Staff are professional, kind and easy to work with. Teeth cleaning was as painless as I could ask for it to be. Super considerate especially when it came to my pain management. Will definitely come back here to get my teeth cleaned on the regular:)

Personally, I had bad experiences from dental trauma in my youth so I’m always apprehensive about visiting the dentist. Most recently, it was time to get some crowns replaced and the team at Dental One (Dr Sharma and Adrienne namely) made it an enjoyable painless process. Cannot say enough good things; strongly recommend if you are seeking out a downtown solution to your dental needs.

Amazing 10/10 sophisticated dentist. I started going years ago and although I don’t work downtown anymore won’t go anywhere else, they cover parking also. Dr Sharma is big into new dental technology and his services are light years from other places and also make the procedures much easier (no needle freezing, laser Vs drill, and all the technology to diagnose your teeth. Love it here.

I had my second appointment at Dental One last week and it went really well! I had a couple cavities that needed to be filled and the whole process was so quick and painless. They used a laser that kills bacteria so I didn't have to be frozen first, which was fantastic. I left the appointment with no numb feeling, and I could eat/drink right away. Overall another amazing experience, and if anyone out there is looking for a new dentist this is definitely the place to go.

CONGRATS Dr. JB with the "new digs"! Nice spacious and very accessible. Hygenist Carrie knocked it out of the park again today. The new receptionist seems to fit right into the wonderful atmosphere and culture Dr. JB has developed. Kudo's to All. Looking forward to my next appointment. I must go now to eat some popcorn.

Dental One Bankers Hall is wonderful! I am so glad I decided to choose this place as my primary dental care. The staff are wonderful and very helpful, the service is amazing, and my dentist is great. Every single time I come for a cleaning or any dental work-it is done efficiently and expertly. I have never had an issue with any work done here; unlike previous dental offices that I tried before coming to Dental One. They even fixed problems that were from previous dental errors from those places.

I have no complaints and would highly recommend Dental One to anyone who is looking for exceptional dental services!

I had such a good experience with Dr Sharma. I wanted to get rid of two indents I had under my eyes/cheeks, I have been to other clinics before but have never had success. Dr. Sharma knows the anatomy of the face so well and knew exactly how and what I needed to fix it! What he did, looks amazing, and so natural! Highly recommended!

Have you ever wanted to go to spa retreat, me too but for a dentist this is the hitting it on the nail. This place blew me way from the moment I made that initial call. They seemed very caring and understanding and everything was transparent.
I walked in this morning with anxiety and left questioning if in fact this place is real. The dental assistant/hygienist was so warm and friendly made me feel like I was the only patient there.
When the dentist walked in, we’ll let’s just say he made a huge impression as soon as he said hello!
Very professional, very knowledgeable, very ethical as he didn’t try and discredit the other dentist that I saw.
He wasn’t in and out like a speeding bullet, he was caring, and made me feel that my time was my time and he wanted to ensure I understood exactly what was happening, that I was comfortable. He made sure to make me feel that I was getting the best possible treatment just by his bedside manner.
Thank god Sedona, Go Dental and Oasis are so floppy and incompetent because that forced to look for my other options and man did I win the Jackpot.

After more than 40 years at this clinic and more than 10 with Dr. Sharma and his team, I’m confident saying you’ll receive convenient, first-rate dentistry and hygiene services and treatment advice, all custom to your oral health and financial wishes.

I'm typically terrified about any procedures done at the dentist however Dental One has won me over as a life long client. Their modern procedures and caring staff are more than happy to accommodate even the most hesitant patient.

I don't dread going to the dentist anymore; I truly thank them for that!

If I were a dentist, I would try to set up my practice as it is in Dental one: very responsive staff (answered the phone in a flash, accommodated me on a short notice, went above and beyond to put my file together from my former providers) ; modern equipment that allows for thorough exam; Dr. Zeggil fixed my crown quickly and painlessly. For the level of service that was provided I expected to pay top price, but there was no eye-popping total, prices are indeed very reasonable. I didn’t find any flaws in this place, it’s perfect.

I’m not a huge fan of going to the dentist but this team does a great job of making you feel comfortable and I can say without hesitation the experience was great.

So I must share my experience at Dental One. I needed 2 Crowns and I had 1 cavity. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist as Crowns are multiple appointments and the process of a temporary crown, will it fall off or is it hard to remove the whole process is mentally exhausting! Well I am here to tell you Dental One takes away the fear and adds the fun to Dentistry. I went in and in one appointment I walked out with 2 Crowns. It was was mind blowing I literally watched this machine make my Crowns right in front of me! And the price point was amazing compared to what I have paid in the past. They used a laser instead of a drill to fix my cavity. Had I known that this kind of technology existed I would not have waited so long! Thank you Dr. Sharma and team you truly are amazing I absolutely love coming to see you and I would recommend to anyone thinking about going "JUST GO" you will be beyond happy with your results!

Always a great experience at Dental One! Been a client for many years and I continue to go back for the friendly service and excellent care. Everyone from the reception staff to my hygienist and Dentist are always welcoming and ensure that I’m comfortable at all my appointments. Added perks are the complimentary amenities such as bottles of water, TV screens in the room and paraffin hand treatments!

EXCEPTIONAL service and results every time! I have been seeing Dr. Sharma since 2018 for both cosmetic and dental treatments and couldn’t be happier with the services, results and patient care. The staff of hygienists and administrators are fantastic as well with prompt replies, easy scheduling and knowledge. My teenage son is also a patient and will echo these sentiments saying he appreciated how comfortable they made him feel at his visit. Great staff and the location downtown is perfect. They are very accommodating to my work schedule. I started seeing Dr. Sharma over 5 years ago and have also met Dr. Zeggil on a few occasions; both are fantastic and easy to work with.

Dr. Sharma and his team are always very professional and courteous. Not only that, they do great work! Dr. Sharma provided me with a lot of care and concern throughout my Invisalign process, doing whatever was necessary to produce the desired result. The end result is fantastic. This review is solely for DR Sharma as the rest of the staff was pleasant. I just moved to Calgary from Toronto and cam across Dental One. Based on their good reviews I thought I would be treated the same.

Going to the dentist is already an uncomfortable visit for many and the last thing you need is a DR with a bad attitude and no regard for their patients. I am beyond disappointed. His attitude towards his clients and even staff is unacceptable. Maybe try to be a bit more patient and sensitive.extremely disrespectful and rude. I do NOT recommend DR SHARMA.

My latest two dental visits to replace an old filling with a crown have been excellent. The appointments started on time and were done within the scheduled time frame. I was given lots of information during the process and given the opportunity to ask questions. I was given tremendous care and attention. Constantly amazed by this office.

I have been very pleased with my dental procedures at Dental One. Dr. Zeggil is very
gentle and understanding of my low dental pain tolerance. The staff is very efficient and good at answering any questions and concerns.

I was a patient of Dr. Stephen Williams for years. With his retirement, I became a patient of Dr. Jared Zeggil and he is just as wonderful. The hygienists are always professional and efficient, and there is an added benefit of parking vouchers (I used to work downtown and it wasn't an issue, but now it is nice to have parking covered).

I always find such kindness with the front office Staff, from the moment I walk in, Covid or not Covid. I’ve recently switched over to Dr. Z after Dr. W retired and I can’t say enough about him. He is such a wonderful Professional. He reads his charts before entering the patient’s room and refreshes himself on the previous visits and makes personable comments, it is very noticeable and appreciated. I really am impressed with all the staff being so welcoming and all around happy, especially during such a challenging time, not one member seems to have skipped a beat. I was considering finding a new Dentist closer to home now that I’m not working downtown but I will absolutely stay with Dental One! Getting in and out of the office, parking, etc is easy breezy and they run ON TIME! Really can’t say enough about Dental One and it is a welcoming place for anyone.

Allyssa is great! She is attentive, friendly, and answers all questions (or relays it to Dr. Zeggil). She is incredibly personable, remembers details about you, and makes the visit enjoyable. I also would highly recommend Dr. Zeggil, he is gentle and kind. While previous dentists I’ve had usually pushed me to get expensive and unnecessary treatments/tests, Dr. Zeggil answers my questions honestly which gives me peace of mind. 10/10 would recommend dental one!

Beautiful offices, all the coolest technology, and Dr. Sharma is obviously passionate about dentistry. Having a teacher work on your mouth is awesome, because you get to learn cool things!

Dental One offers excellent professional dental services. They are very accommodating and cordial. Also free parking which is a welcome bonus now that I am working from home. I highly recommend them

I spent more than 6000$ to do invisilign but the result turned out after 3 years only 10% getting improved. Doctor Shamar told me because my teeth are not the same and thats why they cannot be straight after invisilign. If he told me this from the beginning, i would not have spent money to go for. And his answer did not make sense. Invisilign is to get people teeth align properly. Now i have to spend more thousands of dollars to go to a different place to do invisilign. PLEASE stay away from this dental unless you want to have bad result unexpected like me and end up double money and time to do it again. They always promise everything but do not do one thing. I thought it costs more than other places and there would be higher service since this dental located in downtown but it’s even lower rate service than other places. So disappointed. If there were 0 star, i would rate them 0 star.

This was my first visit to Dental One Bankers Hall. Right from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted happily and I enjoyed everything about my visit. The dental assistant and the Doctor were so helpful and they both were a complete pleasure to talk to.

Dr. Jared is hands-down the best dentist I've ever been to. Very skilled and very concerned with his patients' care. His follow-up during my cleaning appointment was greatly appreciated. Lindsay was very friendly and very knowledgeable! Loved the paraffin wax treatment for my hands. It was a nice touch!

Dental One Team and Dr. Sharma are the best choice one can have, when it comes to dental care. Their respect, attention towards their patients and their skills are second to none. What they do is literally the Art of Dentistry and this is not an exaggeration.

First time I can say that a visit to the dental office was relaxing. Netflix and hand spa treatment? C'mon now you guys are just being ridiculous. In all seriousness, very much enjoyed the visit and will be continuing to go back.
