Absolutely amazing service I have been here twice now and both times have been great experiences. First time to get 3M put on my new truck, they rushed to get it in for me, stayed until 10 pm the night before to get it done. Their quote was by far lowest and they took their time to do it properly. Today I took another vehicle in for a small scratch at the front. My other quote was for $6700 and Dent Squad buffed it out and cleaned the scratch and didn't charge me a penny. I would very highly recommend Dent Squad! Don't pay a dealership to do your 3M go to Dent Squad.

I had some minor hail damage. I've had similar damage over the years as I park outside.the other companies that I've been to for repairs don't hold a candle to these guys. They identified not only the hail damage from this year, but also several spots that were poorly repaired by other companies during previous hail claims. After using a couple different companies previously I was blown away by the night and day superior service from dent squad. Not only is their PDR Top notch, but they do paint and paint protection film as well. In addition to the hail claim through insurance I also had them polish my headlights which was very reasonably priced and very much worth it.

After this experience I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else for hail repair and would definitely go to them for non insurance related work as well!

Horrible place and the owner is not a pleasant person to deal with at all. They will do what they can to get you in the door but it's all downhill from there. Avoid

Awesome staff, super friendly and knowledgeable. Having auto problems is stressful, Steve was amazing, explained everything, and took care of all insurance navigation. He really put us at ease and made the process simple. They even have thier own paint shop, so everything is done on site and by thier crew. Best place to go for repairs!

Great place. They explained what they were going to do, what the process was, and their expectations of the outcome was. I had hail damage all over the car, they fixed it and it looks like new. Glad I went there and will be recommending them to others.

The quality of working is astounding. My Tesla was dented severely and it came out better than new!

Left car there for insurance estimate and was told nothing in the car will be touched. I came back to my $800 sunglasses missing! Will not take any accountability for my car being in their possession! So disappointing.

I got hired for a position At this company and was told I had the job and to show up the next day. I later got a call to not come because they are declining my position that they already said I had. I asked why and she said she couldn't tell and hung up on me. I called back to ask again why and I had turned down another position from my job that I was laid off from for this job she said no just dont show up tomorrow and hung up again. I am now a single mom with no job and very rudely treated after my interview. Very unprofessional and I'm very crushed especially at this time when things are hard enough.

If you are looking for a place that will treat you and your ride right look no further! Repairing cars is an ART and Steve is our local Michelangelo. Honest and a hard worker, I can't thank him enough for repairing my Mazda 6. After being victim of a hit-and-run, this experience made the whole ordeal less painful and made my day. We went to Dent squad to get an estimate for a scratch we had on the top of our truck. The owner, Steve, took a look and said that he would fix it for us free of charge. He told us that it was a minor issue and it was just paint that had stuck to the surface of the vehicle. He wouldn’t charge us anything for the service. He is a great person and really went out of his way to help us out. It’s hard to find honest, genuine people like him in this world nowadays. We highly recommend him.

Steve was incredibly accommodating given our tight schedule and did the repair in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend using them for all your needs!

Five Stars for the Paint Job, two for hiring unaccountable staff.

So, I trusted a small family business with my unique vehicle and what I got; was it cost more than estimated. The engine now has a engine check issue (never had before) even in the few months after the accident before it went to the Dent Squad. This issue which may or may not cost me about $120 for a new mass air flow sensor part (it's chipped?). Then! I had to use my wiper blades and the sprayer was busted! (I have not found one of those as of yet so I have to epoxy it.) Then, I found extra scuffs on the tail gate, beyond the ones that we took pictures of. I am super disappointed. They had it in the shop for a long, long time and now I get more things to fix. They offered to fix a few things (scuffs and a dent in the tonneau cover, I never asked), however I really think my inflated bill included those items. The wiper sprayer being missed, well, I guess its my fault for not doing a proper pre-trip, but I was excited to have my baby back. After the fact, Try proving it was done in their shop. Well, I can. I haven't driven it other than to bring it home. I should have had GMC fix it for $2000 less, rather than support a family owned business. Oh and as per Steve's request, I neglected to share that the paint job is exemplary. I can not deny that, and Steve can not be everywhere his employees are and hovering over them. Steve's intentions are wonderful. The damages though were not expected in the least, and he probably missed them. It is not the $120 for the part, it's the principal of the thing along with the hassle of taking it in and my time and also having to pay the labor costs on top of it all (don't forget the scan $$'s to nail down the issue. GM will not be an inexpensive touch.

I phone them to know how much one single ding would cost to repair. They said between $65 and $100 dollars. They were super polite and nice people to talk to. I decided to stop by and maybe book an appt, they quoted this one repair for $150. I thought the one single repair was between $65 and $100 so no idea where this amount came from.decided not to do it.

I had such a great experience! Great service and great work on my jeep. I'll definitely be back for all of my repairs in the future.

How many times do you wake up and some heavy snow tires have fallen onto your car? Not many I’m sure, but what an unpleasant sight for bleary sleep-deprived eyes. My weary husband informed me that my car had a new (albeit lumpy) storage area above the rear wheel, and started making calls.

Dent Squad (and Steve in particular) stood out so early in the morning. Not only did he pick up the phone right away, he was able to send a quote after viewing pictures. Luckily, there was a cancellation and Steve and his staff were able to take my car in and turn it around the same day. The quote was accurate (and fair!) for the work that was completed, and the car looks as good as before. Thank you so much Steve and the staff at Dent Squad!

It's so refreshing to have found an honest and high-quality body shop in Calgary!

Our van scraped the side of a garage, which resulted in a small tear in the bumper and a side panel bent back. I initially went to Carstar, which quoted me double what DentSquad charged and would have required me to leave the vehicle with them for four days. Carstar was going to charge me for a new antenna, mirror (which wasn't on the damaged panel), radiator supports, extra charges for having air conditioning, and all kinds of other things that weren't required - then they said that it might be an extra thousand to replace the undamaged light, but they wouldn't know until the repair happened.

Contrast that with my experience at DentSquad:
1. DentSquad took apart the panel and bumper in front of me during the assessment and showed me exactly what was broken and what wasn't (I asked them about all of the issues that CarStar was going to charge me for and they showed me that they weren't required).
2. DentSquad took a couple seconds to do a paint match and let me keep the vehicle while they ordered and painted the bumper and panel.
3. I picked up the van ON THE SAME DAY that I dropped it off (the business day after the paint match)!
4. DentSquad charged me exactly what they quoted.
5. The van was cleaned better than I've ever done myself and it was as good as new when I picked it up.

I can't recommend DentSquad enough!
