As this was our first sale in 25 years Darin was there to answer all of our questions and concerns no matter how trivial. When the perfect property came on the market Darin was able to provide a virtual viewing for myself being located in London and my Wife was on business in Australia. He provided a live conference call and we spent 30 minutes looking around the property virtually. We made an offer straight away and was accepted. 4 weeks later we completed.
