Even though it's called a mall, it's a strip mall, so it's not a great place to go on a cold day.

We had a wonderful experience for our Santa photos! They were organized and very accommodating. Lots of fun activities for kids and picture op's for adults. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant, accommodating, beautiful location. Only drawback is parking. So get there early

Wow I have to say they did a very great job on the update many lovely store very clean all around way too many 4 way stop sings but other them that wonderful place

Cool mall concept.totally outdoors and well designed.lots of parking and a different but great shopping experience.better in the spring or summer

Nice outdoor mall concept with many of the stores you'd expect. Can be busy at times but overall a good experience.

Booked a Santa appointment and this is 100% going to be my go to Santa visit every year. I love that the Santa experience has its own space so it's only full of the appointments not other foot traffic. The staff were all AMAZING. Every. Single. One. Was incredibly personable and friendly. The area of tables for coloring and such is a nice touch along with other photo worthy backdrops like the wall mural or Christmas trees. Pricing was better overall for digital and print vs other malls. Just everything about the experience was really great. I am so glad we visited.

The place has changed a lot, they sold a big part of the food lodge to Lina's, there used be a kid's indoor playground now all disappeared. We used to hang out shopping in the stores and let the kids play a bit. Now I just don't have the reason to go there.

We had a blast at the Santa picture! My kids enjoyed every bit of it. Staff were awesome and so friendly!

Absolutely love the new Lina's market. There are some good deals at some of the food booths while others are overpriced. It is nice to have this in the N. E.rather than having to go to 130th Ave for the selection. The Centre St location is not even close in size or selection of this Deerfoot City location.

Very clean, friendly staff and a wide selection of food. It also includes an Italian grocery store.

Deerfoot City Santa is awesome! He called our kids by name when it was their turn. So cute! The staff was over the top kind and happy. They all did a fantastic job at making us feel like we were the only ones there, with no rushing. The setup is fabulous! Lots of photo ops and the oppportunity to stick around and enjoy the Christmas spirit. This year's setup was in it's own space, separate from the mall. It was so much better as there weren't any crowds. We drove from the deep southwest and so happy we did!

This redevelopment of the old deerfoot mall has been planned and thoughtfully crafted. The deerfoot city management team are relevant, unique, present and provide great customer service! We recently took our little one to photos with Santa. While there were a few bumps in the road as it was their second day operating, they handled the wrinkles incredibly well; with humility and poise - ensuring our experience wasn’t tarnished in any way. Even Santa was phenomenal. (We also love all the seasonal decoration and lights that are added along the boulevard every year).

The addition of Linas is top notch. As residents in a neighbouring community, we are excited to visit Lina for future Saturday morning coffees, gelato in the summer and quick dinner stops.

I look forward to the future restaurant area, which I hope opens in the near future. And my only criticism is that there are so many big box/fast fashion stores. I hope that more boutiques or local shops will soon become tenants.

The parking lot is also a pain during peak times. The 4 ways, lack of close parking, and incessant pedestrians that come out of GoodLife can be a nightmare.

Overall, well done Deerfoot City! We are proud to be neighbours.

Staff are incredible and they always go over and above to make their events special. We especially loved meeting Santa this year. My kids were elated!
