Every time I have had an appointment, everyone in the office of Derm.ca have been professional and personable.

Quite disappointed with the reception, I called and spoke to Mariana who seemed unaware that I had booked a consultation, argued with me whether I had the right clinic until I provided the number of the staff member I had corresponded with previously. Seemed like I was wasting her time. Definitely needs training on how to engage with clients rather than argue with them.

I have been getting laser treatments on my face for a few years and they have been a game changer in regards to clearing up my skin and helping with any redness or brown spots. I have also transitioned over to using the Revoderm skin care line exclusively and couldn’t rate the products any better if I tried!

Calgary, Quick and easy, in and out, dr. Alanen, moves fast and talks fast, make sure you advocate for yourself and ask him to slow down or ask his nurse to repeat his comments. But got what I asked for, so would recommend.
I’m sure he talks slower when he is selling cosmetic procedures ;)
