I had a great experience at David's Bridal! Rima was super helpful - fit me in for an appointment, gave me multiple dresses to try on, and was super patient with me. It's so important to have good staff when looking for a wedding dress!

I recently purchased my wedding dress at David’s Bridal! We had the most amazing consultant, Olivia! She was so incredibly helpful and made the whole occasion stress free and fun! We recently returned to shop for bridesmaid dresses and were paired with Olivia once again! My bridal party and I were so excited! She helped my girls find perfect dresses and made the day fun once again. She listens to your concerns and provides many options to counter them, she took into consideration what I was wanting from start to finish!

So thankful to get in last minute here, they were very accommodating. Although the dresses were not what I was looking for they were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of selection of shoes and accessories!

Megan provided a STELLAR experience when I was Maid-of-Honour dress hunting this past weekend!

After providing Megan with wedding details, she pulled a great assortment of dresses that all aligned with the wedding vision. She consistently made me feel comfortable and provided great advice!

Within an hour, I was paying for a dress (at SUCH a deal) and have an alteration appointment scheduled! I couldn't be happier with the wonderful team at David's Bridal Calgary, especially Megan:) Highly recommend!

My sister and her bridal party recently came to Davids bridal store for a look around and a fitting. She is getting married next year and it was her first time trying on dresses. Megan was amazing! She was super sweet, always put the bride and her ideas first, and was extremely helpful. The experience was overall so lovely and my sister even found her perfect wedding dress! Even though I did not get to my wedding dress from David's Bridal, they helped me with last minute opinions on flower girl dresses and other things, I got a beautiful veil from them as well as my spouse's tux and suit. They were so professional and helpful in comparison with other bridal stores (especially for the men's fitting) we dealt with, they did an incredible job with us and all of their staff are so kind. Susie was fantastic! Honestly, everyone who helped my sister and I were amazing. Upon entering the store we were already greeted by lovely ladies. We felt comfortable trying on dresses. We came expecting the whole experience to be stressful since we had never gone dress shopping before and it had always seemed chaotic on TV when we watched Say Yes to the Dress. The whole appointment went by smoothly and true enough, we walked out purchasing dressed we loved for our weddings next year. Went in to find a wedding dress, and while I didn’t end up purchasing, Jill was fantastic while helping me out! She didn’t rush me, made me feel very comfortable and was very understanding when I ended up changing my mind in what I liked. I will definitely Bring my bridesmaids here to pick out their dresses!

Came here with my sister to find a dress for my niece’s wedding. I always have a hard time finding dresses to fit my curves. Chloe was our stylist and she was attentive and patient. She brought me one dress and as soon as I saw it I knew it was the one! My sister also found a dress, she’s the mother of the bride. Chloe made this whole process a lot less stressful and we didn’t feel rushed. Thank you so much for all your help!

I came into this beautiful bridal shop just a couple days before my brothers wedding, and the ladies there were absolutely amazing. I loved the dresses and I was able to pick up the dresses my mom and I bought just 2 days later and just in time for the wedding. Terrell was an amazing associate, she managed to assist me and my brother as she was finishing off and helping her other clients.

Rima is truly and amazing human, she has been a huge help for this process. She has help me find my wedding dress along with Suzie. Both of these ladies made me feel like I was a part of the family. Our group had an amazing experience here! Grace was the most helpful, fun, and knowledgeable stylist! I fell in love with a dress (and my bridesmaid dresses as well!) and adored their celebration of when I said yes to my dress. I love the variety of options and range for all budgets along with great quality and trends.

I had a wonderful experience with David’s Bridal. I had to find a dress about 10 days before my wedding due to unforeseen circumstances! They were soooo supportive of my story and timeline. I was a little frazzled and overwhelmed and while I tried to settle for something “that would do” Lexi (my consultant) told me to keep trying on different dresses until I found something I felt better in. Rina the boss-lady ensured my dress I found got altered ASAP due to my short timeline and everything worked out so wonderfully. They didn’t laugh in my face when I told them I had only 8 days until my event (unlike other snooty stores in YYC) and did all the could to help me. I not only found a dress “that would do” but one I will forever cherish and felt wonderful wearing. Thank you so much to the staff at DB! XO

Amazing experience and would highly recommend! Susie was my stylist, and she was FANTASTIC! I fell in love with one of the dresses and she really made me feel special and like a true bride! I felt all the feels and truly thank her and everyone at David’s bridal for being so kind, sweet, energetic and helpful!

Very poor experience. Jewelry was cheaply made and broke before the day… the lady who does the dress tailoring (she might not be there anymore) is very rude, shockingly so. Staff were friendly but just weren’t very helpful overall. Would not recommend.

I am pregnant and was told by another shop they couldn't alter my dress. David's bridal helped me and did a fabulous job altering it to fit me on a very short timeline. I will recommend them to everyone.

Everything from start to finish was spectacular. Erin was so helpful in helping us find our perfect dresses. The manager Rima, was so cheerful and had great advice. Sepi, the alterations manager was quick to come out to the floor and book our alterations appointment. Overall a great experience.

Susan from alterations did an incredible job with my dress, opening the seams for fit and adding lace to de-emphasize the fact that the additional material wasnt a perfect match - it fits perfect and looks great!

Terrible to deal with as a bridesmaid when you are just wanting to make the bride happy and Davids bridal caused everyone so much unnecessary stress. We had to change our dresses from what the bride had fallen in love with because they would only give us the LAST date for delivery which was 2 weeks after the wedding.a 5 month window with no actually shipping time.then the dresses ended up coming in 3 weeks after ordering which meant we could have gotten the original pick but they don’t do refunds or returns so we would have had to sell them privately. Not good business i would never order from them and i'm just happy i didn't go through them for my own bridesmaid dresses. Very expensive and there is much better alternatives available

I had a wonderful experience choosing my gown here for my civil wedding. Lexi has been so helpful in giving us options and sharing her opinions as well to help us weigh down my choices. And they a lot of styles also in different price ranges but i would say that their gowns are actually really affordable.

I purchased my Maid of Honor dress from this location and my experience was excellent! There was a small issue with my co bridesmaids dress. The store manager went above and beyond to make sure that the problem was resolved. This was one of the best experiences I have had when dealing with buying a bridesmaids. I honestly can't say enough good things about there customer service its a 10 out of 10!

Bronwyn was a gem! She was very helpful, sweet and listened to all my ideas and knew exactly what I wanted in a dress! Highly recommend booking with her:) She was incredibly kind and even though it was during covid, she tried to make it as normal as possible.as for alterations, I had a terrible experience at first, Luckily they fixed the mistakes but I was not satisfied at all with my 626$ alterations. A week later I was notified personally by the store manager and she kindly refunded me part of my alterations which was greatly appreciated. Customer service is clearly very important to her as she apologized profusely to me and validated my feelings.

Awesome experience. Found my dress the first day in, alterations were so accommodating, putting a rush on my order. Friendly and courteous staff. To top it off, they squeezed my partner in for a last minute, no appointment fitting, and offered alteration the same day. The ladies in alterations are amazing, and manager ensured that we had an opportunity to try to find the perfect wedding day outfit. We are ever so grateful that you helped make our day perfect. This was my first time in a bridal store and the service was fantastic! Both ladies who helped me were very kind and helpful. Although I did not have an appointment they encouraged me to look at the dresses and gave me a magazine to review. As soon as they had time available they assisted me in trying on my favourite styles.

I would like share my shopping experience at Davi's Bridal. Last weekend I bought a Bridesmaid dress and my experience was amazing.
Agata, the sales manager welcome me and helped me even though I did not have an appointment and she was very helpful and Rima the store manager, brought me all the possible dresses she could although the store was so busy. Both are very knowledgeable, kind very friendly. Excellent customer service from the other staff also. I had a really good customer experience.
Definitely I recommend this store.

I went to David’s bridal yesterday and did not enjoy my experience. When I arrived I showed my stylist the type of dress (open back, very long train) and all the dresses pulled were the total opposite. I also asked for a simple style satin with small straps and she pulled a satin dress with very thick straps and no open back that was extremely big. When we were brought to our area they also brought a couple (man and women) who sat right across from us. I did not feel comfortable at all trying on wedding dresses in front of a man. The couple should have been brought to another area. My stylist was new and really didn’t know much about the dresses or what styles to pull. Wedding dress shopping is suppose to be very special and yesterday was not a good experience with your business.

Rima, store manager, was an absolute gem! She recently assisted me (twice in the last two weeks) and got me out of the pickle I was in for my best friend's upcoming wedding. Rewind: I had purchased my maid of honour dress in November 2019 for a wedding in October 2020, but the wedding was derailed due to COVID and so was my figure (COVID weight, sigh). Fast forward: she quickly got me into something new, rushed the delivery and most recently, expedited the alterations. Whilst we collaborated, she also helped me work through the stress and tears. She managed to make an unsettling situation manageable. She treated me with kindness, empathy and was attentive, engaged and even playful too. Her capacity to share real human moments is truly remarkable. Thanks, Rima!

I was super nervous going into my appointment since my best friends wedding is super last minute. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find something modest enough but also feel good in it. Considering it’s summer. My consultant Aisha was so wonderful. She made me feel beautiful and give me options on ways I could make it more modest. She was able to find a dress that marked off all my boxes, that I felt amazing in and that the soon to bride loved as well.

The ladies at David’s bridal were beyond helpful. We came in with a large party looking for bridesmaids dresses and our stylist and the others made the appointment so easy. Ended up finding the dresses we wanted, and for a very reasonable price! Thank you for making this day no stress and fun!

We had the pleasure of having Aisha as our stylist for trying on and finding a wedding dress that best suited me. She was very kind and honest, listening to all of our opinions and helping narrow down our options to the perfect dress. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

So I must say I had an amazing experience and was able to say yes to a dress. Susie was our consultant and she is absolutely amazing she picked out the dress that I ended up being in love with and would of never grabbed it from the rack. She made my family comfortable even cried with us. I highly recommend going there.

Highly recommend for bridesmaids dresses! Super friendly staff and great prices. However I found for wedding dresses there wasn't a whole lot of selection for my size, they seemed catered more towards plus size which is great.

I would give it zero star if I could. I think the quality of customer service I received was based on the color of my skin period. Otherwise there is no reason why a store that specializes in weddings and special event apparel will have disgruntled employees who treated us so poorly.
She didn't only raised her voice, but also very condescending.

I had a very good experience shopping at David's Bridal today looking for a Mother of The Bride dress. Alexi was my stylist and she was very patient, gave honest opinions (which I really liked because who want to buy a dress that you don't look nice in?) and pulled dresses that she felt would suit my colouring and shape. Ultimately I had a lot of choices at very, very reasonable prices. I will definitely go back for other special occasion dresses.

Experience was phenomenal! Grace was my stylist - and she was incredible! She knew exactly what I needed and how to help me. She made me feel loved and cared for and special. Would absolutely 10/10 recommend her. She pulled all the right things for me to look at and then some. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured by her despite the store had closed.

I give only 4 starts because some of the other employees were not kind in their attitude about me and other guests in my party. They spoke harshly and people (guests) present overheard.

Grace was a God-send though! She’s incredibly talented despite her short time working there. Ask for her if you book an appointment! She helped me find the perfect dress!

We came here for bridesmaid dresses. The girl assigned to us was AMAZING, upbeat and helpful, but first impression from the receptionist was AWFUL. She got our bride’s name wrong multiple times, even after correction, was not welcoming at all, was cold, uninviting and miserable to talk to.

Wonderful staff! We stopped in hoping to just look at dresses. The manager helped us as we didn’t have an appointment, she was wonderful and my daughter walked out with the dress for her special day! Thank you so much for everything!

Aisha was absolutely amazing. She made this experience so wonderful not only for me and my sisters other bridesmaid, but for my sister (the bride) as well. The styles she chose that we picked all had a small piece of the design my sisters wedding dress has. She was amazing with my niece (the flower girl)

With postponing my wedding from August 2020 to Sept 2021 (due to Covid-19) a lot changed in the last year! My maid of honour had a baby and her dress no longer fit. David's Bridal was incredible they took her dress back on exchange, a year and a half after purchase! With my wedding only 6 weeks away they worked with me to find an in stock style that was the same colour we originally choose. They were willing to bring one in from another province, the warehouse or switch it for one off their rack! I can not thank David's Bridal enough for their flexibility and willingness to find an option that worked for us!

I went in today with my Mom, Bridesmaids, Maid of Honour and my Man of Honour! I was so nervous but really excited to try on wedding dresses for the first time in my life and the staff was really attentive right away. Maria was our amazing helper for the evening as I navigate my way through the wonderful world of bridal gowns! I got to "SAY YES TO THE DRESS! " and Maria encouraged me to ring the bell and make my wishes for my future withy fiancé. I was a lovely experience and I felt so beautiful!

After my appointment came my entire Bridal party! 5 people and my Mom as mother of the bride, picking out the dresses, styles, materials, sizes and doing fittings! She had her work cut out for her but made it happen and my entire bridal party got the dress they wanted and loved in the colour I requested they have! So far it has been a lovely experience and I can't until September but my alterations appointment!

Rima was AMAZING, first of all she was able to look at me and just KNOW my size and it fit like a glove, I was a nervous mess in the beginning and she made me feel so comfortable and confident, pulled dresses I never would've thought to try on and I ended up with quite the nice list of options to revisit when I come back with my family/bridal party! Definitely coming back for my bridesmaids dresses too!

Rayan absolutely rocked today! She was so attentive to my sister (the bride) and also took good care of the rest of the party attending the fitting today too. We all felt so comfortable working with her and she made it a fun and exciting experience. We felt like we got the red carpet treatment today and she helped my sister find THE dress too! We can’t wait for her to help us again when we go get our bridesmaids dresses at David’s!

I had a fantastic experience. Grace was top notch, absolutely fabulous dress consultant. I had to buy a new dress as the covid lbs ruined my first one! She kept me at ease and made me feel as good as if this was the first time I was trying on dresses. Grace I hope they never lose you.

I went to David's Bridal for my second attempt at finding a wedding dress (first experience being elsewhere, and really awful)
When you arrive for your appointment, you have some time to look around at dresses so you have a good idea of where to start with your stylist. My stylist was Grace and she was INCREDIBLE!

I was looking for budget friendly (under $1500) and the prices here were incredible! There was no shortage of beautiful dresses for my budget, and Grace listened to everything and took the time to really pick the dresses she brought me.
I have a burn on my shoulder which I was hoping to hide with a sleeve, and when I found found perfect dress that was sleeveless, she made sure to clip some sleeves on and have the seamstress come by to assure me they can add the sleeves I want, making it my DREAM DRESS.

The experience was incredible! I highly recommend David's Bridal!
