When I took my vehicle in to drop it off for a recall fix the next day, they were able to fix it right away so I didn't have to go back.

My experience getting a new to me vehicle with Davis Airdrie was incredible! Kosh was great to work with! He never made me feel pressured to make a decision right away and took so much time to walk me through all the options. I would recommend Davis to anyone looking at purchasing a new vehicle.

We recently dealt with Zack on a truck purchase. Dealing with him and Davis’s new sales model had been excellent. We also service our vehicles at Davis as well. I had some concerns about my steering on my truck and Lisa and Adam helped me out free of charge for a quick inspection. They even greased the idler and pinion arm and got me in right away. Great service!

Went to this dealer for key fob programme. 2005 Terraza. Left the vehicle and their shuttle service dropped me at home.
2 hours later I’ve got a call that the fob I provided doesn’t work and they offered me “original” for only $250.
Total with programming was $450.
I said thank you, but because this is 17 years old car, it isn’t worth so much money for the key.
I get back home and was thinking a while about why the fob doesn’t work.
I checked fuses box and found the broken fuse 10A (7th in a row). Replaced it and … surprise! My key fob started working!

I’m really disappointed with this and will never come back to this guys. Zero stars.

The star is for shuttle service. Those guys are very nice.

The fob I provided couldn’t work because of broken fuse. When I replaced the fuse, my original fob started working and the new one has been easy programmed by someone else. Now I have both of them working properly.
If your technician could find the broken fuse, the new fob would answer and could be programmed.
I know, you’re not happy getting a bad review, but please, be honest and don’t blame me for your fault.

I was driving by and was close to 0% oil life, i pulled in and was seen immediately, that speed service lane is the best. Less than 30 minutes total. Always always amazing customer service, great group of guys

My husband and I are incredibly impressed with Davis Chevrolet! We had brought in my 2011 Cruze to be fixed and serviced and unfortunately the service department told us the transmission was toast. We were worried about our options and the whole team made us feel at ease and were there for us as we decided what to do. Tom Hulsman of the sales department contacted me to set up some test drives and we ended up purchasing a beautiful 2018 Chevrolet Cruze. The whole process was incredibly easy and Tom was the best salesperson we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I will forever recommend Davis Chevrolet in Airdrie to all of our friends & family! Their service is unmatched and the pricing is very fair! 5/5 stars!

Davis is very easy to make an appointment on line. They get back to you right away to make sure everything was written for what you wanted done.
They are very good at phoning you to explain what they have found and if it is a necessity to fix right away or if it could wait.

Took my vehicle in on time for my appointment, kept me up to date with service and what my vehicle will need. Ordered the parts for warranty and let me know when they were in and then booked me in for service again. Shuttled me to and from home. Everyone was great to deal with and very nice, also respected the fact that I work nightshift and wouldn’t be able to answer till the afternoon. Also this has been the only dealership I’ve used that washed my vehicle for me upon return.

I have never in my life driven anything but a truck and I thought it was time to trade it in for some thing a little smaller and I couldn’t of done it without Spencer‘s help you and your team are absolutely amazing and I appreciate everything you guys did for me you made this new chapter of my life so much easier and I truly appreciate it thank you so much I highly recommend you guys

I originally had not such a good experience with Davis but decided to give them another try. This time around the redeemed themselves in a big way. The people I dealt with were very professional and worked with me over the phone to purchase a vehicle unseen as I work away. It’s a busy world and hard to be taken professionally over the phone but I was happy with the service I got.

After having my calls to book an appointment unreturned (June 2022, August 2022) I stopped at the dealership in person. Speaking to both a service advisor and the service manager, it became clear that assurances made when I purchased my vehicle in June 2015 were not likely going to be followed through on. However, the service manager assured me he would look into my issues and get back to me. After waiting over 1 week my wife went into the dealership, speaking with a different service advisor about one of the issues, provided with a quote and ultimately booked the vehicle in to have the work done. That morning, the technician called stating the quote and time required with the vehicle were not accurate and that the cost we be significantly more. Needless to say, vehicle work was not completed and I was left without a vehicle for a day. After having dealt with Davis for almost 7 years, I will likely never purchase or service my vehicle here again. Disappointed because I used to have nothing but good things to say about them. Service has declined significantly in the last 3-4 years.

Bought new tires a year ago at Davis along with new wheels. Picked up a large screw recently which left me stranded on the side of the highway. Called Onstar and got towed to Davis who repaired my tire flawlessly the next business day. Great service and they backed up their warranty with a no charge repair. Great tires and customer service!

I wish I could give more stars! Brandon the service manager listened to me, helped me with an amazing path going forwards. Lisa and one other lady worked on my car. I'd be hard pressed to say I've ever had better customer service.
As a girl I was scared to bring my car in anywhere, but I have been treated so beyond Fantastic here. I know my car is in amazing, honest hands.

Yesterday, May 25,2022, was my first day at Davis Chevy. I was looking for another Chevrolet dealer after my not-so-good experience with Shaganappi Motors. This people made me feel very important and also, that my business means a lot to them. Although my primary reasons for visiting them was for tires and oil change, they went out of their way to repair some damages on my car and also washed the car at no cost to me. My first experience at this dealership/service centre for an oil change was great! One of the salesmen kindly directed me to the service doors. One of the guys in the service centre who did intake etc was very nice and informative. The young guy who completed the oil change was very kind and helpful - also very efficient. We will be back:)

First, you try look at my car a day after i bring it there so whats the point of doing appointment, secondly they promised to give me a rental car but nothing happen, ive waited the whole day and it cost me a one day job, lastly i dont have any update regarding on what i paid in uber drive, I already provide the receipt and no response at all.

I bought my truck here. But after I made my purchase, it was like I didn't matter. I will not be bringing my truck here for after service.

5 star across the board! Communication in regards to my vehicle concern was on point! I understood exactly what the issues were based on the dealership’s explanation of it and the final quote was exactly what was promised. Honesty and integrity is what I took from my service experience. Even my shuttle service was pleasant. I’ve already booked my next service and happy to call Davis Chevrolet my trusted dealership for all my vehicle needs.

I have to say that this is the first dealership I have dealt with, with such amazing service. Lisa is my service advisor, she keeps me informed and updated. Yesterday when I explained I needed my vehicle back by a certain time, this place made sure the fix was done in time today to be able to take my son to kindergarten. I could go on about my experiences here like how I never have to ask for quotes and things like that, honestly the list of great things I have notices with this organization would be to long to fit here. I have purchase my fair share of vehicles, and booked manny in for service, but none of the dealers compare to Davis. We had leased a vehicle back in May of 2019 so, when it was time for a second vehicle, we did not hesitate to go back to Davis Chevrolet in Airdrie even though we had moved to SW Calgary. A little farther to go, but we were so impressed with our first experience, we didn't question going to anyone else. From our first phone call and visit with Salesman Andre; to meeting with Jason in Finance, and with Kush to give us the once over with regard to all the bells and whistles in our new Trailblazer. Davis service shop kept me informed and also worked with me on pricing of service to stay competitive.

My only gripe is that the used sales department under-valued my truck a bit when I was considering trade. This is not surprising because they need to maximize profit on the sale. I am not mad, it is just the nature of the beast.

I had heard horror stories about getting warranty work done on an older unit but I called Davis Chev in Airdrie.they booked me in within a few days and work was done within hour and a half of when I dropped the truck off. I am impressed Davis Chev did a fantastic job

My family has always had GM vehicles, and we've dealt with many GM dealerships and service departments. But Davis GM in Airdrie has been by far the best. I've never had a problem with them, and they give the best customer service. Shout out to Lisa in service who helped me drastically with my most recent visit. Once my lease is up on my current Terrain and we give it back to the dealership we got it from, I will be going straight to Davis for my next one.

Car was in recall for air bag replacement Davis was very kind in coordinating on three different occasions to deal with this change, and even supplied shuttle service.
All contacted people at Davis were very kind and courteous. At each encounter starting with receptionist to shuttle service to vehicle service department.
I even suggested the same day to have my wife have her car serviced there the very next day.
They were very accommodating and kind to acquiesce to my suggestion of fitting her in the very next day.

Just a minor adjustment was required and that was looked after by the Tech, and while that was being done, the Service Advisor checked to see if there was any other service required. When I went to pick up the truck, I realized that they had also checked for any recall notices and completed an update that was required.
The staff all seem interested in your needs and work together to try to ensure your needs are met.

Excellent service from Carly & staff! Efficiently communicated (even the bad news) on several occasions and remained professional and friendly! It’s a shame we as humans are such garbage to eachother - we might have more Carly’s in the world!

Logan James was FANTASTIC! He was so helpful and very friendly. He really made the experience feel like dealing with a friend. I had the breaks done on the car afterwards and the whole team at Davis was great. Logan even checked in afterwards to make sure everything was going well with my new car! Had my first oil change done. Professional, fast, the shop was clean and organized. Techs were very polite, and attentive. Reception made me feel welcome, it was a hassle free experience. I will be back and feel like I’ve finally found my dealer! Awesome!

Picked up a new 2019 Chevrolet 2500, my second vehicle I bought from these guys. Steve was super good to deal with and made everything easy on my side. This is without a doubt the only GM dealer in the Calgary area I will deal with.

I’m absolutely shocked and amazed by my recent experience, as I was just as much at fault in the situation and could have called on the status of my car but didn’t. Glenn and Brandon both went out of their way, on a Sunday even! They kept up communication with me and Brandon even delivered my car to my house and helped me out above and beyond that!:)

From the start they seemed very accomadating. That all went down hill when they pulled the bill up for an out of province inspection of 299.19$ for a 1 hour job when the national average is more around 60$ for an out of province. The 1 hour job took 3 hours to complete due to a lack of coordination in there service department. Leaving me the customer sitting in the waiting area wondering if I could get my family to work on time, with the staff running around unable to give me even an estimate on when it would be complete.
After I paid the bill of 299.19 they say my car did not meet the safety standard due to some questionable finds.
They require 1400$ for the entire repair which breaks down to 400$ parts and 1000$ labour. (6.5 hours of labour). I understand a few of the repairs needed should be done, and I am by no means a mechanic. Although I do know that 6.5 hours to repair a sticky gear shift handle, a wheel alignment and a random check engine light should not be anything more then 2 hours. If they're slow.

Came in after being disappointed at other dealerships. Was approached by Steve Parsons who was busy with another customer but still took the time to come and ask if I was doing alright. Immediatly after he finished with the other customer he rushed over. In a very short time we had a small list of vehicles I liked and that were affordable for me. He made me feel very comfortable and was very honest and upfront with me. He went above and beyond what he had to do. Today I am driving my brand new vehicle and could not be more happy. I also had a wonderful experience with Tzana in finance. I highly reconnect the team at Davis Chev!

The service department was awesome. From the time I checked the car in to the time it took to complete the repair it was fast and efficient. Excellent staff there from Carlee (check in) and Carla (check out). Great people all in all. A couple days later I took my son back to the dealership and he bought a new truck there. I went in to buy my first new vehicle. I dealt with Krysta, who was very enthusiastic and personable. She showed me exactly what I wanted to see and didn't try to "upsell" me on a vehicle with features that I didn't want or need. I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle or sign anything right away, she was very easy going and willing to give me time to think things over. She informed me very promptly after our initial meeting that my vehicle came up for an additional discount, which solidified my decision to buy. Overall a really great experience dealing with her.
Stefany in the finance department was also excellent. She was very good at explaining what each form was that needed to be signed and didn't drag things out. She was quick and precise. I felt even less pressure, if that is possible, from her to purchase any of the protection plans or vehicle options.
Finally, Jarrett and Torin were fabulous going through the vehicle when I picked it up. My vehicle has so many features I likely never would have figured out on my own. That was time truly well spent learning how to do everything. My wife (who owns a different brand of vehicle entirely) learned a lot about her own vehicle's features just listening! This is a value-added service that goes above and beyond expectation.
Overall, my experience was tremendous. I got a ridiculously great deal on a new truck through the Black Savings deal. I am super happy with my truck and even happier with everyone I got to deal with. I will gladly go back to Davis GMC when it is time to purchase a new vehicle down the road.

I've been taking my car there for two years now and never had an issue. I really like that I can just do the quick lane to swap out my tires! Everyone is very friendly. I think every visit I've been there in the waiting area someone stops to say hello and offer coffee.

This is an all around great place. We have purchased vehicles and had both regular service and vehicle customization done and it was excellent. I’ve attended events here, they convert the showroom into a unique venue, and the amount they give back to the community is outstanding. We’re happy to do business here because we know it goes back full circle.
