I have known Dennis Davies for more than twenty years, professionally and personally. 1) He is an outstanding musician who has performed across this nation at the highest level. He is a consummate professional, on stage and off, and his personal integrity is rock solid. 2) His drumming knowledge and capability is first rate, making him an excellent instructor to work with to develop and refine your own craft. 3) He is not a petty person, unlike those posting the bogus mean reviews below. It would never occur to him to go after to destroy another person's reputation as an act of retaliation. 4) Dennis is a long time champion for those who have physical or mental challenges in our society and it is absolutely obvious to those of us who know Dennis why he could be offended by a (poor taste) "handicap" sign.

Dennis is a true professional treating everyone with respect. His dedication to his craft and students is amazing! I highly recommend him! You won’t be disappointed!

Dennis is a technically excellent percussionist and great teacher. I have heard him play professionally and have enjoyed his lessons including vocal lessons. You could not ask for a better teacher or person.

I have known Dennis for long time. He has been our son's drum teacher for a few years. I still remember sitting in the waiting room and witnessing the amazing conection between them. Dennis's lessons went way beyond rudiments, thecniques and theories, he nurtured our son's passion and love of music, he has been a most influencial mentor. I have immense respect for Dennis and just cant think of a better teacher.

This guy is simply an amazing drummer and drum instructor, I took drum lessons from Dennis for 2 years.it was one of the greatest experiences I have ever had, he has a great system to teach beginners that is not long and draw out. You will be playing drums in no time, I was surprised how fast I was playing with his system. I am glad that I made that phone call and set up lessons with Dennis, not only do I have a great drum instructor but I also gained a great friend. Dennis Davies is one of the best drummers in Calgary. He is a dedicated musician and teacher. The only bad reviews he’s gotten are from someone who broke into his car and got caught. Don’t believe the trolls. Find out for yourself. He is brilliant.
