They double charge you for a membership and try to call them good luck over 30 calls and can’t even get a person. Watch your statements

Shady tactics, they set you up with a yearly plan without your knowledge.
There was no contract signed.will consult BBB.

I have been trying to contact this company since August 11 and despite many emails, making requests through the Deco portal, I have received 0 responses and no resolution to my issues. Please use CAUTION when agreeing to their subscription plan, they make it seem like cancelling is easy but it is far from that. I have now contacted the BBB for assistance as all of my efforts at communication have not been successful. The automated responses say all issues will be addressed in 2-3 days, it has been 8 BUSINESS DAYS and have not received any form of communication. I sent a email with clear expectations that if I did not receive a response after 7 business days, I would escalate through BBB. This also received no response. Very frustrating.

A mediocre windshield repair business. Sometimes they're open, sometimes they're not when they say they are. I've had cracks on the repairs they've made. I scrapped my AMA membership after they double billed me and I tried calling to talk to someone for 3 days with no answer. Really lackluster.

Who repairs your windshield on a sunday? These guys do.excellent service and treatment to stop the crack.

Decent company who cares about your vehicle and quick and easy to get it done, polite and talkative no complaints

I received excellent service, low wait time. Just wish they'd open a northside bay during the winter months.

I drove from Fort Saskatchewan to this shop on a Thursday for 11am. Website says they’re open, but there isn’t a soul here. I have a premium plan with my AMA. I would just like to say shame on you, be honest with your hours. At the price of gas these days, this was a complete waste of time and money.

On top of this I tried calling Deco to see if I could be put in touch with someone associated with this location. Waited on hold to speak with a representative for a half hour before getting a voice message saying that I’m calling outside of their regular hours, which isn’t at all the case.

Extremely disappointed with this companies lack of customer service and in this locations professionalism.
