1010 experience. I went to many places to get my higher end gaming pc fixed and I received multiple responses saying they were unable to fix my problem. Until I found this business, he was able to not only make my computer run in perfect condition but it runs even better than when I first bought it. I fully recommend this company for anyone else looking to get their devices repaired, he really knows what he’s doing.

I just purchased my second computer from DBCS. The first one lasted way longer than I expected and will easily keep going but it was time for an upgrade. DBCS Computer was the diamond in the rough I've been looking for. Looking for new parts can be expensive and never-ending. DBCS Computer offers an incredibly reasonable, and affordable alternative. I was looking for a high powered PC during Covid lock down and stumbled across this site.

Selection - there are a tons of different systems, parts, and peripherals
Detail - each product is meticulously and accurately detailed
Condition - each product also comes with a 'reseller grade', so you know what you're going to get
WARRANTY - this is nearly impossible to find on 'gently-used' equipment. Love the fact that most parts have a limited 3 month warranty
Price - very reasonable! I've recommended DBCS to my colleagues and they too are impressed with the pricing

Good deal on a laptop for my business. Lots of selection, good pricing, straight up about what may need repairs in the future on the refurbed machine, decent 3 month warranty, and helped me troubleshoot after purchasing when the artic drive home impacted the charge ability of the laptop for a few hours.

Will be back in the future for a gaming PC.

Did a search on the website and DBCS Computer professional came up. It was a Saturday and I was in the area with my family. Called the number that was on the website opened till 6pm, but was just ringing no answer. So I decided to go the location not realising it was at a house. Anyways when I got to the place and rang he door bell. This guy answered the door and said that he is busy looking after his family. I WAS like that a waste of time plus I tried calling before I left as well. Like why advertise a business if you are not going to provide the service! I learnt my lesson then!

This little company does amazing service! He is very proficient! He is courteous and professional! Also super knowledgeable and very on top of current changes! I recommend him to anyone I know!

I have bought PC and upgraded PC here a few times, I bought a system yesterday. If you're looking for a good deal, I would try DBCS for sure. However, the owner is not a friendly business owner and the customer experience wasn't a great one. Hence I gave 3 stars. Also, I don't seem to get response to emails, even though I emailed before I booked an appointment. Like I said price is good deal compared to elsewhere, but for me now I would pay extra for the customer service and friendly approach. I would have given 5 star if not for the experience.

There's a laptop repair shop I once visited in Calgary, the customer service experience was first class, the owner took his time educating me and was never in a hurry or snubish.

I have changed my rating to 4 stars following my experience today. David responded to my emails today. The system had a bit of internet speed issue and David looked into it. Review above was based on my experience yesterday when I picked up the system, review today (edited) is based on my second visit after having some internet connection speed and this was resolved.

This is terrible business that I have never seen in Canada. Read careful his ads.when you come to buy stuff from him.make sure don't come after his hour, he will put his prices up and if you are not willing to buy it.he will ask you to pay him at least 25bucks for wasting his time. He said that is his own rule that he posting on his door. I have never seen any business in Canada. If you don't pay him, he started so unprofessional and rude to you.

When you buy a laptop from DBCS, You should ask if its charger is included. As I knew he will charge you for the laptop charger separately.

A little bizarre for a business. Sent me an email saying my order was ready, so my wife went to pick it up. He gave her attitude about appointments and then made her wait 10 minutes to hand her a box. When I opened the box the graphics card was still cooking hot. Likely using his refurbs to mine cryptocurrency until they sell. Won't be back.
