I have problems with the delivery drivers NOT knocking on my door when they have delivered a parcel. I live in a condo bldg, so they either have to buz me so I can let them in OR the driver gets in the main doors through another resident. I hate to lose my orders! Also, it would be great if they had a Customer Service area where we can speak to a person.
