I get my botox done here by many different injectors, including Angela and Sylvina, and its always perfect. Great service and experience every time. I never go anywhere else!

I did a bit of research before deciding where to begin laser hair removal and Botox, and this facility seemed to be highly recommended. I could absolutely see why from my very first visit and consultation: They employ total professionals here. You feel pampered and definitely know you're being cared for by people who know their stuff! My laser technician, Abbie, has been super. She tailors my treatments and is attentive to my specific needs (male; facial hair). She's always able to recommend products that will help me reach my skin goals. My nurse injector, Sylvina, has been equally brilliant, making the whole injection process surprisingly fun while also being incredibly informative and professional. I can definitely see she's knowledgeable and feel assured she'll deliver results I'll be thrilled with. Great staff, large selection of treatments offered, excellent equipment, and lovely establishment.

I went to Skinpossible for Botox, I went with Lyna as she’s I heard she was a rockstar. She was very thorough with her assessment and treatment. I felt very comfortable given it was my first time and the who session was went very smooth. I would highly recommend Lyna and will be coming regularly. Five stars.

TL;DR: Laser treatments for acne probably won't work for you, they are also really freaking painful. Talk to your doctor first before wasting over $1000.

So I suffered from fair bad acne for many years and failed to find a solution so I came here. After consulting I was given a around 3 month plan of Fotona Laser and Chemical Peels.

The treatment cost probably close to $1800 after also buying into additional products like the Zo skin clearing kit and some sunscreen and cosmetics.

In terms of the clinic, I don't have any issues. The staff are generally friendly and they are fairly accomodating with scheduling. The treatment quality can vary based on your technician but from what I could tell none of them were bad. I don't particularly take issue with the products offered during treatment either, they are good quality but I feel they are a little marked up in price.

For the treatment process, fairly early on (maybe 1 month in) I had noticed no improvement to my acne and possibly even worsening. When asked, the technicians could only give basic responses like "it may be worse during the treatment process". Two more months passed and I had significantly worse acne than I started with. Finally, at my very last treatment the technician (who was clearly more experienced) outright refused treatment and instead gave me skin care advice. After following this advice (which is contrary to what I was told during pre consultation), I saw my skin recover a bit. But in the end my acne was still much more active than originally, which was fully acknowledged during the post consultation.

Eventually I went to my doctor and was perscribed a oral anti-biotic which after a few months essentially cured my acne, costing only $50 out of pocket after insurance.

Now I'm not going to going complain specifically on the fact that the treatment didn't cure my acne. There's a lot of different supposed treatments out there for acne, many only work for specific people. The issue I take with the whole experience was that there was no oversight at all during the treatment process, any potential issues or complaints were not reviewed by an actual doctor. The thing is, they should have realized the treatments weren't working halfway through and stopped.

I haven't specifically asked for a refund but I have asked about potentially resurfacing my skin as the severe acne combined with the piercing of the laser left my skin very scarred. I was quoted yet again nearly $2000 and got essentially no discount. I tried to negotiate and brought up the issue of the treatments and was essentially told that it doesn't make a difference since "it's part of the risk of the treatment". I interpret this as "tough luck, it's not our problem as you signed a contract". So why should I trust this clinic to perform another treatment on me when this is their attitude towards customers?

Edit: To clarify, yes I was offered a "50% discount" on the resurfacing operation. However, this is the same discount the clinic gives to any client because the 50% discount is when the treatment is performed by a technician in training. This is the same as if you went to a university faculty for dental care by students. I don't have an issue with it as it is still supervised by a professional and the discount is attractive. But it's disingenuous at best to call this a discount provided to me as any customer could receive it. I would expect either an additional discount is provided on top or the same discount is provided under normal terms otherwise it's not compensating for anything.

I’ve had Angela twice now and I’ve never loved my face more. She’s super talented and I would recommend her to anyone. I’ve gone in for botox twice for my forehead and lip flip and mini lip enhancement. I genuinely get complimented on my skin all the time and I can thank skinpossible for that! If you’re on the fence about injections I would come here! Truly artists. Thank you again Angela!

I really like the staff at this clinic, they are very nice. Amber Eidt was the technician who did both my treatments and she always made sure I was comfortable and that I knew that I could ask for help anytime. The room where you receive the treatment is clean and private, so you can watch tv, read, sleep or do whatever keeps you occupied during your treatment. The description of what to expect during/after the treatment is very accurate. I have to admit that I was pretty uncomfortable for a couple weeks after getting CoolSculpting on my stomach, so my recovery was a bit longer. I did start noticing results in about 4 weeks where I was excited to see the end result, so I went back for my second treatment at 5 weeks. I am well aware that everyone reacts differently to this procedure and this treatment was pretty painful for me, but Amber made sure to get me more Tylenol, she was gentle with me and tried to distract me. I was also prescribed medication to help relieve some pain during the following weeks when needed. NO PAIN, NO GAIN! I am one and a week post treatment and I feel that I am recovering better this time. I also am seeing the swelling come down quickly, so I am looking forward to having a flat stomach for the summer! I am happy that I went through with this, it will be worth it!

I was treated warmly and considerately, given the time and attention I needed. I always leave feeling like the staff has gone above and beyond for me.

My appointment at Skin Possible was comfortable and professional. The front desk staff is courteous and kind. I find Sylvina to be knowledgeable and careful, explaining everything clearly before proceeding.
I am, however, disappointed that the cost of Botox has increased more than ten percent.

I had a great experience with Sylvina! I had filler in the backs of my hands. My results were great and she was so knowledgeable, caring and made me as comfortable as possible:) Front end staff were fabulous and it’s a beautiful facility to be pampered in.

Angela has been doing my Filler and Botox for 7 years! She never disappoints! I finally have some time on my hands and decided to write a review. Angela has always listened to my concerns and never ever rushed my treatments, and always educates me on what is being done I have never had downtime after my treatments (even though I know swelling and bruising is normal and can happen). I have had filler to my cheeks, and around my nose as well as my lips. I emphasized at my first apt all those years ago how I want to look myself and not overdone. Thank you Angela for always keeping me looking just like me, only better. The lip filler you did was so gentle I hardly felt a thing and you gave me just the right amount I had wanted with never a bruise. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking an experienced, professional injection treatment.

I visited Skinpossible to discover what they could do for my areas of concern. Crystal was informative and provided options that she felt would give me the best results with little downtime. One was the laser vein removal - the results are amazing and I am extremely happy.
I had another treatment that did not give me the results I was hoping for and although they do not guarantee results, Skinpossible was willing to work with me and provide a discount on another service that may be better suited.
I am already revisiting to see what I can do next!:)

I have now been 2 times to this business and couldn’t be happier. The staff at the front are amazing and well informed. The injector Natasha is simply a perfectionist. She knows what will work makes suggestions and tells you what you should expect. No one can take twenty years off with a simple injection but what can be done is in my opinion is enough to make me feel like I can continue my journey with some dignity and confidence. I don’t need to look like i did in my twenties but a little here and there to help me age gracefully. I love when people have no idea of my age and say I don’t look my age. The procedures I have just help to keep that youthful appearance. I’m so thankful that I met Natasha and would recommend her and the clinic to anyone who is looking for some pampering. I had my second appointment at this clinic to get. 5 ml lip filler with Sylvina. She did such an amazing job with the consultation, making sure she understands what I want as a result from the appointment and walking me through everything before and during the procedure. She was very thorough with her work; she paused after about 80% of the syringe had been injected to show me what had been done so far and if I wanted anything specifically added or what her next step for the rest of the syringe was. I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire appointment and I am in love with the results. Sylvina was absolutely amazing and I will be using her again.

My treatment was done by Amber and she put me at ease. She answered all my questions and explained every step of the procedure to me. I had snacks, water and movies and I felt pampered. I have never had any work done and wanted to try this out with my daughter for something fun to do. I got botox done on my forehead, frown lines, and crows feet, as well as. 5ml lip filler. Sylvina was very good at walking both me and my daughter through everything that was going on. Her consultation was thorough and she gave a clear price breakdown before we began any of the procedures. Overall, I am very happy with the work she did and I will be back in August for more! This is my 3rd time with her… she is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what you need. I trust her so much and she is just so friendly and welcoming!

I had 2 tattoo removal treatments here before they transferred their Pico sure machine to another location at the end of January.

I was told that for the best results, I needed to wait 12 weeks between treatments.

Prior to the first treatment I was explained the process and how it works. I was told what to expect afterwards as well and the technician was great overall. 12 weeks later there was zero difference in appearance of my small tattoo (fits under a nickel). I could have offered a reward to the person that could differentiate between the before and after photos and never paid out.

Second treatment: I explain the above concerns to the technician (whom was different than the first one) and she informs me that she will turn up the machine. Treatment goes as planned and I don't notice any noticeable difference in intensity or recovery. 12 weeks later, I'm in the same position as I was prior to my first appointment after 2 sessions at $185 each! Zero difference!

Obviously not satisfied with the results, I didn't go to the facility where their Pico sure laser was moved to. Instead I found another provider, whom couldn't believe the price I paid at Skinpossible as the rate this facility was going to charge me was 72% less than Skinpossible for the size of tattoo I had. 72%!

The new provider started me off at the lowest setting on their Pico laser and my results are immediately visible and came at a fraction of the cost. Continuing this service at skin possible, I likely would have paid $5,000 before it was gone.

If Skinpossible still had this service, I would advise anyone against it. It appears that at least in my case, there was some snake oil sales happening. Not only price gouging, but ensuring minimal progress to increase the amount of $185 treatments they would be receiving from me.

I will say that their facility is nice and staff seem friendly and helpful. However, based on my experience alone, I would not personally explore any other services offered by Skinpossible.
