Actually, the service was good and was incredibly impressed with the memorabilia! I remember going there as a child. My dad use to use them. I came after many, many years away. Was happy to see it was still there and still family run. Will definitely be a return customer

My first time at Dawson Motors was this morning. WHY didn't somebody tell me about them before? The atmosphere is friendly and 'neighborly'- good old fashioned customer service. The cost was more than fair. I will be bringing my car there from now on.

It's an experience
The garage is over 90 years old filled with photos of the family, founder, (It is still owned by the same family, Original owner's grandson now operates it.) Original equipment, original gas pumps, original tools, etc, all on display in the lobby. Original ledger for appointments, like it is the coolest walk in the past. Ever ever! The service is honest quick fair respectful kind. I had a horrible experience at Atlas. They tried to overcharge me by $1500. Atlas said a keg of things were wrong with my car for my Out of province inspection. My vehicles are new and both under 20000 km, so I knew I was being ripped off. I went for second opinions, and was validated.
Dawson was a referral for me, a great one. Now I pass this referral onto you! Be sure to pay for it forward.:)

Been here several times and always very happy with their service.
They work on all types of vehicles but if you have an older classic that’s where they really shine. I have tried several shops with my older cars and most do reasonable work but charge insane rates.

Took my Impala here after being jerked around at the nearby Chevy dealership to the tune of 1700$. They were able to immediately find the problem, and were able to source the part in less than a week. They do fantastic work, always willing to show you the damaged or broken parts they replaced, a great honest mechanic shop.

They do good work, FAST. Most importantly, to me, they're honest and forthcoming with what you ACTUALLY need. They don't try upselling you random work for no reason.

No bull at all, this business just fixes your car and does not try to swindle you. I have gone for multiple years and the owner is always helpful, attempting to come up with affordable solutions. Great business and the work always is good, never had an issue.

We have been coming to Dale and his team for our vehicle repair needs for almost 20 years. He has always had our backs and has never overcharged or recommended replacement when it wasn't necessary. His team does good work, and Dale stands behind it. We once got a bad set of brake pads that squeaked. After trying to adjust twice, Dale decided to just replace the pads with another set at no cost to us. Takes care of his customers.

Have gone to them twice and both times Ive got same day service, and he explains everything very clearly. Definitely would recommend!
