion. The exit driveway was atrocious. I thought I would lose my front end exiting to the street.

Took forever, felt like the microwaved my chicken wrap as the lettuce was obviously cooked.

This Dairy Queen was quiet and clean, and the staff were great. Even the cake I bought looks awesome. But what they truly get 5 stars for is the wonderful entertainment they provided me by putting up a passive aggressive poster about someone stealing. Not only do I love that they are outing this person, but I love that they are taking the law into their own hands. Nobody should be stealing dilly bars so they better catch this person.

I went here to get a flamethrower combo upsized to a basket of onion rings and large drink. Every other DQ I have been to charged me $16 this on charged me $23 saying the prices can be different in each location. Total scam will never go here again

Came in while on lunch at work and on the app it shows the chicken sandwich priced at $6.79. I had a deal for buy one get one for $1.99. The lady at the till says it’s $12 for 2 sandwich’s with the deal. The app shows the menu price as $6.79 for one. She pretty much said that’s the price. The owner/manager needs to have their prices fixed.

Rude staff, make the mistake of asking for a promotion they will act as if they dont know what it is. Last time I was here. I didnt not appreciate the rude big young man. Mutliple times where the atittide was noted. Not many options in this area but suggest you find something else to eat.

I came in for lunch today and the server was hacking and coughing on everything. Go home if you are sick.

Great location! They were a bit busy when we got there but our order came fast and tasted delicious. Everything seemed super cleaned and maintained which is nice.
