This had to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had for car repairs. Constant delays, 0 communication with me or my insurance, and complete disorganization. My repair originally was supposed to be a max of 3 weeks, after 3 extensions of my completion date I finally got my car back 2 months after dropping it off. I can say they did a great job on the hail damage repair.it was just ridiculous and frustrating that every time my car was supposed to be ready, I never heard from anyone about having to extend the repair until my insurance would call me asking if I had picked it up. They clearly don’t communicate with the insurance companies as my adjuster had no idea that they needed to extend. Overall, I Do not recommend, not worth the stress and chaos!

Hail damage repair had them take my car for a month and even then they were still over a week late on returning it. They almost never answer their phones and when they do its not anyone who can provide any useful information about your repair. Complete embarrassment of a company. If it weren't for TD recommending them I would never do business with them.

This business is falling apart. Roasted my brothers truck for 10k in damage that had to be fixed by dealership.never answer callsnor return messages.tried to book my hail damaged car here for weeks.but after seeing their sketchy work I am glad I was never able to.

Came to DCC Hail for some hail damage repair as referred by TD Insurance. They called me 5 days later to come pick it up as the repairs were done. I did a walk around after picking it up but couldn’t see anything in the bright sunlight. When I got the car home, I noticed they missed all of the dents on two door panels, and I found the interior light broken. The next day interior panels started falling off and I noticed that several of them were damaged. All of the phone lines direct you to a central line in Ontario somewhere and no one could put me through to the Calgary shop. No one would return my calls either. I had to drive back to the shop to show them the damage. At that point they told me they didn’t repair those items because they were on back order, but they didn’t think to tell me that when I picked it up. They just made me pay, told my insurance everything was done and sent me on my way. After I came back, they ordered the parts but then never called to let me know they were in. I had to call again to complain about how long it was taking and then they told me they had the parts.

1 star for terrible communication skills, poor repair quality and for the lies about the repair status. The lies also meant I had to drive across the city and back 2 extra times to deal with them. If you do HAVE to deal with them, inspect everything thoroughly before you pay and ask for the front desk phone number because the call center won’t give it to you.

My truck was repaired for hail damage. DCC made the truck look brand new. Thank-you for doing such a great job!

For the reasons listed below i would bky recommend this company
- my repair was supposed to take 4 days; however it took 9 days WITHOUT any communication from the company. I had to continuously call for updates and almost always could never get through to anyone
- upon picking up my vehicle it was very dirty, despite being told it was going to be cleaned.

Disappointed. I was told when I booked in at this shop that they had an internal car rental place and was going to handle the fact that we needed a van to replace a van. My reservation at another rental location was cancelled based on this commitment. When I dropped off the vehicle, I was told that no vans are available and there’s nothing that can be done about it. I expressed my dissatisfaction using level words. I was told that I was rude. My vehicle has just been dropped off and already I do not believe I will be satisfied with the repair. I have little to no confidence in the shops, ability to deliver. I will update this review if that changes some how.

Recent Hail repair was exceptional. Service was professional and timely. Facilitation of process was efficient. Hope I wont be back but would not hesitate if needed.

Went to DCC for hail work and to get the damage appraised. Appraisal was quick and the staff explained what needed to be fixed. I was able to leave the vehicle the same day and was able to get a rental right away. Pick up process was quick and they even did a detailed walk through of the repair done to the car. The repair was spotless like nothing ever happened to it!

Down side about this experience is that the only rental they had in the lot was not cleaned/prepped for the next costumer (decided to take it because I didn't want to waste my day going to their south location to pick up a clean rental.) Also they told me that the repair time would be 5 days. 5 days came by and still no call. I called them asking about the car. Apparently the car was towed to a different shop for body work/paint and that the repair would be done for another 10 days.

I would have given the company a 5 but the lack of communication/updates about the repairs should be improved. Lastly, rentals should also be given to costumers clean, presentable, and disinfected.

Other than that, very satisfied with the hail repair!

DCC contacted me in the very next day morning to book an appraisal after I filed the insurance claim. The appraisal took 30 mins, after that booked a drop off the next day.

The drop off is very quick and smooth. Their shop and website both look professional. DCC has been working with TD insurance for a long time. The rental was there waiting. No problem, no time waste.

The repair was estimated to take 10 days, end up took only 7. The result looks very good, can't tell the difference from a new car. DCC had to remove my 3M protector during the repair, and they installed a brand new one after.

The pick up is very smooth as well. Returned my rental first, then the rental company dropped me off at DCC.

Will recommend this shop.

I had my 2013 Mitsubishi RVR repaired with DCC hail. I was told the repairs would take 10 days and it was done in 7! I was amazed with the quality of the repair and the fact that I received my vehicle back sooner! I have recommended to my friends!

I had my 2021 Ford Ranger in for a quote to have a dent on mydoor. Guess hit by someone too close? Anyway, a friend recommended them, and price great and done same day dropped off. They polished the scuff marks for free. Good job DCC Hail. Love how timely it was done.

I went to dcc hail last year after the hail storm to get the damaged appraised. The front staff welcomed me with a smile and explained the entire process. About 30 min later, the appraisal was complete and they went over the appraisal with me and explained what needed to be fixed and an estimated time for the repair. I was able to drop my vehicle off the same day (they have a rental rep and I went home with the rental) and I was able to drop off the rental and pickup my car when the repair was completed!
They even did a quick clean, so my car was cleaner than when I had dropped it off.
They were quite busy in the summer, but staff was great and took the time to answer all my questions.
I highly recommend their services.

I have been given 4 dates that my vehicle would be completed. Each time no one called me to let me know there would be a delay. There is no one to answer your calls and no one has returned my request for a call back. It has been over 8 weeks and I still dont have my vehicle or any update. And initially they quoted us 27 days to complete the work.

So far I have been waiting over 6 week to get my car back from hail damage I would not recommend this company to any one been calling for a week straight I still haven't got a call back or an awnser from this company so far my wife had to miss 3000$ of self employed work because they said it would be 10 days so we got a rented car gave it back a day before the done date then realizing they need it for another 10 days then just to get another call saying another ten days. Worst company I have ever dealt with maybe will change my review (updated review so my Jeep is finally home and I'll tell you that the job they did was definitely worth the wait yes I may have lost out on some money but the job they did to the Jeep it definitely 4 star worthy thanks DDC hail I guess u guys aren't that bad! Thanks for the work and all the help didn't like how the Tecs cranked my stereo full blast stained a few of my seats and roof and a few scratches along the paint.but they offered to detail it! Am just happy to have her home!

My car is still in for hail damage repairs it was taken in on September 3. I was told by both TD insurance as well as DCC that it would be about 9 days.

It is September 28 and it is still in the shop. The date has been changed more than once and I get nothing but word salad and excuses. Communication is horrible and they tried to tell me that the estimate (which was never given to me) is just an estimate. Not once was I told this could turn into 5 or 6 weeks - new date is October 8 now! If I would have known I would never have taken my car here. Full or excuses and poor service from TD insurance right through to this experience. I would NEVER recommend this company it’s nothing but a lesson in patience. If I could give them a negative star I would. After speaking today to one of their affiliates who does some of the work I am terrified it still won’t be ready. I will be reporting to the BBB as well. Lesson learned, do your homework, if I would have read the reviews (which have a similar tone) I would have gone elsewhere

The first time I used them for hail damage repair I had a great experience. The second time they damaged the paint while popping the dents out (it happens), they sent it to an auto body shop for repair, and then lost my car. I called for a status update (they never called me to inform me they needed it past the expected completion date) and they told me that the auto body shop needs it an additional week. I called the auto body shop who said that they completed repairs and had it towed back to DCC Hail almost a week ago. Dude, where's my car?

Update: My car was in fact at DCCHail and was still being worked on by technicians there. The wrong car's status was updated into the notes for my vehicle which led to the confusion. They were quick to reach out to let me know about the mixup along with a genuine apology. More communication along the way would have been great, especially around extended timelines as I had not been informed when the expected completion date was changed twice.

DCC Hail repaired my vehicles hail damage, but when I went to pickup my truck they "cleaning" they performed was awful they left paint marker in 3 places plus the wash they completed was terrible. Left a message asking someone to contact me to discuss the issues, no reply.

Edit #2 - Finally got a confirmation that TD Insurance has approved an OEM replacement for my car. Efforts shown by the team is commendable, all my complaints remain just with TD now to create the mess. Hope nothing changes again during my wait for the part to arrive. Thanks team DCC Hail.

Edit - I was confirmed by the front desk associate as well as someone who looked like a TD Insurance employee that the replacement has been completed with an OEM part at the time of pickup. And now the owner states in response that the appraisal was not for OEM part. There seem to be a disconnect and would really like to resolve it during my visit tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Very bad experience for a windshield replacement. Got told that it is an OEM part, went to get it checked from dealership after experiencing issues to find out it was an after market part put on my car. Very unprofessional indeed. 1 star for polite and respectful front desk.

I had a wonderful experience with getting my car fixed by DCCHail, the damage to my vehicle was extensive and came back looking brand new and clean. The team there is super knowledgeable and was able to answer any and all questions I had, and the customer service I received was unmatched. Overall I highly trust and recommend DCCHail Calgary.

I was VERY skeptical about this whole paintless dent repair thing that it would get my pretty much brand new truck (around 5000km) back to how it was before the hail. Got my truck back today and honestly, you'd never know it had quite a bit of damage on the hood, roof and driver's side. It looks every bit as good as it did when I brought it home from the dealer. In fact, they did a better job detailing the interior than the dealer did when it was brand new!
Service was friendly and professional, and I had the vehicle back and looking brand new ahead of when they promised it. Great experience at their East Lake pop up shop and really impressed with the quality of work.
Hopefully. I never need to use their services again but I wouldn't hesitate to use DCC Hail again if we had to get hail damage repaired.

Had a wonderful experience here start to finish! My vehicle looks exactly how it did pre hail storm. I am very pleased with my repairs and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Poor communication. They texted me with appointment time day before repair schedule, I arrived at the scheduled time to do drop off my car for repairs and they told me my parts back ordered and I have to wait 6 more weeks. Poor customer service!

Had to go back to shop for something very obvious and noticeable that they missed the first time. They closed the claim saying that the repairs were complete because they have somehow forgotten about what was missed the first time. It took about 3 months to get a part that was “back ordered” which I think somebody missed ordering in the first place. Didn’t even wash the car, very poor workmanship. They’re really good at missing stuff and wasting your time.

Had my vehicle in for an estimate through TD insurance. The location is great right off the deerfoot at 64 Ave. Stephanie had my unit appraised within minutes and a rental car waiting for me upon arrival. They made the whole process smooth and easy to deal with unlike previous experiences with insurance groups. When the car was done I paid my deductible and disposed of the rental on-site and received my confirmation via email from enterprise with in 24 hours.
My hats off to them on an excellent job and the level of professionalism they bring to the industry.

Dropped our car there June 15. A couple days after the hail storm. I was told our Murano was repairable and it would be ready July 31. I went to pick up my car and it somehow ended up at the junk yard and they are saying it's the insurance companies fault and the insurance company is saying they advised DCC Hail to start the repairs. DCC Hail was supposed to have my car and lied saying it would be ready for pick up and they don't even have my car! Now I am waiting to find out who did what and what the hell is happening with my car.

Very courteous staff and I was nicely dealt with. They took my car for assessment and quickly told me about the status of my car.

I would steer clear of this hail shop and recommend a better place. There are multiple red flags when I went in for my estimate but the biggest one I had was to argue with an appraiser when he wouldn't include the windshield in the estimate from the hail. I ultimately walked away cause i wasn't going to book my car into this shop anyways but the experience only harden my decision to go elsewhere.
