I just wanted to thank Rafi and Matthew for helping me in finding a car that I was looking for! I purchased my Camaro without seeing it in person and it was shipped to me later on! Car was exactly as it was described on Dealz on cars website and Matthew did a great work in making sure the transaction and transportation of the car go smooth, so did Rafi by giving me an excellent deal on this car! I give these guys 5 star for their honesty and integrity. I also have few recommendations for them, I guess there are few items such as making sure the tank is full or little things such as low battery for remote starter, etc.services are all done! These are small services and won’t cost you much but it will go long way for the customers! Another recommendation is to have better and more clear communication with the customers so customers don’t feel left in the dark, I guess in my case shipping schedule was a bit stressful although the shipping company is not run by your dealership! Again thanks guys and hope to deal with you guys more in future!

They really took care of the customer and made sure the customer was covered. Shazam (dont really remember the exact name but one of the mechanics) was also super nice and helpful. This dealership is the place to be when it comes to buying a high quality and reliable vehicle. Matthew, Mes and Raffi gave their very best to give me the best price and warranty that no other car dealer in calgary can offer. They even gave me a new set of winter tires (on rims) as a bonus.

Put a cash deposit on a vehicle when I was at work in order to hold it for me until I can come down to the dealership in a couple of days for the vehicle. I received a call from Rafi the day before arrival after I had already booked a hotel and setup a ride and everything saying that he has someone at the dealership to buy the vehicle right now so he's refunding my deposit and selling the vehicle and was in a rental due to a total loss and without a vehicle as of the next day. I had stopped looking for a vehicle because I found this one. Also he didn't want the vehicle going for a 3rd party inspection because "their in house inspection is good enough " That right there are red flags in their own people. Be cautious! Just want to line their pockets and shady inspections! They do bad business. Be careful!

Today I purchased a 2013 Mitibushi Lancer from Dealz On Cars. I must admit I was a little leary visiting such a small business as I’ve only ever dealt with the larger dealerships. Boy, I was not disappointed! My sister and I dealt with Matthew Chiddle. It was his first day on the job! Matt was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all of

Well not here! I didnt even buy a car from Rafi and his team yet here I am writing a review? !

Why!? Because these guys DESERVE your business! First you get an honest and straight seller rather then someone who is trying to con you and secondly.you know if you buy a car from here you can count on getting a quality vehicle.

Unfortunately even with the large selectection I didnt find the car for me.but I did test drive 5 or 6 cars and all were in sound order unlike what is available to test drive at other dealerships.

Rafi took his time with me especially after knowing I had been through a horrible experience elsewhere. He was kind fair and informative and truly cared about getting me into the best vehicle for me.

It's not often you get an honest business like this. I hope you find your next car here!

I just bought a chrysler town and country from here. I am very happy to buy van from this place. I shopped around lot of dealerships. Lot of them are very rude or lied to the customer. Only here, I got a very clean history good vehicle. The price is good too. The sale manager is polite, very knowledgeable. They gave me extra half year warranty free of charge. Came across this dealership after seeing a add for a vehicle that I had been interested in for a little bit, finally went in on a wensday afternoon and left with my new vehicle Friday by noon it was a very easy process and I would definitely recommend this great group of guys.

I originally made the deal to purchase a Mercedes from them with a trade in. The service and communication were very lack luster. This dealership (Dealz on Cars) was brand new and had no financing set up yet so they asked their neighbor dealership Driveline auto to do the financing. This took days for Drive line and many calls of inquiry from me with no return call to finally get them to complete the paperwork and financing. We came to an agreement for a final number after trade in value including a bumper to bumper warranty and all fees and taxes included. I was told by Wes at Dealz on cars to decline the coverage through Driveline as I was being covered through a third party warranty company as per our agreement so the paperwork from the other dealer shows I declined but yet again they put the payment onto a different line. They emailed and said it was ready late on Saturday Jan 30th but they were closing soon so I had to rush up to sign the paperwork and received my package with the financing and warranty coverage paperwork. I finally was able to take the car home. A week or so later I noticed I was still having payments taken out for my previous SUV and attempted contact multiple times via email and calls to inquire with Driveline. Calls and mails were never returned. After two full payments being taken out for my previous SUV that I no longer had I was requesting proof they paid out the vehicle which I never did receive. Finally after more than a month and talking with my old finance company as Driveline would not return any correspondence they finally communicated it was taken care of. So now I had two payments out I hadn't budgeted for and had to wait a couple more weeks to finally get reimbursed. I was just relieved I was done with all of this. Fast forward to June 2nd. I noticed the car has a differential leak. Not an issue as I had a full bumper to bumper warranty so I thought. This was not the case. I called to set up service with the warranty provider only to be told that Global Warranty received the application and approved it but Driveline and Dealz on cars never sent in the final paperwork. I called Driveline and have made one to two calls a day and have been promised calls back which never happened. I have all my paperwork with warranty number but it is not set as active because Driveline and Dealz on cars has not concluded the final of what was negotiated. I was getting ghosted by Driveline I called on my cell and went to voicemail so I called from another number immediately and hence the call was answered but of course no update to give. I mentioned we needed a mediator to get this resolved as I have had no car to use since June 2nd to go out to the store, appointments. This is a root issue of the original deal made. However these two dealerships wanted to work it out was between them and not my concern but in the end I am here with bogus warranty paperwork and zero communication when this will be resolved. When I contacted Dealz on Cars for support they tried to make it seem they were going to make it right and have this mechanical issue taken care of but I still won't have warranty as the bill of sale said I didn’t pay for the warranty as we had agreed upon. Well it said zero dollars because they added the warranty payment onto the purchase price line! Even when I sent them the paperwork they couldn’t figure that out, I did! This gives them an out I guess they think but they were ready and willing to just let me hang basically. Telling me I never paid. Bait and switch is what this appears as. It WAS paid but they conveniently added it onto the purchase line of the contract. I need a new truck now and I’ll be hell bent if I ever go back here to get one. Oh and they offer a gas card for $50 if you give a 5 star review so keep that in mind when reading reviews. Keep your $50 guys. You cost me far more anguish than that.
