I used Delta Taxi today from Torrington, Ab to Calgary with return trip. The gentleman was very well mannered and polite, I definitely will use their service again and highly recommend it to anyone in need of prompt and friendly service. The gentleman even got us coffee on the trip in and breakfast sandwich’s on the trip home. Great conversation and polite to talk to. You need transportation these are your guys, I am sure they will not disappoint. Thank you kindly Delta, until next time

Called for a cab they said 15-20 minute wait. Been waiting 45 minutes and they won’t pick up the phone for me now trying to get any update.

Came quick decent rate and got me to my destination safe. Good choice if travelling or just need one

Used twice, first time Cab came 20 minutes later than I was told, went 90km/h in a 50 and had me give directions instead of looking them up and ran a red light.
Second time, also sped by 20km over, ran another red directly into traffic. He stopped in the middle of Bow Trail during rush hour to reset his meter causing back ups and then charged me an arbitrary rate for the trip, also did not know how to find the Saddledome?

Gave two tries because of other high reviews, will not give a third.

2hr wait for a cab is ridiculous when an Uber can be there within 10 minutes max

Just had taxi ride to the Calgary airport from sw Calgary. Gordy was my driver, he was excellent, very polite and we had a nice chat.

I wasn't impressed with this cab service. I usually take Checker, but a Delta cab was waiting outside the hospital I work at, so I took it. The ride itself was nearly double the cost of the exact same trip by Checker, the driver ignored my preferred route, causing a longer trip, and then pretended he didn't hear me when I got in the cab asking if he accepts debit. When the ride was over, the driver tried to insist I pay with cash. I told him I only have debit, that was why I asked if he accepted it when I got in. I will not be using this company again.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the driver was nice enough to not try and start a conversation.

I have been using Delta Cabs for over 10 years, and have found their service outstanding. My work involves travel at least once a week. I was always picked up on time, both to go to the airport or returning, no matter if my flight had been delayed, someone was always there to meet me. If the lovely man, Gary, who usually picked me, was unavailable, he always sent someone else to pick me up, without fail. I was never left stranded, no matter how late my flight was delayed. I cannot say enough good about the wonderful service I had for 10+ years and continue to do so.

Taxi # 951 was in terrible condition. Car has no winter tires driving in a snowstorm, had all kinds of warning lights on the dash and broke down on the highway.

The driver had no common sense to pull off to the side when the car started shutting down instead we sat in the middle lanes for almost a half hour.

Police never showed up after we called to direct traffic and as well as delta tried to make us pay for the fare. Another delta cab showed up and told us not to worry about the busy highway and traffic, but we didn’t listen.

We complained and refused to pay for the fare and as we did the new delta cab drive off. Thankfully the yellow cab driver came and picked us up and the tow truck was able to stop traffic so we can transfer vehicles.

I will never use delta cab or recommend then to anyone ever again.

Delta cab is the best service in Calgary, I use them all the time for the airport and also inside city. Always on time, friendly, safe driving and good prices. Profesional driver! I highly recommend Delta cab! !

I was recently in calgary, when I tried to find reasonable cabs to the airport I got very frustrated.my daughter referred me to Delta cabs, I went on line had immediate contact with the company, within 5 min. I had a cab booked, an email confirmation and contact number if any problems. My cab arrived, the driver helped load my luggage, we had good conversation on the ride to airport, the est.fare from dispatcher was within 3.00 the driver grabbed a cart, unloaded my luggage onto the cart, we shook hands, so, to recap, great servicefriendly driver, reasonable costs, colour me happy! Thank you Delta cabs!

After a terrible uber experience and being left stranded at my location with a cancellation fee to boot, I called Delta to get a car and was advised it would be a 15 min wait for my car. I obviously was at no choice as I needed the ride. So, outside waiting in the cold for my ride when the amazing dispatch agent calls me back to say his car was gonna be long but he found me another with a sister company that could pick me up in 5. And as promised, the car arrived promptly and got me to destination quickly. I have to say, best cab experience I've ever had! I'm sorry for not recalling your name sir, but thank you so much for taking pride in your work and caring for your customers! And to my taxi driver with associated, car 1495, I thank you for getting me warmed up and safely to my destination.

Delta Cab arrived early today, helped load our luggage in the car, took great care to make sure he was parked close so we wouldn’t have to carry our luggage far, confirmed which route we prefer to take and checked in to ask if we were comfortable in the back of the minivan. The driver was friendly and helpful. Even when booking the cab, the customer service was friendly and he listened to my needs for a larger vehicle and directions to locate our house. I would absolutely use Delta Cab again and highly recommend their service.

I have used there service to drive my daughter to and from School for a week while my wife and I had to leave town. Our driver was Gary Grewal who was always on time and gave us great service. Will definitely use them in the future.

I have used the online booking multiple times to get to the airport in the early mornings. I have always had good service with all the drivers with them showing up 10-15 minutes earlier than scheduled. The drivers are very attentive and I have had zero issues with them. I will continue to schedule my rides with Delta Cabs.

I am international student in Canada. One of your cab driver at mcknight station use abause language against students. When we passed from there. He stairs us all the time and comments about our charcters. It's not only with me it's with other my friends too. Before he had car but today we saw him sitting in silver delta van. Please take action against him war him otherwise we complant police or taxi authorities.heusing

Alot more accommodating than uber. My driver Ravinder went above and beyond today i needed to bring my dog to my moms house and they allowed it with no extra charge. No longer will i have hidden fees and double charges from uber, give ur local cab company the business
