We recently bought our third vehicle from Koji Omura at Denham Ford.
It was, once again, just a wonderful experience. Koji remains, through all these years, a tremendously knowledgeable and patient Sales Representative. He takes whatever time is necessary to show and explain all of the options of the vehicle and there is absolutely NO PRESSURE whatsoever from him to buy. Koji firmly believes that he has to EARN your business, which he did for the third time with our family.
It was also a pleasure to deal with Dan Anderson again and I was delighted to see that he has risen to the position of General Manager.
Our research showed that, on average, the price of a comparable vehicle to that which we purchased at Denham in Wetaskiwin was about $2,000.00 more in Edmonton. Plus, Koji and Dan were also willing to "deal" on the price of the vehicle (within reason). So, "Cars DO, Indeed, Cost Less In Wetaskiwin. "
It was also a delight to once again see and deal with Avril Tomlinson, the Finance Manager. Again, Avril is very knowledgeable and takes the time necessary to answer any questions and explain all options available.
There is certainly something to be said about the value of long-term employees to an organization and Koji and Avril are two prime examples of this.
Dealing at Denham Ford was, once again, well worth the hour drive to Wetaskiwin. I strongly recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new vehicle or an upgrade to a newer vehicle.
