Customer service is non existent. I was in the show room for 30+ minutes, no employees on this side. They saw me through the glass in the other room, but I guess I was not worthy to come through and answer my questions.

Due to global supply issues,
They maintain great pricing, and will advise on possible delays on shipping of special orders, and will advise if what you pick from showroom is available or may be special order

I was not in the show room so I can not speak to that. I was in the other side to pick up an order.
Front counter people were not friendly but they did help me.:)
Shipping was another case. You can literally walk around there holding your order confirmation and nobody will acknowledge you are there or guide you even when you ask for help. I spent 25 minutes trying to get the one guy to take his earphones off long enough to ask him the process. He mumbled something then kept going.
This is a good place to shop if you want to find subpar quality tile. Cheaper in price means low quality. We only shop here when the budget is really tight and the client specifies these products. But then the quality and final result show. Over all, I do not recommend this place. We usually send a courier and they always cringe when we tell them to pick up at Daltile. Now I understand why. This day in age, I feel customer service should be the highest priority. I'm not high maintenance but I do expect to have some sort of communication when spending time in an empty store.

Total waste of time. Had to have an appointment because of COVID which was fine, get to the door and call the # to let them know we are there they tell us to go in. We Look around find some stuff, have questions and know one there to help at all.we are the only people in the show room what was the point of an appointment. Came from out of town because we head good things. Won’t waste our time again

I've been dealing with Daltile for 10 years on a daily/weekly basis.they've got a great staff who are efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Love these guys, they always go above and beyond even when you show up 2 minutes after close LOL. Great company to do business with.

Just finished a tile reno in our bathroom and glad we found out about Daltile from our contractor. Tons of products and solutions to waterproof tricky spots in our older home. Happy with the design and style.
