Sale was quick and easy. Was a better sale experience than edmonton dealerships however they weren't able to negotiate the price down whatsoever. Didn't wanna give me a set of tires even tho the tires on the SUV are worn and bald. Had to ask for them to fill up the gas. Apparently doesn't come with a full tank of gas.

Purchased a SUV from these guys, great truck, not so great service, would not recommend buy from here again

Bought a jeep recently. A few minor issues after pickup (backup camera not working, only one set of keys) but overall a good sales experience. 1st time I’ve bought a vehicle that didn’t come with a full tank of gas though……….

After an awful experience at the airport car rental, D&D really came through and saved our day! They were so accommodating, so pleasant to deal with and the pricing was definitely affordable!

Noel was extremely unprofessional, lackadaisical and just didn’t care about my interest in purchasing a truck. Couldn’t care less. I Was literally dumbfounded by his approach as a “sales man”.

It was an absolute pleasure buying a vehicle from D&D. Mitch and Rebecca were friendly and helpful. They both went out of their way to help me. Rebecca worked hard to secure the lowest finance rate she could find and Mitch went out of his way to get some warranty work completed on the vehicle before delivery. It was a long drive, but definitely worth it. I wouldn't hesitate about buying from them again.

I purchased a vehicle from the lovely folks at D and D, and what a pleasant experience it was. There was no pressure sales, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to the entire team for a great all around experience.

I was quite disappointed with the service that I received from D and D sales. I was an out of town customer and I put to much trust and faith into the sales team. I was under the impression that the truck was close to immaculate and for what was included the price was justified. I realize that used vehicles have some scratches and small dents but looking of the truck it was in worse condition than my 2006 that I just sold. I brought this to the management team along with some other concerns and was pretty much told "AS IS". It it used and if you would like some parts at a discount with labor we can help you. I should have just went to Kijiji if I didn't want some sort of warranty or guarantee. I have purchased vehicles from other used dealers and there is a 30,60 and even 90 day warranty. D and D gives you nothing.
I felt like my money was taken and off to the next customer.
I will never recommend this company nor will I ever purchase and vehicle from them again.
Shame on me for trusting the word of a salesman, this has been a hard pill to swallow after spending 60k

We where looking for a Christmas miracle as one van was toasted. We went to D & D VEHICLE SALES and they where very friendly abd asked their for a miracle and they got use a 2009 FORD ESCAPE THANK YOU very much for our miracle and every think you've done for us. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL.

Totally misleading. Beware! They advertise no credit check all approved. They fail to reveal you need money down.

I was very happy they got me into a vehicle when no one else would. I went to nine different dealerships around central Alberta and got turned down. D&D got me approved and gave me a reasonable offer on my trade in. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well as understanding. And also they didn’t through a bunch of stickers all over the truck (like other dealerships as if they own it) just a small one on the tailgate which is liveable. The only bad thing was that I had to put fuel into the new vehicle it was empty and costed an extra $92. But I’m sure it was just forgotten, because I had them doing a bunch of extra stuff to the truck. That’s why I only gave four stars, other then that it’s a five star dealership.

The experience was easy with no pressure, no up selling the vehicle pricing and trade in value is in line with everything I had researched. Bob in sales was really good and accommodating, Rebecca in finance was extremely knowable very smart and knows how to do her job. We will be buying all of our vehicles here moving forward.

My hubby and I went there today to look at a truck that we would have bought as we really liked it, we called to make sure it was still there, said we be there by 3, as we had to drive 1 1/2 hrs! Got there at 310, someone just took it out, ok we’ll wait, we asked what other diesel trucks do u have and kinda said what we were looking for.we get there’s lots of diesels out there and walks away! Ok we’ll look it up kill time, finally truck comes back 30ish mins later and they go into office to talk another half hr, they left to figure something out, as u can hear them talking he never came out to say ANYTHING to us! They come back 20 mins later, in they go to talk, we were there 2 hrs I know crazy but we really did want that truck, 1 1/2 hr in we get would we like water lol do walked out! Drove back an 1 1/2hrs again for nothing! Very unprofessional in my opinion, when they left we could have been to hey I’m pretty sure they’ll take it, they we would have left instead waste our time!

Fair pricing. Over the top service. Cant complain about anything.will buy from them again for sure. Update July/2019: there was a chip in my pano roof that I wasnt made aware of, not happy. It was repaired with resin, but i would like to have been aware of that.

Missed 1 payment and got reported to equitax and transunion as a collection item immediately. Not willing to allow me to pay next day. (In house financing)
