Last 3 orders where ether not correct or done properly food is a 50 50 if freash and decent or bad like just recently i oder a blizzard and all they gave me was ice cream in a blizard cup with topings thats it and not a actual billzard. Once long ago it was a great place now after these mistakes i will mo longer supported DQ for surecthis one

One of the best dairy queen that i had ever tried in canada. From customer service to the food everything is absolutely delicious and perfect staff always take care of us and specially their is always same and experienced staff that thing is the best about this dairy queen.

I started coming to this location regularly in 2019. Since 2021 things have gotten so much better, better service, better food, and they made some changes that gave the place a nicer atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and I always see the same ones for the most part.

They don't take orders right, anytime I've been there. They forget things and add things that don't belong. They dont fix their mistakes. Then they look at you, like what do you want me to do about it. I dont know customer service. Save your money and go to another DQ in town. This one is a lost cause

We stopped on a hot day for ice cream. It was very busy, but the staff was great at getting food and ice cream to customers quickly.
We love stopping at Dairy Queen!

Waited in the drive through for 14 minutes. People walking in were getting served and drove home, before our order was ready. The order was wrong! Ordered caramels, received peanuts. On a positive note, the ice cream was tasty.

Ordered 2 burgers and onion rings with add ons, my burger had almost no lettuce, tiny tomato, and a small squirt of mustard. Not impressed

As many other reviewers have mentioned Blizzard Barely had any toppings every time I went there.

This is the BEST Dairy Queen in the city!
There is one worker there who always makes my experience pleasant and awesome!
Their ice cream is always the best tasting and the best presentation!

I have never had any issues with this dairy queen location, always have had hot and fast food service even when it’s busy and the staff are fantastic.

Order something taken off the menu a long time ago. They not only made it the made the special sauce for it. 5 stars DQ tonight you were the ultimate!

Quick and friendly staff, bathrooms were very dirty, locks did not work and no hand soap. Only one bathroom was usable.
**Went another time and bathrooms were much cleaner. My door still did not shut all the way.

Thank you for the pumpkin pie Blizzard every year. And I don't care if the cookie isn't pie crust it tastes like it
