The places absolutely awesome.
The staff is very friendly.
Very recently priced. Highly recommend going there.
You will not be disappointed and you will pass it on to a friend.

Just had the Beef Brisket sandwich and so did my friend. It was absolutely delicious.

The sandwiches here were always great. We'll be back to try more sandwiches and other food.

The perfect neighbourhood sandwich shop! The bread was so fresh. Reasonable prices on the menu. Different specials during the week as well!

Terrible experience. The woman working there was so rude and not very smart. Didn't know how to split a payment and said they didn't do that. This deli is not authentic at all and is extremely expensive. I don't recommend buying anything from this deli. My family and I will never be returning to this "Italian" deli.
The woman also rolled her eyes and gave me a dirty look when I asked for less salami because because it was very expensive and cut so thick it would've gone bad before I or my family would be able to finish it, and would've made us sick. It's good salami but way too expensive for the type I got. It wasn't even Italian salami the parmesan is prepackaged in very small quantities. Not to mention, when I did buy it, it was the nastiest parmesan I've ever eaten. Like it just came from the cow and hadn't been aged at all

My husband randomly discovered this place and he was telling me that they have the best sandwiches in town. I was sceptical at first, but he was so right! Omg! We tried the brisket and turkey pesto sandwiches and both of them are soooo mouth watering. Very friendly staff, clean little cafe. We’ll definitely come back to try their pizza and other things on the menu

Amazing experience! Ordered the Beef Brisket Sandwich and fell in love immediately since it has the perfect balance of beef, vegetables, and sauce; It only cost less than $14 and its filling! Best sandwich hands down in the Northside! Service is also nice there! 10/10 place would most definitely go again!

This lovely deli has been my favorite sandwich shop for many years. The renovations are nice but nothing was better than the original shop with the family running the till and making the food. It will forever be my first choice for a grilled authentic Italian sandwich and soup!

The BBQ beef brisket sandwich is probably the greatest sandwich I've ever had. I've probably gone to get one on average once or twice a week for the last year since I moved just up the road.

D'Amore is goated. You can't really miss when you go here but their Monday Special, the beef brisket sandwich is incredible. Grab a frozen pasta dish for supper while you're there

Had the grilled club and risotto soup. Excellent quality food. Would recommend anyone give it a try.

Had a large latte. Very bad. No coffee flavor, zero foam. Had to dump it. Couldn't even have a few sips, was just bad. Not going there ever again.

It holds the sandwich well. Very fresh and high quality ingredients. It's always been like this. Family orientated and very welcoming. I recommend everyone in edmonton to come and try a sandwich for this deli. It's exceptional.

I’ve been coming here for years, I’m not sure if it’s new ownership? When it was the original owners working they were great! Always great sandwiches, however with the new employees working not so much, i ordered 2 large sandwiches With no tomatoes, onions or mustard and they literally put every single one on the sandwiches. The tomatoes weren’t a big deal as we could easily pick them off, but kinda hard to scoop mustard off and take onions off when it blends with the lettuce. Would be great if the new ownership / employees would listen to what the customer wants.waste of $20

This Italian Sandwich place is one of the finest in the town. Please review there hours of operation before heading as they have short hours. They make everything fresh in the house. CUBAN GRILL & ROSEE PASTA is one of my favourites.

This place has been great the half dozen times I have been and I will be back. They have the real deal imported Italian parma ham and I cannot find a better deli sandwich than here. Love this place!

Help support the local Ma and Pa establishments. The corporations are making a fortune these days well the smaller companies suffer and disappear on us. The very back bones of what makes Canada great. An assortment of amazing sandwiches on Choice huge toasted delicious and filling I dare you to finish a whole sandwich in one setting extremely filling. Well worth the buck, and the taste is above and beyond. While you're waiting for your sandwiches to be finished I recommend browsing the store and being able to purchase International items from around. Ask about the spicy infused olive oil added for the sandwich I recommend.

I worked there in 2017 along with 2 other ladies.we were let go for no reason what soever.there were daily tips that were to be shared.when myself and the other 2 ladies i worked with approached him on this issue.we were fired a week later.the Son is a loser who just wants to make money. Greedy!

Amazing sandwiches, delicious Romanian buns, delicious ice cream with rare, amazing flavours. If you want to support a small/local business, this is a great place for that!

This place has the best meat ball sub in the city on Fridays. Make sure to stop by early. Once it sells out. Which it does. They don't make anymore.

Place went downhill the last few years.
Staff don’t listen when you repeat the order twice, yet still makes it wrong. Noticed that with myself and customers ahead of me.
Pandemic or not, when the cashier takes bills and coins from a customer then proceeds to make a sandwich while not swapping disposable gloves. Then acts surprised when she is called out on it.
Place NEEDS a deep clean, nooks and crannies are filthy especially where the coffee syrups are, you’ll notice the nice layer of grease/dust on the pumpers.

Its true blue Italian style meals, lots of Italian grocery shopping available, but great to get something to eat. Not super busy, owner super friendly. So is staff.

Since being taken over from the parents in last few years the Son has gotten very cheap with the portions, and slicing meat & vegetables paper thin. Raising prices and smaller portions are not acceptable

When the old lady and her husband owned it, (pre-2016) they always served up a nice 3 - 4" Sandwich, sometimes offered a free dessert or soup and the price never fluctuated.

Now you're lucky if your sandwich is a half an inch thick, they nickle and dime for paper thin vegetables, an extra slice or two of meat costs $4.00 EXTRA and is STILL not even half the amount of before.

The son is turning this place into a Subway, smaller portions, higher prices and very little service. Last time I went they tried charging me $14.00 for my sub and I told them to keep it and I left - I guess they no longer care about customers as the D'Amore Family has made their mult-millions' already and opened up another restaurant in the Ice District & Surrounding Areas.

2 stars because: It's not the parents fault their son is sinking a once a very good soup + sandwich shop and it still is slightly better than subway.
Overall, spend your money elsewhere.

Been going here since I was a kid. Small locally owned little gem with amazing authentic italian sandwiches.

Their Italian sandwich is delicious. It is way better than going to a chain restaurant. We often get the frozen meals too (chicken parm and lasagna are favorites) and some freshly baked buns to go with it. Great place!

Great place for lunch or pastries, wide variety of quality Italian baked goods and lunch items. Busy around lunch time might be a bit of a line up and the parking lot was fairly busy.

Our warehouse is moving so now our drive will be much longer but we will be back for more amazing food. Great sandwiches and the chili is amazing!

I have been coming to this place for 18 years and the quality hasn't changed. The shop looks rough on the outside but the food is absolutely amazing! Consistently good everytime!

Good old fashioned family run deli. Great for lunch. Try the Italian Grill or Cuban Hrill sandwich.

Love visiting here. I used to live in the neighbourhood and we stumbled upon this deli and little store. They make a mean sandwich and their pasta and sauce is to die for. You can even buy some pre-made frozen pasta dishes to store in your freezer for those nights you don’t want to cook or have time to. All this and it comes with a sweet little lady behind the counter that makes you feel like you’re visiting your own mother or grandmother while there. Family run, great food and prices.

Nice little sandwich shop on the Northside. Great Italian sandwiches and there's even a little shop inside to buy various cooking supplies.

This place has great appeal but unfortunately they don’t listen to what you’re ordering. Even after voicing my concern about it being written on the bag wrong they nodded and said nope it good. Then of course get it and it’s not what i ordered even what’s written on the bag which is incorrect to begin with is not followed. Says no onions definitely onions. Asked for turkey and cheese definitely got roast beef and ham.:/

One of my favorite places in Edmonton for a quick lunch. I have been coming here for years. It is a traditional mom and pop deli and everything is made with love. They even have take home made pasta dishes to throw in the oven when you get home.
