All customers beware when buying items from Danier leathers online or in store, especially online if you order a clearance item and you receive the wrong size, Danier leathers is comfortable with keeping your money no exchange, no credit. This is appalling considering the items listed on their website can cost anywhere from $100 and up.

After some haggling. I was able to send it back (at my expense) both ways.

What a horrible store. I visited this location and purchased a jacket for over $500. The entire time I was in the store the only sales assistant sat behind the cashier and was on her cellphone with calls. When I purchased the coat she did not remove the security tag from the coat, which I did not realize until I was 100km away. I called, and she said she would have the manager call me. I left my number with her. I never received a call back from the manager with a solution. I drove back to the store the next day (a round trip of 240 km) to have the tag removed. The sales agent from the previous day was not present. The manager was present when I returned to the store. She expressed that leaving the security tag in happens to everyone and that she was ‘sorry’. No effort was made to make the situation right; no discount was offered, not even a can of leather protector in compensation for the three hour round trip drive or fuel cost. This is a store that has nice products, but horrible, horrible service.
