Delta Walk-in Medical Clinic

So not professional! We came this morning me and my dad after getting 2 calls from his clinic, we get seated in one of his patients room about 30-45 mints by the receptionist! After waiting all this time Dr Rasllan came and said I'm sorry I'm tired i cant take you guys even though he was taking patients before and after us! We only came to check my dad’s blood pressure cause his nose was bleeding after his chemo session that he had 2 days ago, he’s been my dad's family doctor for the past 5 years! My dad would still go to him even though his clinic was shout down by the government cause of the bribes that he received from his patients and the amount of the complaints that ruined his reputation as a doctor! I’ve never seen a doctor with no humanity!

First time I went there to see Dr. Raslan, I was rushed through. He had very little interest in what I said related to my injury. It was a WCB claim and he didn’t do the proper reporting. He also never once looked at my injury. He doesn’t listen to you at all, just rushes through everything. Terrible.

Amazing and friendly staff, super efficient doctor! The doctor saw me right away, I was in and out within 25 mins! AND they have a super convenient pharmacy in the clinic that had my prescription ready to take home in under 10 mins! I was beyond impressed, by far the best clinic I have been to in Edmonton!

Got here for 6pm. Hours stated it closed at 7. There is no one in the clinic and one family at the pharmacy. The receptionist stated the doctor is fully booked and not seeing anyone. I needed a dr note for work along with puffers. This is all follow up from my appt last worek on Friday. My Friday appt was rushed. He was in there for barely 5 minutes for me and my son. He did not even check my ears even after I insisted I am having ear pain: when he looked he than prescribed me ear drops and something for my dizziness. He did not check my breathing or my sons. We're both asthmatic. This doctor was nice the first visit and even related to me being indigenous which is why I continued to see him. The experience has gotten worst each time. The doctor has even commented on my children behaviour, stating "their wild". These are toddler children who are just entertaining each other with laughs while waiting in a tiny room for 20 minutes. He's Very rushed and doesn't seem to care when you are trying to describe your symptoms. The pharmacy is amazing other than the long weights but very friendly. However the doctor I won't be seeing after I return tomorrow to get my puffers and drs note. Something that would've taken 5 min like every other rushed appt I've had with this doctor. Very sad

Was in to see doctor, For my sister and when we were in the examination room. We were there for less than 10 minutes.
Didn’t listen to anything I was trying to tell him about my sisters symptoms. Would never go there again. Very unprofessional.

While I did get a walk-in appt once coming in, I needed to go to a different clinic the following week for the same problem.

So quick and efficient! The pharmacist is very kind and friendly and always gives me a candy before I leave:)

Don't be fooled by the convenient business hours, there is currently no doctor on staff.

If you're visiting for the walk-in clinic, I suggest calling first, as when I arrived yesterday I was told there would be no doctor until April.

Dr rushed through the appointment didn’t even ask my boyfriend if he was allergic to any medications. Didn’t even give us time to ask any questions and blatantly ignored the fact he needed a dr note for work. He sent us to get an X-ray after we stated we know it’s a muscle from a physio appointment. Definitely won’t be going back. Only positive is the rest of the staff were very nice and patient.

Family run with great people. Having the pharmacist able to renew prescriptions is a great service and save tons of time. Very happy with their service and the caring staff.

I sadly have Dr Tark as my family doctor. I’ve been looking for a doctor and sadly ended up with one who doesn’t care.

I expressed that i’ve been feeling depressed and he was so quick to offer antidepressants.

Dr Raslan is amazing! So kind and so knowledgeable, I feel very lucky to have him as my doctor now. The girls at the desk are also wonderfully kind and go above and beyond, and the pharmacists are also so kind and so professional. It’s a wonderful clinic all around and it’s so difficult to find a physician these days, this place is a real gem.

Dr Raslan is a great doctor and very knowledgeable. The staff is warm and welcoming. No waiting time is needed and they accept new patients as well.

Amazing service. Walked in today and it was the doctors day off, he was in for 15 minutes just to see his staff. I asked the pharmacist for a prescription but the Dr. Raslan said he would see me quickly anyways! Sat down with him and he was very friendly, and walked out with my prescription in less than 30 minutes. Extremely fast and kind staff. Very pleased with my experience today.

I found this place when it first opened. I’ve been going here ever since, hardly a wait. Plus the DR is really good

Not happy. Both Doctor Raslan and Mohammad, the Pharmacist said they would be reachable over the holidays, but no one answers the phone, nor do they return voicemails. Very negligent. Definitely need a new receptionist.

Pharmacist is great walked in with A sinus infection and he waisted no time and got me medication so I can get back to work. 10/10 recommended
