Had the best skip the dishes experience with this DQ! They went above and beyond with their packaging and followed through with our special instructions, perfectly. Definitely worth the 5 stars for being so costumer focused/dedicated. Thanks Bow Trail, DQ!

Ordered SkipTheDishes tonight from this DQ, really excited to try the new “Cake Batter Cookie Dough” Blizzard. I even ordered two as my mom wanted to try it as well. Couldn’t have been more disappointed when the order came in and both of the blizzards were just regular “cookie dough, ” and were rang in that way on the receipt as well. I have never liked chocolate sauce on a blizzard and I would not have ordered regular cookie dough if I had another choice - so this mess up was both surprising and disappointing. I wish someone would have called me to ask if I wanted something else instead of just assuming. I don’t usually write reviews either, but I’m so frustrated. Either call your clients when items aren’t available or pay more attention to the specifics on orders when ringing them in… I did get a refund from Skip, but I’m really unhappy. I won’t be ordering from this location again for a while.

Was there today to get a remake, unfortunately the remake was not up to a good start as the pop was not full & then as they tried to hand me stale fries I returned them, then the front attendant put them on the heating rack to be given to someone else as I already touched them so I’m unsure if they are taught food safety here. But after I got the attention of the lady at the drive thru she quickly tossed them away. The front attendant lady (terrible service on so many levels) continued to give attitude & roll her eyes. Overall not a good experience.

Hit the drive through, was unfortunately fairly slow, and order was not correct, food was reasonable though.

Manger is terrible and disrespectful but the owner with ginger hair was super respectful and kind

DQ on 41st Bow Trail SW in Calgary did an amazing job decorating my cake yesterday (June 11).
I was sooooo amazed at the bubble style writing they did.
Whoever did that deserves a bonus!

All I wanted was a no-cheese single (beef?) burger while my partner felt compelled to order a "combo". Ordering my single burger was unclear and confusing and the pickle burned (!) the top of my mouth. Partner's onion rings were a sad, oil heavy mess. Nice staff; bland in-house dining, awful food.

Wow! These guys crushed it on a busy, hot evening and there was a consistent stream of people and the employees were amazing and had wonderful customer service!:)

Bought a banana split with pineapple, strawberry and carmel. The pineapple was fermenting and tasted like beer. Threw it away! What's a matter with these places? Gross!

I ordered a cake via delivery for some friends and Tina at this DQ is amazing, she decorated the cake for me and did the best job ever! DQ has the best employees!

This Dairy Queen is outstanding because of the people that work there. My daughter and I often go for an evening drive to grab a Blizzard or other treat. Recently we arrived at closing time and thought we were out of luck. One of the employees ran out to the parking lot waving us in where they proceeded to serve us after closing time - wow! The lost art of customer service lives here!

First time visit here and will definitely be back. It's very nice, quiet (perhaps just during our visit) and very clean, in comparison to the DQ closer to my place. The front staff were friendly as well.

Just avoid this once-great burger joint.horrible, cold, and dry burgers on stale bread. Poor customer service and outrageous pricing for what you receive. DQ used to be something I really enjoyed, but this place has made me hate it.

This location is not worth visiting. They do not put any sauce on your burger, they do not put hot fudge on their hot fudge Sundays. This place has not value, there are lots of other dq locations that give you what you pay for, not half of what you paid for. Will not be back and I advise you avoid this place like the plague.

The staff are very nice and friendly. They tried to get your order done and hand it to you in a decent time always hot and fresh.

5 Star always for Dairy Queen and sorry for the loss of Scottie!
