I was referred to Dent Clinic for a small dent and light paint damage from a hit and run. I was hesitant to have them touch the paint beyond repairing the dent but after talking with the staff I was convinced to go ahead with it. I was told ~85% improvement but it ended up being much better than that. I was genuinely impressed. The staff communicated well through the whole process with no hiccups or surprises. Now. For the quality factor. The dent OT imperfection is like it never happened. Now. Folks be realistic if it's a gnarly ground out dent. Don't expect miracles! They do what they can do. It will be the best job it can be with what they have to work with!

I understand why these two businesses partner their service, as they both operate on the basis of service-forward values. With every touch point with Mark and his team, I felt very well-informed, and that I could trust Mark’s advice and insights. I highly recommend them.

Had a dent in the hood of my truck in an odd spot from a rock. Fusion Collision said "if anyone can get this dent out, they can" and sent me to the Dent Clinic.

The staff was friendly, professional, and quick. The entire process from getting assessed at fusion, to the referral, to the fixing of the dent took a little over an hour and cost about $100. There's a great restaurant next door called La Boca Loca you can get a meal at while you wait as well. Couldn't be happier with the whole process.

The service here is incredible. Everything from the initial call, to the assessment, working with the insurance company, scheduling a rental vehicle, and completing the repair of 50+ dents was all completed within 3 days!

I'm an old school when it comes to damaged body work, never that I thought a dent can be repaired without a paint job, and these guys had proven me wrong.

I cannot spot the original dent after their speedy repair, so glad to see what the auto body repair technique had become in the recent years, and you are saving a lot more time and money compare to the traditional paint job. Keep up the good works guys, hopefully I don't have to visit you too often, but if I need a dent repair, this is the place to go. Period.

I was referred to the Dent Clinic by a different body shop that inspected the pictured dent on my car. The advice was that Dent Clinic are super experienced and could get the dent out no problem and for a reasonable price.

I took my car over to their shop late afternoon and Brendan was incredibly helpful in getting my car fixed that day in less than an hour, he also fixed another smaller dent in the driver side door for no extra charge.

I could not be happier with my experience, and I did not even bother taking 'After' pictures because the dent is 100% gone. The attention to detail and customer service by Brendan really stood out during my visit and I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any PDR work you may need.

My truck got hail damage in August. My brother recommended the dent clinic. Mark and his team made $8000 of hail damage, look like it never happened. Every panel of my truck had damage besides the driver side doors. The hood had to be replaced, repainted and re-filmed by empire collision. Insurance recommended replacing the roof skin as well. But mark was confident they could give me a better result and get my truck back to me sooner if we saved it. The dent clinic was personable, professional, and very detailed when it came to taking care of my truck. I got it back 2 days early than his expected date and it looks like a brand-new truck again. 11/10 would recommend bringing your vehicle there for any dents in the future.

Had a few door dings on my Mazda (dents/scratches). Went in for an estimate and dealt with Mark. Very open and honest about the work he would be able to do. Had my vehicle fixed today and was very impressed by all the dent repairs. They even generously filled in the scratches with a paint pen I provided. A job well done, for an extremely fair price. I took my brand new ford f150 at dent clinics for a estimate the manager said that they would do their best and would be able to get 85 to 90% out i was very impressed with how friendly and professional both the manager and technician were. After a short wait the technician took me to see the repair and i was shocked to see the dent was completely gone. I honestly could not point out where the dent was. These guys are the best in the business and I would definitely recommend them

Brought in a door ding that was right on the crease of the body line. They exceeded expectations and remove it almost completely. They were within quoted time and cost. Would highly recommend!

Over the summer I took my 911 to get a crease taken out of the drivers side rear wheel panel and I wish I took a before and after photo of the job the Dent Clinic did because I could not tell the damage had ever occurred. They did a spectacular job at a very reasonable price and finished the job quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would be hard pressed to think of a time I was more pleased with the results of body work done.

I took my fathers car in for a dent repair that I had high doubts could be repaired. The gentleman said that they would do their best and would be able to get 90% out. Well after they were done you couldn't even tell that there was a dent to begin with SUPER Happy with the results! Their customer service was amazing as well. I work nearby and have had a dent in the bumper of my VW Jetta for 3+ years. My coworkers had been telling me for years to come to the Dent Clinic (which they only had great things to say about) to get the dent removed. I didn't want to deal with what I figured would be a hassle and I put it off for far to long but finally went today and am kicking myself for not having gone sooner! I experienced amazing, genuinely great service. I will not hesitate to come here for any dent I get on any vehicles in the future.

My 07 STi got caught in a hail storm and suffered extensive moderate dents all along the roof, fenders, and hood. Subarus from this year have very delicate paints that are very susceptible to damage. I was devastated that this happened!
I was recommended through a friend to go to the dent clinic. After a quick free estimate, Kyle assured me that they could fix everything no problem. After a couple days they did just that, the car looks absolutely perfect! I was so stunned at how good the workmanship was. Kyle and his team at the dent clinic went above and beyond and we're extremely accommodating, something you don't see too often. I wouldn't take any car anywhere else. 11/10

Great people, fantastic service, and amazing work. After my car got caught in a bad hail storm, I was devastated. When I brought my car in for the estimate, there was no sugar-coating or over-promising; I was told the truth about any possible issues that could make the repair less than 100% perfect. I was so impressed that they fixed all of the damage in just one day, and I absolutely cannot tell where any of the hail dents were. I'm ecstatic that my car is back to show condition!

I could absolutely not tell where the dent and scratch was. Very professional staff and management. I can tell they are very experienced. A hail storm left my Honda CR-V with a couple of severe dents in the hood. I sent an email with photos of the dents to the Dent Clinic on a Friday evening and on Saturday morning I got a call from the owner of the facility, Mark! Mark explained that due to the volume of requests following the hail storm he was in the office and welcomed me to come by. Mark said there were no technicians in on the weekend but he could look at the car under special lighting that would reveal hail dents I might have missed in my examination of the damage. I visited Mark at the shop and in the special lighting he found several dents I had missed. On the following Tuesday I dropped the car off and met with Kyle, the manager, who had one of the technicians scour the Honda with an expert eye to estimate if the dents could be repaired to become invisible. The technician, Brendan, was able to point out a couple of additional, very small hail dents and assured me all of the dent damage could be repaired. I admit to being a bit sceptical and have to confess to being nothing short of astounded when I arrived to collect my Honda on Wednesday. Brendan had worked diligently on every one of the dents to the point where no matter how closely I looked from every point of view I could not see where there had ever been an imperfection, much less a dent! There were no paint scuffs, ripples, depressions: every panel on the car looked as if it had just come off the show room floor! From the promptness of the reply to my original email to the Dent Clinic right up to the inspection of the finished work I have nothing but praise for the Dent Clinic! Mark, Kyle, Brendan and lets not forget Sandra, who was the liaison between myself and the ICBC claim centre; thank you so much for making my Honda good-as-new! Incredible customer service, flawless workmanship and well-deserved pride in their craftsmanship, all at at reasonable price. If ever you require repairs to a dent on your vehicle, even if another repair provider has estimated the dent is not repairable because of severity or perhaps because the damage is in an aluminum panel, I assure you a trip to the Dent Clinic would not be a waste of your time and may in fact save you a lot of stress or expense.

Very professionally place. Estimation of hail damage was less than our insurance partners estimated. Sadly our insurance paid right away their partners. We didn't get asked about this.

This is the dent repair shop to go to - a very friendly shop. It's highly recommended for a quality repair job, and good pricing. The Manager, Mark, is very professional, trustworthy and straight forward. Louie is a very good tecnician, highly skilled, humble and with a smiling service as well.

After being told by another dent removal shop that my new F-! 50 could not be fixed because it had aluminum panels I thought I would give The Dent Clinic a shot. I took My 06 SLK55 Mercedes in to Mark at the dent clinic. I was not optimistic about them being able to repair the dent in the hood to my satisfaction as it seemed to me that it was in a difficult spot. I was more than pleasantly surprised at how the job turned out as I cannot notice any remnants of there ever being damage. Thanks Mark and your talented staff, hopefully I wont have to use them again but would definitely recommend them.
