I was in 2x to get my eyelashes done. Karen I believe her name was, very clean and professional. She was fast and I was impressed with the minimal loss of lashes between fills. Definitely recommend her.

Always a clean and welcoming environment. I’ve had my nails done and a basic pedicure. Each time I get what I want and good quality work. One star less because I personally don’t think for simple designs you should be charged extra per nail rather just a base rate extra for something small.

I gave this place 3 stars.for these reasons.
I booked 2 pedicures for myself and my boyfriend 'together'. By boyfriends esthetican prepared both stations and started him first while mine was finishing with another client. Mine came in halfway through his service and when his was done he had to wait another 20 min for me. Not a biggie.but they should have ensured we began and ended together. He was having some big issues with his feet which is why I booked it and she barely scuffed the callouses off. I get regular pedicures and I felt the same. They used what looked to be cheese graters instead of proper foot paddles and didn't file down the 'slivers' so to speak. So my feet still feel like they were paddled with a cheese grater.
However.the polish was good. The environment was pleasant, clean and professional, the chairs were nice, and the staff were sweet. Except the old lady that sat around who was a broody old coot that does the bookings. Who also was interesting to deal with on the phone. I work in a 5 star Spa In Pigeon lake that books weeks to months ahead so with my experience and understanding I expected a better quality service based on their location and services advertised. I'd say they are ok.

Accidentally booked my nails for the next day and I went and showed up and I was so embarrassed that I had my days mixed up but they still fit me in for the day I showed up!

This is the first I have been back to Delano nails after knowing that Andy and Lilly are gone, me and my friend decided to give them another try! I got a shellac manicure and I told the lady to keep my nail shape natural but she made it square instead, and also the how they painted my nails was very terrible because you can still see my natural nail underneath. Also skipped my cuticle oil, I wasn’t impressed especially how much I paid for it.

My wife and I went for deluxe pedicures and standard manicures. Left with dirty fingernails that were different lengths and my wife didn't get the hot stone massage that we paid extra for.

There eyelashes actually aren’t that bad but the service is horrible. They asked me to open my eyes has they were taping them and I couldn’t, they stabbed my eyes so many times, left one spot open and didn’t give me something to brush them out with.

So I asked a girl to fix my eyelashes and she asked me if I got them done by a student.

Delano has never failed me! Bring in your Pinterest boards and they got you covered! Amazing service and quality time with no rushed work! Best place for nails in sylvan lake. Highly recommend

I couldn’t decide what I wanted. Told them it was their choice, I wanted something Christmasy. This is what I got, Andy did a fantastic job. I love them.

I’ve been going to this place for several years and overall they do great work (Mia and Linh especially). I get nail fills, and pedicures and waxing in the summer. Everything is usually long lasting and beautifully done. My only complaint is that sometimes they don’t get you in at the time of your appointment. I usually wait on average 15 mins to start and one time I waited almost an hour… (past the scheduled appointment time).

Come here with my friends and they’re so welcome and do such an amazing job on my nails. Best in Sylvan so far. Definitely will come back every 2weeks

Once I got home they broke off and the man that was there was very unprofessional and making me very uncomfortable NEVER AGAIN. Please do not go here

I got a fill done a few weeks ago and it was a really great experience. Lily was very professional yet personable and we chatted the whole time. She gave me great tips and listened to exactly what I wanted. I have set up another appointment for a fill and will continue to go back in the future!

Opted for the deluxe pedicure ($60 for 1 hour), and it was not worth it at all. This pedicure should cost $40 at the most. Spent almost half the time waiting for our toenails to dry while the ladies were starting on other clients. Everything felt super rushed and effortless from the moment we walked in. Two nailed have already chipped. Not impressed, and will not be back. I do not recommend.

Really really happy with the service I received today. Full gel set, pedicure and eyebrows -love all three services. I’ll be back.

The lady there was very rude and made me want to leave with no hesitation. They made me wait and extra 15 minutes then once i was leaving i had to wait to pay because of the lady there. Wont be going back there any time soon. The nails sucked aswell

Had a great experience here. I was seen on time, and received a super relaxing pedicure! So so happy with how it turned out. They were clean, always wiping stuff down, and I felt comfortable the whole time. Overall great experience and definitely value for your money. Highly recommended.

Love the staff here! I go out if my way to drive half an hour just to get my nails and lashes done here. 10/10 would recommend.

I had been going to Delano since they opened! It is so frustrating when you make an appointment for a certain time and 20 minutes later your service has not started! They have lost my business! This did not happen just once.but multiple times.when you make an appt for a certain time but you get pushed back because they do not turn walk ins away is very bad customer service

Great job on service and quality. Could make an effort to be aware when kids are there as they often have pretty raunchy stuff on the tv screen. But otherwise great. Would recommend their service.

Everyone is friendly and the person doing my nails was so happy and singing. Wasn't afraid to try new things. Been going there for 2 years now and only had a couple bad times but my nails always look good.

This use to be my go to place for manicure and pedicure.
The last 4 times I have went my nails were thick, and when I asked to have them thinner instead of shaving down the top layer to even everything out they would shave under my real nail. Which resulted in my nails all pointing upward instead of a natural look. Last night I was charged 210, for myself and my 7 year old daughter to get our toes and nails done, my nails are super thick, i have an air bubble in 4 of my nails with bumps of gel and are pointed upward again even after I ask if she could fix it for me. When getting my feet done the chair was broken and was stuck on the thumbs rubbing my lower back in one spot, asked if she could turn it off as it was hurting my back. Responce No sorry its broke. Then I asked to get the marble look on only my big toes (which I had done their before and it was beautiful) this time I got a y an 3 lines on the other. I asked if she could fix it, she said no sorry I can't do it? Then the bottom of my feet now have a blister from the hot wax she put on me.

Had the most luxurious pedi here ever. Danny went above and beyond. He was so attentive and he paid attention to detail. Very professional, clean, welcoming, with a view of Sylvan lake! Highly recommend this place.

I had some time to kill in town, so I popped in to see if they may have time to do a full set of nails for me. They were able to fit me in within the hour, and my nail tech (Mia) did a beautiful job of my nails. They're an even length, they're symmetrical, and they're exactly what I asked for. I'm especially pleased that I have my own files to bring in for next time - absolutely worth an extra dollar to know that they've only been used on my nails. If I lived closer, I would absolutely come here regularly. Excellent service and really great work.
