Shuttle service to airport - good location for early flight out of Edmonton International Airport

Super place to stay, room was large and spacious, free breakfast was much better than most. Bed was very comfortable, over all a terrific stay.

Older hotel very close to shopping and the airport. A good breakfast is included.
It is fairly well maintained and was quiet even though it is close to the highway and the airport.

Comfortable beds clean rooms helpful staff.
Could have improvements on selection of TV channels. Every sports channel known to mankind but not very good selection if you have no Interest in sports

Breakfast had 4 hot items (sausage paddies, Kish, potato, pancake, cold hard boiled eggs, yogurt, oranges and some gluten item.

Small cons:

Door is not the best (could hear people in the alway, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper).
Gym wasn't the best treadmill screen was busted, no cable machine and only smaller dumbbells.

Great place to stay when using the airport, competively priced. Clean and has a pool to relax.

They have vegan options for breakfast, which is super nice to have. Almond milk and vegan muffins. They do not have waffles, but they did have French toast when we were there.
Rooms were clean and large and check in/out was quick and easy.

Wonderful Room and staff! We stayed here for 5 nights while exploring Edmonton, and definitely would be one of the best rooms we've had. Very clean and well organized. Has a nice pool and hot tub as well!

Staff was not friendly and did not seem helpful when asked questions. Pool floor area needed cleaning even in office season, there were dust and hair and gunk. Hot tub was at good temperature and room were clean though not enough paper towel or toilet rolls were stocked up.

We arrived early and we’re able to get into our room and were given an upgrade.
There’s lots of options at the airport but this place is perfect and comes at a reasonable price point.

Good spot to stay near the airport. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, staff were very friendly. Wish there was better transit to get into the city.

Good place for a quick rest before your flight, particularly if your flight is early in the morning. Expect a lot more Days Inn and a lot less Wyndham - but then the price should already tell you that part of the story.

Pool has no towels, you need to ask for them at the front desk. Front desk will treat you like you are up to no good and generally respond in the negative on most questions. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Toiletries are the cheapest possible - you will be better off picking up a shampoo / conditioner / body wash from a Walmart or Safeway on your way here. Wi-Fi claims 6 devices per room but seems to cut out after 3 are connected, and keeps dropping. Honestly if you need to get something done the truck stop as well as the restaurant downstairs have better Wi-Fi than the hotel.

Overall - good cheap stay before heading out of Edmonton airport.

This is a well priced mid range hotel with friendly helpful staff. Loved the bed it was nice and firm. I will be staying there again soon.

I booked this by mistake, thought I was booking in Calgary Airport area, did not realize until I read the receipt email.
Contacted booking.com where I booked through, and they said it was up to the hotel to allow me to change booking, I called hotel and due to their policy they would not allow me to change or cancel booking. I asked if they would switch it to a Wyndham at Calgary airport, of course they said no, I booked this room 127 days in advance? I asked to speak to the manager and of course, no manager available.
I will NEVER book at a Wyndham property again, I will make sure I NEVER book my crews through my company cc At a Wyndham EVER!

What was supposed to be a vacation turned into a nightmare. My spouse, Daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights. While my spouse was away at a course during the day time hours my daughter and I had went down the pool atleast once a day. Stopping at the front desk the first day I was told my key card would work for the pool, which it didn’t I was let in by the front desk lady. Second day in went to front desk to ask why my key card wouldn’t work once again and she had said to me “oh your keycard would never work we use our master keys” ok sure so she came and let us in. 3rd time we went to use the pool and a front desk staff said during opening hits of the pool the door will be propped open for use. All 3 times we used the pool there was not 1 towel in there. My daughter had started to get goopy eyescongestion on the second day. I didn’t think it could be coming from the pool but low and behold we stopped at the hospital on our way home because her eyes were crusted shut and her cough was horrible. Explaining our situation and what we had been doing the previous days they Diagnosed her with bacterial infection from contaminated water.
Myself I am dealing with a bacterial eye infection, sore throat and a massive ear ache. Not to mention missing 4+ days of work
Before check out I had brought to the managers attention about our symptoms and the dirt ring around the pool and he didn’t care so much to say sorry or offer anything to make things better. All that was said was “samples are taken everyday”

We booked a room for 2 people and our dog online and whenwe got there they said we have only rooms available on top floor and pets aren't allowed there. There was a black lady at the desk she didn't even bother herself to help us or solve the problem. That's a big shame for such a hotel. Will never book in Wyndham with their terrible front desk people and booking system.

Good service from the staff but my key never worked more than once. The restaurant closes early and my air conditioner never turned off. I know that sounds petty but bringing up your luggage and then having to carry it down more than once especially after traveling more than 14 hours on Air Canada is not fun. Not sure who owns this place but I’m sure it’s some entitled brat who’s parents bought it for them to manage. I’d love to get the phone number of their parents and tell them what a great job their doing to make this place go out of business. Happy Father’s Day you ungrateful offspring.

The property is very nice. It has a Ricky's All Day Grill attached but very early closing time hours.

We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions, and until the most recent stay it has always been our preferred hotel.
Right from the get go things were difficult- we attempted to call a week in advance of our stay to book a room but no one would answer the phone. We had to book through a third party call center (Expedia).
At check in they had our information wrong and we were to be staying on the top floor which is not dog friendly, and nor is it ideal when you also have a toddler and a baby. We attempted to leave our phone number with the front desk incase any one calls to complain about our kids or dog (as we have done with every previous stay) and we were told that's not allowed as we were to remain inside the room with the dogs during our stay- online pet policy and past experience says otherwise.
We brought one of the kids baby monitors down so we could keep an eye on the dogs should we choose to use the pool or go get a bite to eat. It uses WIFI and the front desk was no help in providing a password to hook it up. I could understand if she didn't have the password herself or if it was room specific and didn't use passwords but she in general was just uninterested in helping.
At checkout no one was available at the desk. My husband had to go back later to find someone. We then found out the third party charged the room to our CC rather than just prepay, and they charged us extra for using them and not booking through the hotel directly. What was quoted as 87$ per night ended up costing us closer to 130$.

Unfortunately we won't be back.

Front desk staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast staff were also great. Pretty standard hotel for days inn. Breakfast was better than expected and served in a comfortable space. Cons: The hotel was slightly dated, Gym was small. The pool was also average. Our AC unit made a pulsing sound that was annoying. Overall good stay.

Due to extraordinary customer service of Jerilee and Marcus I came back second time in this location. Rooms are nice and clean. Both are very friendly and help us a lot to make our stay comfortable. Thank you for the great service.

This is our go-to hotel before every trip. My husband and I love it here. We check in, eat at the restaurant on site, book our wake up call for the morning, book our airport shuttle, they deliver free breakfast to our room (even at 4 am to catch an early flight), and we can park our vehicle there for the duration of our trip. It really takes the stress out of rushing to the airport. The beds are comfy and the rooms are spotless. Super cost efficient. Also, there's always free soft cookies in the lobby!

Could here traffic noise thru a closed window. Not sure how well they clean found a dental cleaning tool in the shower on the soap dispenser. The test of room was clean

We stayed there for 5 days and we had a great stay. Staff is friendly, room was great, bed was comfy and the pool and hot tub were great as well. Highly recommend staying here

One of the worst hotel experiences I have had! After having been to almost 14 countries and several hotels across the globe Days inn Edmonton is the lousiest of the whole lot. House keeping is done once in three days. The staff is rude and incompetent. Rooms filthy and beds uncomfortable. It's an honest review and not to tarnish any image.

Very good hotel, with great amenities for the price! The hotel staff, included the breakfast attendants, were all very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were well maintained and clean, the pool was a nice temperature, and the breakfast was quite good. Very pleased with this stay!

My experience here was pretty "Shining"-esque. After I had the individual play with my card for a few minutes while basically interrogating me to get into my room but this wasn't the sole reason I couldn't even enjoy my stay. The power happened to go out for a couple hours and I couldn't even access my room so I had to leave the premises without access to my possessions which in that situation brought me a ton of stress which I was trying to avoid by being in a hotel... Save the troubles and bargain hunt the area for what you need and maybe try to avoid Wyndham in general, my experiences with them are typically similar to this one but maybe that will change some day.

Recently stayed here for 1 night with 2 children under the age of 9. Because the price was so reasonable I was skeptic of what the room etc would be like. It was super clean, I am a clean freak, check in lady was very kind and quick to get us checked in. The room we stayed in was modern and comfortable. I would rate this a 10 out of 10 according to our expectations.

Great experience, clean, following all covid protocol. Was able to spend a night using debit deposit. Have 4 under 4 so it was a nice little break. Was a bit upset I ordered Rickis and left my burger for a little later and when I bit into it, it was raw. I meant to mention it the next day but totally forgot about it. Wish they had their pool open and was doing swimming bookings. I was going to return again for a night with my son (3.5 years old) for some one on one time but may be influenced to go elsewhere where you can go for a swim. Overall though comfy, clean and loved they allowed me to use debit for the deposit, as many do not.

The staff was great and the text messages after I checked in were an excellent touch! I run a multi million $$ business and I really appreciated that as I know the value of customer service especially in this day and age when people aren’t banging down your doors! I’ve never gotten welcome texts from any other hotel before ever. Indy was very pleasant to talk to as well. She’s a real asset for that business as she mature and polite beyond her years! If she lived in Fort McMurray, I’d hire her in a heart beat and make a position for her

Clean room and building. I did the king suite and it was huge, nice bedding, soft towels. Hotel restaurant is a Ricky's and the food is great.

Great clean rooms, super staff, including Rose during the day and the gentleman who worked Sat nite and brought us a corkscrew to borrow. We appreciated it!

Clean and tidy. Stayed their with the team. Front staff was polite and accommodating. Attached restaurant was awesome, really good food with down to earth staff.

Comfy beds, affordable price, convenient location. Really nice restaurant in the hotel. We had three meals during our stay -All good.

Spacious rooms for an adequate price and found in a quiet part of town. Breakfast was lousy but rooms were a fair price. Good one night stay.

Customer service is always wonderful. They always have cookies at the front desk. The free breakfast is really good. Rooms are clean.

Staff is friendly. Rooms are big and clean. Free breakfast between 6am and 7am. Selection is good. More choices than most continental breakfast's. Gym is small but functional. Free weight only go to 25 Lbs. Pool and hot tub are indoors and always clean. Great spot to stay for short layovers or if you have to catch an early morning flight.

Awesome hotel. Stayed in most of the places here by the airport and this is definitely top of the list. Everyone who works here is a pro, they're quick, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast and restaurant are both great too. Highly recommend.

First let me say that the perks about this hotel were that they have a dog run outside for pet owners which I really appreciated (even though I didnt bring a pet), and the attached Ricky's Grill restaurant was good food and super convienant.

On the other hand, I was disappointed with the fact that the pool never had clean towels on hand (no matter what time of day we went, morning afternoon or evening), the beds and especially the pillows were entirely uncomfortable, and when I called to ask for another blanket they had "run out". There was constantly unsupervised pre-teens carousing the halls any given time of day, the staff could be unfriendly at times, and even though at pre-booking I requested a ground room floor to accommodate my sons wheelchair, once I got there I was denied on the grounds of "no rooms available"

Had our second overnighter here and it was great the staff on this shift was even better.told us about the rewards system.they should get the 5

Good hotel, nice they have breakfast starting at 4: 00 for those with an early flight and a good stay and park package. Only issue was we could not get the air conditioner going but at least the room had a window that could open.

Easy Check in and check out. Nice king suite room. Free breakfast. Can park up to 2 weeks for a fee that is less than half of what the car parks offer. Worth the price.
