We had a real rough day and I was less then hospitable but Marion made sure we were well taken care of. Cannot thank her enough she was truly the brightest part of my day.

Hotel berry clean, staff friendly. Pool was fun. Service at front desk great. Very busy time and a small mistake in our booking was fixed quickly and to our benefit greatly. I have never had such great treatment at a hotel. Definitely would stay again.

I had a comfortable stay. Rooms had microwave and fridge. Rooms were clean and facilities were great. The water slide was lots of fun. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Staff was fantastic. Location is fine. Amenities are respectable. Pool is great, albeit super cold.

I found the bed a bit uncomfortable and the restaurant didn't really have the value for the money to me, although that's fairly standard for a hotel restaurant though. Overall a solid hotel choice.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏm when booking any room. This site will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you won't be let down.

Delta Marriott is an older hotel but in very good shape. I had an issue checking in and they were able to rectify the situation quickly. Very helpful. Good breakfast buffet and excellent a la carte food items in their cafe. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Location is very handy to most places in south Calgary.

Booked through the Marriott app. Stayed twice last month for a total of seven nights, and my points never showed up. Accounting department doesn't return voicemail. The poor girl at the front desk is brand new and doesn't know anything other than that there is an "administrative problem" with no details or plan on a fix.

Sevinj and her team at the front desk did an amazing job assisting in any questions we had. Both pools and work out rooms were amazing. The open area has a pool and study place too! We enjoyed our stay!

My wife and our 2 daughters have been coming here at least twice a year considering we live in Calgary just for a break during the summer times and winter times especially for the slide and pool ofc right but not any more thanks to a very rude girl at the front desk named Mimi we dont have to come here 2 or more times a year and spend $300-$400 each visit to be treated that way we have now gone ahead and found 2 other properties that are actually far superior and the customer service is excellent.see what happens when you have bad customer service you lose out on $1200-$1500 yearly from local guests.now how stupid was that! Thanks to Best Western and the Sheraton for their excellent service and far better and cleaner facilities!

Good hotel in its category and I would definitely not hesitant to stay there again. The Southland Yard bar (restaurant) attached to it was not so great.

I am wandering why your hotel is still charging me “authorized pending” unknown charges WEEKS after I stayed with you, without my consent? I stayed in this hotel in the beginning of July for a few days. During my stay I got charged 6 times for charges that I didn’t consent or give authorization for. They all had to be reversed which I was forced to wait a week for. A few days ago I got charged AGAIN over a $1000 pending on my credit card. I reached out to the manager, and after hours of going back and forth and waiting for a response from him, he told me he doesn’t know why this happened. I was offered no explanation and no solution other than “maybe call your bank, we don’t know”. Now today I get charged AGAIN over $100. Again I called the same manager, and now have to wait again for an explanation of why my card is being charged when I am NOT in their hotel and have NOT authorized these unknown charges. In total, since staying with this hotel I have been charged 8 times without my consent or authorization. It’s very unsettling how the hotel keeps using my card without consent, I’ve never had to deal with something so unprofessional from another hotel before.

Front desk staff seem to go out of their way to make company bookings difficult. I will never use this property again, unfortunate because it’s a nice facility.

Excellent hotel but dining is 2 out of 10. Pub food only. The restaurant that used to be in the Atrium had an excellent menu that was not pub food.

Not my favorite place. Many things in our room didn't work: plugs, lights, the bunk beds while cute and helpful with kids- were horribly loud and not exactly safe.

Cleanest Delta in Calgary. The smell when you walk in the door it's absolutely amazing. Great customer service too.

Great place for teams; great service, excellent breakfast buffet, wonderful fun waterslide and the hotel restaurant was very kid friendly. Just a 2 minute drive to the tricentre recreation center

Burns night was out of this world good. The food was unbelivably good too. Although the iron brew cocktail could have had a bit more sweetness. The dancers and the lady bagpipe player really made the evening perfect too.
There was a bit of a mess however as I was unable to get into the room with the balcony view to enjoy the evening. Somehow the door would not open for us or the staff. This ment I had to take our coats, out door shoes and our over night bags in the downstairs seating area. The staff rushed yo make a table for us to sit at in the back. This ment I could not watch the dancers nor the toasting the haggis without standing up and leaving out seating area.
Finally they managed to open our door and whilst we finished the dessert our bags and coat where taken to our room.
The staff where wonderful and attentive as whilst it was not the evening I had planned with my husband, the food and staff made it worth staying.
The room was great once we managed to enter.
The balcony is where we had breakfast this morning. I was surprised however by the temp if the food. Cold is the only word to describe it.
Even the coffee was burnt tasting and not worth the 60 dollars I was charged.
I will definitely go back despite the mess ups. The staff are wonderful even the cleaning staff who tried to help with the door.
The food served that night was incredible and the wine pairing perfect.
The entertainment with the celebration was fantastic too.
Pity the breakfast and room issue happened or this would have been one of my most memorable stays.

Very nice hotel. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but looks are deceiving. Good restaurant attached to the hotel, but the building layout is a little odd with the separate atrium. I've stayed here twice now and will continue to do so.

I had my engagement party at delta hotel and their service was beyond excellent. Vicki is a great event planner, she went above and beyond to meet our needs. She always listened to our ideas, provided vendor recommendations, professional services and is very detail oriented. Tom was very helpful and committed to great services. Tom is very flexible and great with communicating with us what we need. He kept checking on the guests throughout the engagement day and made sure everything was perfect. I was able to enjoy the engagement day without worrying about anything, because Tom and the amazing staff handled everything.
The food was super delicious, all my guests were happy with how the food tasted great. I could not have imagined a better engagement party than this, it exceeded my expectations.

Nice hotel and the staff was great. The only complaint is that there is no underground parking.

I stay here all the time and I love it. It’s always clean and affordable. The staff is great. The bar attached has is great. They have fun games and slot machines. Would highly recommend:)

Room smelled and toilet made funny noises. I tried asking for spray but they had nothing. I had to go get my own. It still didn’t help. Food was not good. No housekeeping. Was told Covid times. They cleaned it before we got there but wouldn’t come in while we stayed there.

The hotel have excellent service. Very easy to check in and out of the hotel. The staffs were very polite, friendly and courteous.
There rooms are very spacious and clean.
The bedding and the pillows are so comforting and makes sleeping very smooth. Overall a good stay at the hotel.

All staff were rude when checking in and having to switch rooms because the TV wasn't working and I was traveling with kids.

I had a beautiful suite. So fresh and modern. Breakfasts were delicious and the front desk staff were top notch.

Staff at the front counter and management were outstanding. Great service and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

The mobile key did not work, which added another step in the check-in. The room was pleasant and clean. The bed was extra firm and not particularly comfortable.

We took advantage of their May Long movie/camping night. The choice in movies was on the budget side. The Fantastic Mr. Fox and School of Rock. The sadder part was we could see the screen. Not only was the screen too small, the atrium was far too bright at least for the first movie. Sorry but Jack Black screaming when the acoustics in the building suck and the volume was cranked, I'm surprised the window didn't shatter.
The breakfast we ordered with the package was way over-priced BUT, my family enjoyed the heck out of it.
We showed up in onesies, slippers and bathrobes. Fun was had by all. Thank you Marriott!

Room was dusty, table besides beds had sticky substance, hair in shower, hair on window sill, Blk chair by desk had dust & sine food crumbs on. It was quite obvious no one had been in room for awhile & was NOT cleaned before occupying

We were here for the wine dinner and the Delta did an amazing job! Fantastic service and the food was out of this world!

Never could we have our own waterside and pool for 45minutes pre-covid. I guess that was one positive out of this crazy year. This was such a wonderful staycation for our sons 7th birthday. Thanks Delta.

We were there for a seminar. Did not realize there was an atrium where the seminar was actually held. Lucky for us, they were people standing outside who directed us. Good thing you weren't late!

The receptionist at the atrium Lina was fantastic. I lost an expensive earring and she was genuinely concerned for me.gave me her work email to contact her. Turns out I found it after! Was very happy. She responded to my email very quickly and was just as happy for me.she was very quick to give me lost and found phone number without passing me off as just another lost item.

I often stay at this hotel when I am in Calgary for work and I have to say that the staff at this hotel it's being away from home a little bit easier.

Lena at the front desk is one of the kindest people I've ever met. She always does that little bit extra - she truly loves making people happy!

The staff in the club lounge are also wonderful and ensure your stay is comfortable.

Nice clean rooms, very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is consistently good. I wish it would start 30mins earlier however.
Complimentary bottled water in the room. It's nice to have that ready and not need to run out and find it.

Our stay was.meh.
Minor things such as: not having a garbage can in the banquet room we rented. Power outlets did not work in most rooms. Thermostat was broken so our rooms we were either freezing cold or boiling hot. The tv cords (hdmi etc) were disconnected behind our tv for some reason. And the pool never had enough clean towels available.

Very comfortable room. We stayed in the tower. Nice city views. Hot tub very strong cholrine. Waterslide was fun. Great housekeeping.

Having our daughter's poolside party here and she having the time of her life. Staff are amazing. They left cupcakes for our little princess. Highly recommend this location.

The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, with great options and service. My room was beautiful and well looked after, as was the pool. I felt like the staff went above and beyond to make my experience better, and they even gave me personalized recommendations for things to do while in Calgary. I would reccomend this hotel to my friends and family.

Interesting hotel setup, the atrium and tower sides are across the road, connected by a bridge. The atrium side was pretty nice, felt as little dated, pool is in the middle of the atrium so it's a little ahead if you're planning to swim there. The tower pool has a water slide which looks fun, and a large fitness centre and stretching/yoga studio.

The reason I gave this place only 4 stars was because the restaurant/ bar is under renovations. Amazing staff who made me feel completely at home. Very helpful and genuine. Two thumbs up.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Rooms are spacious and well kept up. This hotel is split over a road but easy to get from one building to the next. They have two “pools” but one is really just the bottom of the water slide, the other pool is in the lobby of the Atrium building it feels odd at first but once my kids got in they did not care. This will be a hotel I stay at again.

Convienient location to a mall and restraunts. Beautiful pool areas and restraunt. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and offered what we needed. Sheets are a little over starched, we found them itchy, but clean and pressed. Not much water pressure in the shower. We had issues with our in room heat however, despite turning up the thermostat we couldn't get the temp.above 17.5C and it was a cold winter day. We couldnt even get the fan to turn off so it would stop blowing cold air. They gave us a space heater and said they reset the room heat and should be fixed but we woke up cold in the middle of the night and had to turn the space heater back on. We didnt stay in the room much Bc it was so cold. Lady at front desk was very apologetic and polite but a space heater isn't really a fix but at least they were responsive to our complaint right away and staff were polite and friendly. Overall it's a comfortable and nice hotel and I'm thinking they were just having a heating issue in general so shouldn't likely be that way for anyone else.

We went there looking for rooms for our bridal party in July. They were very professional and gave us great rates

Attended a birthday party in a privately booked room. Both the staff at the hotel and the hotel itself met or exceeded my expectations.

Good location and lots within a short drive. Room felt dated, shower configuration was odd in the room I was in, water slide is great for kids. The two building configuration is unique, but offers plenty for you to do to stay fit.

Rooms were so hot my wife's lipstick kept melting. This was with thermostat turned off. Windows do not open, so bring a fan if you plan on staying here in the winter.

The room is a decent size and is very clean. Breakfast is very good for a buffet. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here before and normally everything is fantastic. This time the bed and pillows were so soft there was no support. Breakfast was great and the staff were kind and helpful.

Attended a professional event at the hotel, the staff was precessional, no AV problems, everything was clean and n modern.

Banquet room was alright. Nothing fabulous. Food was very good. Nice selection with lots of veggie dishes. Cake pops for dessert were absolutely delicious. Fabulous touch!

I received very good service and was treated exceptionally well by the Delta staff, especially Marsha at the front desk. She remembered my name the day I was leaving and even supplied me with bottled water for my drive home. I highly recommend.

My company had their holiday party at the Delta hotel calgary South. The venue was very nice and the food was great.

We recently had a company party, and the food was good the staff was nice. But the beds are rock hard. I woke up six times with dead arm and a sore back.

The staff were most accommodating for our event, and went out of their way to make everyone have a great time.
