Denca Cabinets

Denca is a bad employer. They fired my wife because they deemed her to be MENTALLY CHALLENGED! They fired her for being SLOW! My wife worked hard, did everything her supervisors asked her to do, showed up on time and wanted to work for this company for years. She loved her job but on a Friday at the end of the day right before the August long weekend she was fired for being "SLOW" (Mentally Retarded). She was devastated. She was hurt. We reached out to their owner and she promised to make things right. But that is all we ever heard from her. She never did anything including did not even give the compensation she promised.

This company can not be trusted. If they treat their employees like garbage then what about you? Will they rip you off as a customer? Possibly! Their owner and manager does not keep their word so, if they can not keep their word for employees they wrongfully let go for being mentally challenged, then can you really trust them with your money to make cabinets for you? SEARCH ELSEWARE! Do NOT TRUST Denca or their owner! They will treat you with disrespect and you will be better off to find a better cabinet maker.

When you hire Denca Cabinets directly or through any renovator, their work is good but every-time a new tech will come so they do not coordinate with other techs. After the work was completed, I specifically told them that we have some issues and to please correct them. They said that the issues will be fixed. Drawers and shelf are not aligned. Later when they came after reporting, their workers never showed up or come on time. I wasted my time off from my work. Denca showed their unprofessional behaviour.

The Denca workmanship from sales to installation was absolutely stellar. I'm sooooo glad I choice Denca.

I never see the perfect quality of cabinet.
Other company doesn't care about the chipping inside cabinet, but denca cabinet company makes no chipping. They believe that quality is more important than fast or time.

The showroom has a variety of gorgeous kitchens to choose from. Very professional, friendly assistance in suggestions and design. Kitchens to meet all types of budgets. Love it!

We had a tight timeline to complete our renovation. Dom, Heidi and the team at Denca worked evenings and weekends to meet our deadline. They were amazing to work with and I highly recommend their services.

Denca is a wonderful custom cabinetry company, one of the best in Calgary. I am an interior designer and have worked with them on multiple projects over the course of several years. From start to finish they are easy and pleasant to deal with!

Absolutely terrible experience. We trusted Denca with a big job, paid a lot of money thinking that they would do quality work. In reality, they ended up ruining a twenty thousand dollar countertop stone which was installed and sat on a kitchen island built by Denca. They refused to do anything about it. Extremely dissatisfied and would never recommend.

I've used Denca Cabinets a few times over the years and they have provided exceptional service every time. They put in a beautiful new countertop for me. The quality was excellent and came at a very reasonable price. On another occasion, they repaired a broken drawer. The staff were punctual, very knowledgeable and courteous. It's so nice to deal with a company that stands behind their product.
My father did renovations before retiring, and he only used Denca for his renovations because he said his clients were never disappointed. They always got a beautiful kitchen. When he moved to BC, he wanted a Denca kitchen in his new home and Denca delivered. It was the nicest room in the house! I won't hesitate to call Denca for any future projects.

Have lived in our home for 30 years. Renovated by the previous owner in 1984. They had Denca do the kitchen, and it served both them and us well. I'd heard they offered a guarantee on parts and when one shelf bracket and one guide stopped working a number of years ago, I went there for replacement. There was never a charge (and I was willing to pay).
So, after 35 years of use, we decided to renovate. Denca was our first (and only) call. Jess came to assess and measure, and came up with a design considering our needs. She walked us through the steps and expectations (six to eight weeks) and broke down our budget. Happy with her input and her ability to modify, we signed. We are glad we did. Ron, our contractor was the main contact and he communicated the steps and was always prompt, punctual and thorough. He took up discussions/issues with his subcontractors, informing us of arrival days and times. The kitchen is done and it looks great. We are very happy with our choice (s). Probably not the least expensive, but the results are great and we are very happy.very happy to be rid of the 80s coral countertops too!

Poor communication and service. Wish they would have been more upfront that they didn’t want the business. I was strung along for a month trying to get quotes and sketches before giving up.

Working with Jess and the team at Denca was an extremely positive experience. Their expertise from the design of our kitchen reno through to the execution was professional, on time and most importantly, high quality

Our company Mr. Handyman of Calgary used Denca on a major kitchen and bathroom cabinetry project over the last year and I cannot say how pleased we were with them. They are such a great company to work with, quality workmanship and a highly talented team. Rosita (designer) was a dream to work with.
