The staff and doctor are so great. They are so positive, helpful, and supportive during the process! I laughed at every appointment. The doctor was very personable. I recommend this clinic to everyone. I appreciate all their help in fixing my toe!

I was suffering from plantar fasciitis and heel spur for the entire year in 2023… visited another clinic in the past but it did not help so was a bit hesistant to visit another podiatrist but I’m super glad I did. I just wish I came here sooner actually. Where I was limping with heel pain in the past, I am now pain free and walking like I’m back to normal. I highly highly recommend Dr. Ian Russell.

Came in for an ingrown toenail treatment and my toe has healed beautifully. Dr. Russell is both very skilled and a pleasure to talk with. Same with the rest of the staff, everyone was very nice and reassuring; making the process smooth and less frightening. Definitely recommend coming here for any foot treatments!

I have been plagued for years with ingrown toenails and Dalhousie Station Foot Clinic was recommended to me to try. Dr. Russell was fantastic! His team are amazing and every appointment I was welcomed and tended to in a timely manner. His colleagues in the clinic made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Russell is very knowledgeable, informative and explained exactly what my procedure would entail. He sent me digital information regarding my foot care. Follow up care has been quick and easy. Had my big toenail removed a couple years ago- it was expensive at the time - but DR Russell explained to me that the reason is if it grew back he would remove it again N/C. It grew back and he was good for his word. As for his skill level - he’s second to none. Very quick and painless procedure. I’d recommend him.

I came in for ingrown toenail treatment. The consultation was very smooth and Dr. Russell was very clear on treatment plan. The procedure would be permanent and there is a 2 year guarantee on his work for the 1/10 chance of regrowth. I agreed to the procedure right there, and the numbing was the worst part (not that bad…he warns you before you feel the pinch). The procedure was painless, and Dr. Russell was a blast of a conversationalist, which helped keep me occupied while he was working on my foot. From that point on, immediate relief from the ingrown nails, and have had zero discomfort since the procedure.

The moment I walked in I had a feeling I was in good hands, being greeted by the friendly staff who walked me right into a doctors room. The aftercare instructions were super clear and resulted in a quick and painless recovery (still in progress, but Dr. Russell says I’m recovering well). Every checkup since then the staff have greeted me by name and made me feel very welcomed.

This is the only foot procedure I’ve ever had done, but I cannot recommend a better experience to start off with. Will be recommending all to Dr. Russell and team! Thank you for the amazing care, appreciate all the fun convos I had during my visits!

I had a wonderful experience with an ingrown toe nail removal done by Dr. Russell. The procedure was relatively painless and he is clearly an expert at what he does. He was friendly and personable and the rest of the office staff were as well. Would highly recommend Dalhousie Station Foot Clinic for any of your podiatry needs! My toes have healed well and all pained from my ingrown toe nails has subsided.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was anxious for weeks prior to my first appointment, but every single staff member was amazing every step of the way. Dr. Russell and his team do great work!

Edit: I went back to Dr. Russell's again 9 months after my first appointment for a different issue - same exceptional service and people. It's clear they're all passionate about what they do, and they do it damn well. I wouldn't go any place else.

100% would recommend Dr. Ian Russell for any of your problems! Dr. Russell was the 3rd Doctor I seen about my foot and didn’t wave me off like the other doctors did. He took his time and did x-rays and figured my problem in no time. Now I can finally look at the further with no foot problems!
